Distributed systems offer environments for attaining high performance, fault-tolerance, information sharing, resource sharing, etc. But we cannot benefit from these potential advantages without suitable management of events/states occurring in distributed systems. These events and states can be symptoms for performance degradation, erroneous functions, suspicious activities, etc. and are subject to further analysis. To properly manage events/states, we need to be able to specify and efficiently detect these events/states. In this paper we first describe an event/state specification language and a centralized algorithm for detecting events/states specified with this language. Then we describe an algorithm for distributing an event/state detection task in a distributed system which is hierarchically organized. The algorithm consists of decomposing an event/state detection task into subtasks and allocation these subtasks to the proper nodes. We also explain a method to make the distributed detection fault-tolerant.

국방부는 90년대 후반부터 국방정보체계 구축사업을 본격적으로 추진하면서 정보체계의 상호운용성 문제를 심각하게 인식하고 상호운용성을 보장하는 국방 정보체계를 구축하기 위하여 많은 노력을 추진하고 있다. 상호운용성을 보장하는 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 목표를 국방통합정보체계 구축으로 설정하고 이를 구성하는 요소로 국방정보체계표준, 공통운용환경, 데이터공유환경을 식별하고, 이를 구축하기 위해 추진하고 있다. 이들 가운데 국방정보체계표준은 선정되어, 국방전반에 대하여 효력을 발휘하고 있으며, 공통운용환경은 우리의 국방환경에 적합한 추진방향을 선정하였으나, 데이터공유환경을 구축하기 위한 전략 및 방법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선진국의 추진사례와 우리나라 국방 현실에 대한 분석을 통하여 우리의 현실에 맞는 데이터공유환경(SHADE)를 구축하기 위한 전략 및 방법을 제시하며, 그 내용으로는 먼저 현 국방 데이터 관리 실태 분석을 통하여 현 상황을 인식한 후, 구축하고자 하는 목표을 설정하고, 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위한 추진 전략 및 방향, 업무와 관련된 조직 및 인원에 대한 임무, 단계별 추진 과제 등을 식별하고 데이터공유가 요구되는 조직 및 체계에 적용가능한 데이터 관리 절차와 데이터 상호운용성을 만족시키기 위한 접근방법을 제시한다.

The present analysis quantifies the particulate contamination of KOMPSAT-2 satellite until in orbit life. Assumptions are defined about integration and test conditions and durations, then a budget is drawn. As KOMPSAT-2 activities are carried out in good cleanliness conditions, the particulate contamination budgets for satellite and instrument surfaces at BOL is fair. To summarise, in the baseline launch conditions (class 10,000) the contribution of satellite AIT and launch activities adds 500 PPM to MSC and STA apertures (telescope mirrors ; front lens ; baffle), 20,000 PPM to MSC and STA outer surfaces, 14 000 PPM to plate-form horizontal surfaces, 1400 PPM to plate-form vertical surfaces, 1000 PPM to plate-form radiators and less than 300 PPM to solar arra.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라도 초 고령화시대가 도래 하고 있다. 80세의 평균수명이 100세 까지 늘어나면서 인생을 바라보는 관점이 달라지고 있다. 평생직장이 아닌 평생 직업으로 바뀌면서 정년 후 무엇을 하며 어떻게 살아갈 것인가. 경찰관 역시 후반전 인생설계를 하지 않을 수가 없다. 그러나 실상은 격무에 시달리고 퇴직 준비를 제대로 못하며 임무가 산적된 경우가 경찰관의 다반사가 현 실태이다. 그러면 이와 관련된 창업의 전 단계를 알아보자"퇴직예정 경찰관에게 심리적 특성요소들이 창업의지에 미치는 영향"과 -경력지향성의 조절효과 중심으로, 이에 부합되도록 예비창업가의 심리적 특성요인에 변수 요소를 찾아보면 사회적지향성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기 효능감, 창의성의 5가지 독립요소로 정리하고 창업의지를 종속 변수로 하여서 이들 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 여부를 확인하고 마찬가지로 예비창업자 경력과 창업의지와 관계를 알아보며 경력지향성에 포함되는 요소들 관리, 사업, 안정, 기술, 자율지향성은 퇴직경찰관의 심리적 특성요인과 창업의지에 조절변수 요소들로 상관관계들을 검토해보기 위해서 연구모형과 가설을 세워본다. 또한 이를 위하여 검증단계로 현직경찰관 154명에 대한 설문지를 발송하였으며 접수가 완료되면 검증을 실시하기 위해 통계분석 처리를 할 예정이다. 첫째. 예비창업자의 개인적 특성으로 구성하는 요소들은 사회적지향성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기 유능감 창의성은 창업의지와 (+)정의 관계로 창업의지에 영향이 미칠 것이다. 둘째. 예비창업자의 경력이 창업의지와 (+)정의 관계로 창업의지에 영향이 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 예비창업자 경력 지향성에는 관리지향성 사업지향성 자율지향성 기술지향성 안정지향성은 심리적 특성과 창업의지에 조절효과로 정(+)의 관계로 영향을 미칠 것이다.

