One of the mechanical system engineer's tasks of satellite design and development is to make the control plan, keep track and estimate the characteristics of system mass properties. As the design phases are going on, mass properties related activities also transit as like a data collection, system mass property estimation and measurement. Fidelity of mass properties database should be confirmed through measurement test. In this paper the control plan and estimation of system mass properties are explained by the actual data and experience of the development of satellite and the fidelity of mass properties database was confirmed through measurement test.

In the case of outdoor moving of robot, it is differ to indoor moving case due to it cannot prepare map early for entire outdoor environments, there is nearly no research based on map because most outdoor robots use GPS. In this paper, we implement outdoor robot localization that using precision GPS and then GPS data applying MCL algorithm in outdoor environments of plane of 2 dimensional without incline section. We also perform a simple mission scenario by using applied robot localization in outdoor robot. We applying OpenRTM based on middleware, we can be controlled and grasped situation of the outdoor robot by remote through server by manager.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the experience of the role conflict among nurses in long-term care hospitals. Method: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with nine nurses in long-term care hospitals. Colaizzi's phenomenological method was used for data analysis. Result: In this study, five categories and twelve theme clusters were generated. The five categories consisted of 'Heavy workload,' 'Nursing job delegation of unclear regulations,' 'Unprotected doctor's job performance,' 'Non-systematic nursing assistants management' and 'Limit of competency.' Conclusion: These results will contribute to the role establishment of nurse in long-term care hospitals and the qualitative improvement of work by providing the grounds for the strategy development which improve working environment and job satisfaction of nurses in long-term care hospitals apposite to the case of Korea.

The Police are classed special service on civil service system. Most of special service officers are applied special personal law. It is reason that organization and mission are different from general public officials. The police performance evaluation is enforced in dissimilar form with another civil services for these cause. This study proposed to verification formality about appraisal result to desirable operation of police performance evaluation system. At system enforcement early, it may be desirable that verification is limited finally supervisors rating.

기업체(企業體)의 정보수요(情報需要)를 충족(充足)시킨다고 하는 것은 어느 국가(國家)에서나 대단히 어려운 문제(問題)이다. 새로운 발견(發見)의 적용발명(適用發明) 및 기술전달(技術傳達)은 단순(單純)한 문제(問題)가 아니며, 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 협동적(協同的)인 전달(傳達)도 또한 복잡(複雜)한 문제(問題)이다. 이유(理由)는 여러 가지이다. 즉 기업(企業)이라고 하는 것은 광범위(廣範圍)하고 복합적(複合的)이며 비교적(比較的) 비조직적(非組織的)이다. 기업(企業)의 임무(任務)는 생산(生産)이며 정보(情報)에 대한 기업(企業)의 인식(認識)은 퍽 낮기 때문이다. 기업체(企業體)에 정보(情報)를 제공(提供)하는 다양(多樣)한 외적(外的)인 서어비스는 대개 제공(提供)된 자료(資料)를 평가(評價)하지도 못하고 때로는 기업체(企業體)의 신임(信任)도 얻지 못하고 있다. 개발도상국(開發途上國)에 관(關)한 한(限) 기업(企業)의 성장(성장)에 대해 과학기술정보(과학기술정보)가 담당한 정확(정확)한 역할(역할)에 관(관)해서는 아직 불확실(不確實)하다. 정확(正確)한 정보수요(情報需要)를 정(定)하기에는 너무 많은 문제(問題)들이 있다. 즉 정보(情報)의 수요(需要)는 매우 복합적(複合的)인 과정(過程)임을 인정(認定)하여야 한다. 앞으로 개발도상국(開發途上國)들은 기술협력계획(技術協力計劃)에 의거(依據)하여 과거(過去)보다도 더 정보전달(情報傳達)에 역점(力點)을 두어야 하리라 생각한다.

Sensor network for the human approach in a difficult area and a wide range of surveillance and the boundaries for the purpose and mission is the utilization significantly. In this paper we searched important nodes from the surveillance reconnaissance sensor network based on the virtual data. we generated data within the sensor's measurement range in the data transmitted from sensor nodes, and used PCA(Principle Component Analysis) for searching key node. If the important sensor node searched, and we can have easy management and establishing security measures when security problems is happened about nodes. This is for the sensor network in terms of effectiveness and cost-effectively and is directly connected with life span.

The basic law about disaster and safety management and the fire fighting law state that the central government and the local governments are responsible for protecting the life and assets of the people. The well-fare developed nations have developed and are implementing diverse safety programs with making safe cities as their prime objective. Our nation has not yet practiced such actions. However, it is in demand to evaluate what safety policies are practiced by local governments for the people and to inform the people of those. Therefore, this research developed and suggests the assessment criteria and the assessment method to evaluate the safety level of a city by assessing the safety of buildings and facilities.

Recently, wireless sensor networks have become increasingly interesting areas over extensive application fields such as military, ecological, and health-related areas. Almost sensor networks have mission-critical tasks that requires very high security. Therefore, extensive work has been done for securing sensor networks from outside attackers, efficient cryptographic systems, secure key management and authorization, but little work has yet been done to protect these networks from inside threats. This paper proposed an method to select which nodes should activate their idle nodes as detectors to be able to watch all packets in the sensor network. Suggested method is modeled as optimization equation, and heuristic Greedy algorithm based simulation results are presented to verify my approach.

The traditional sensor network is composed of the cable and the sensor of high price, when collecting a sensing data, there is a weak point which is not pliability. WSN uses the equipment of low price, it will be able to collect the data which is diverse from various node. In this paper we composed coal mining topology which used IEEE802.15.4 MAC in Korea Coal Corporation site. We proposed models for the mobility support of the work manager from the coal mining, we selected the optimum model through simulation experiments. When applying the WSN in the Korea Coal Corporation and other mines, this result can be used as a basis.

Existent public key certificates provide authentication information through some information on user\`s public key. However, an attribute certificate which stores and manage user\`s attribute information, provides various privilege information such as position, privilege and role. In recent, international organizations establishes standards on attribute certificate, and the researches and developments on attribute certificate have been widely made. In addition it may be expected to be used many real application area requiring for authorization information as well as authentication information. Therefore, this paper considers background and standardization trends of attribute certificate and describes the profile and related techniques of attribute certificate currently established by IETF. In addition, it introduces and access control system using attribute certificate and specifies applications of attribute certificate.