무선통신에 대한 기술이 급격하게 진화함에 따라, 철도 무선통신도 VHF나 TETRA에서 GSM으로 진보되었고, 현재는 LTE 기반으로 변화하고 있다. 이런 흐름 속에서, 본 고에서는, LTE 로 발전 되는 철도 무선망을 QoS(Quality Of Service) 관리 및 이동통신망 과는 다른 관점에서 철도통신(LTE-Railway)에서 추가되어야 할 요구사항 및 거기에 다른 요소 기술들을 살펴본다. LTE-R 시스템에서는 음성, 영상, 열차제어 등 모든 종류의 진보된 철도 서비스에 대해서 통합된 형태로 안정적이고 신뢰성 있은 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이런 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서는 일반 이동통신망과는 다른 접근으로 LTE-R을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 고에서는 LTE 기반 철도통신망과 이동통신망의 다른 요구사항을 기반으로 과 차이점을 QoS(Quality Of Service) 등 철도와 같은 특수 임무형 통신 시스템에서의 요구사항이 적절하고 실용적인지 여부의 검증을 LTE 테스트베드를 실제 철도 영업선 상에 구축을 하고 필드 테스트를 통해서 만족 여부를 검토하였다. 국가적으로 진행되고 있는 LTE 기반 철도 통신망 구축 사업에서 요구하는 통신 기술 사이의 상관관계를 따져봄으로써 LTE-R에서 지원하는 통신 기술이 신뢰도 및 효율성 측면에서 충분한 정도의 기술적인 완성도를 갖추고 있음을 보인다.

This study aims to identify the core life-cycle elements for archiving digital content through analyzing the existing digital content life-cycle models and suggest the remedies for management the digital content of KISTI after a comparative study. As a result, the 10 core life-cycle categories consisted of 31 small elements were defined. Furthermore, the recommendations that digital content archiving should be set as a critical mission and archiving policy should be prepared in KISTI were proved.

최근 정보시스템들은 전사적으로 통합 운영이 가능해지는 복합시스템으로 발전해 나가는 추세이며, 사용자들이 원하는 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있고, 시스템 간의 정보가 보다 유기적으로 흐를 수 있는 환경이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같은 복합시스템에서는 상호운용성이 그 중요한 이슈로 다루어지며, 정보시스템 상호운용성 향상을 위하여 많은 절차와 정보기술이 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 우리 국방 분야에서는 네트워크중심전(NCW) 개념 등을 구현하기 위하여 전장관리정보시스템과 자원관리정보시스템 간의 상호운용성에 대한 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국방정보시스템 간의 상호운용성 분야에 대하여 구체적이고 체계적인 정책 수립을 위해 국방정보시스템의 개발 단계를 크게 개발 전, 개발 중, 개발 후의 세 단계로 구분하여, 그에 따라 각각 조직 및 임무, 수행절차, 기술 및 도구, 제도 및 규정등 네가지 관점을 가지는 2차원 형태의 국방정보시스템 상호운용성 인증 프레임워크를 처음으로 설계하여 제안하였다. 또한, 제안한 프레임워크를 우리 국방 환경에 적용하기 위하여 원칙, 조직, 절차(단 ${\cdot}$ 중장기적), 기술도구, 관련 규정 제(개)정안 등의 분야들에 대해 각각 방안들을 제안하고 있다.

KARI is now developing KSLV-II which can insert 1.5ton satellite into the orbit, and system design review is close at hand. As a part of mission assurance for space launch vehicle, reliability and safety management is being performed and to assure the safety, KARI has been doing actions on the basis of the safety assurance plan and system safety program plan. In this study, preliminary hazard analysis is reviewed and the result for the propulsion system will be illustrated. The result will be used as a reference for the safety and risk management.

위성의 비행소프트웨어는 위성이 주어진 임무를 수행할 수 있도록 위성을 제어하는 것으로 지상으로부터의 원격 명령을 받아 처리하고 원격측정 데이터를 지상으로 송신하는 기능과 자세 결정 및 제어, 전력 제어, 열 제어, 탑재체 관리 등의 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문은 다목적실용위성 2호의 비행소프트웨어에서 원격측정 데이터를 저장하고 지상으로 전송하는 기능을 수행하는 MMD (Mass Memory and Downlink Management) 소프트웨어의 설계 및 구현 내용과 시험절차, 방법, 시험결과 등에 대해서 서술하였다.

The purpose of this study is to ensure safety by proactively identifying hazards that could be derived from changes in mission form and environment as the advanced aircraft such as F-35A stealth fighter, KC-330 Multi-role transport and tanker, RQ-4B high altitude unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, etc are introduced that the Republic of Korea Air Force(ROKAF) has never been operated so far. To this end, the safety management methods based on proactive and predictive approaches used in advanced countries(US Air Force, UK Royal Air Force, Royal Australian Air Force) operating aircraft types same or similar things being newly powered by the ROKAF were reviewed. In addition, the direction for improvement of the safety management methods operating in the ROKAF and the measures necessary for establishment of the new safety management techniques to be applied were suggested.
