The film (2000) and (2016) are based on different time slips from each other. However, these two films have many common elements that make one illusion-based illusion. In the common elements, the main characters (being and thing) are traversed at different times and directed as a cyclical one. Also, among these, the movement link of the time and space has a commonality that it becomes possible through a medium ( - radio, you, there - pill). As a result, a series of scenes expressed in showed that the scene of produced in 2000 was greatly circulated. The reason why two movies have similar structure is that the basic framework of video media based on time slip is similar. Therefore, the purpose of this study is not to analyze the problem of quoting and borrowing of two films as mentioned in the paper. To add up, the material of video media is manifold which is a dynamic object of potential which is unlimited and opened, and by rearranging one media it can be created by escaping from one territory. Also, it is a study of analysis to contribute to producer or researcher as a time slip video creation reference connecting times based on the manifold arrangement from two films.

This experiment was carried out to investigate the major characteristics associated with the flavor rate and their changes according to days after silking of super sweet corn(Cocktail 86) for vegetable and waxy corn(Chalok 1). Ear elongation finished around 22∼24 days after silking. In kernel development, elongation was much more prominant in super sweet corn than that in waxy corn but thickness was vice versa. Pericarp thickness and kernel hardness of super sweet corn were slightly increased but those of waxy corn were increased rapidly as the ears matured. Moisture and sucrose content of super sweet corn remained high but the waxy corn was not. The reducing sugars(glucose, fructose) were relatively high at the early maturity stage but they were decreased as the ears matured and negatively correlated with sucrose and flavor rate. Soluble solids (Brix %) were positively correlated with sucrose and total sugar(sucrose+ glucose+fructose) content in waxy corn but not in super sweet corn and was considered as inappropriate criate criterion to envaluate the sugar content and flavor rate. Pericarp thickness and sucrose content were positively correlated with the flavor rate in both hybrids but total sugar content, and kernel hardness were positively correlated with flavor rate in super sweet corn and waxy corn respectively.

To find out the most reasonable analysis conditions of paeoniflorin, different paeoniflorin extraction methods and various UV detector wavelengths were conducted with paeonia radix of 4-year old Euisung local variety. The most reasonable paeoniflorin extraction time by reflux apparatus was 1hr. and by ultrasonic apparatus was 3hrs. and those methods were completed only once. Concentration of paeoniflorin by reflux apparatuses at 1hr. and 2hrs. of extracting time were higher than those of ultrasonic apparatus, and the differences were highly significant. However, the differences of paeoniflorin concentration at 3hrs. and 4hrs. in two methods were not significant. In comparing paeoniflorin concentration of many lines, ultrasonic extracting apparatus was more simple and effective than the reflux apparatus. Paeoniflorin was more reasonable sensitivity at 240nm, and albiflorin was 254nm by HPLC. When paeoniflorin and albiflorin were analyzed simultaneously, 254nm was more stable than any other wavelength.

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) can detect bacteria more rapidly than conventional plate counting. However DNA-based assays cannot distinguish between viable and dead cells due to persistence of DNA after cells have lost their vitality. Recently, propidium monoazide (PMA) treatment has been introduced. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the applicability of the PMA treatment and real-time PCR method for cell counting in comparison with plate counting and to evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of 2% CHX on E. faecalis using PMA treatment in combination with real-time PCR. Firstly, to elucidate the relationship between the proportion of viable cells and the real-time PCR signals after PMA treatment, mixtures with different ratios of viable and dead cells were used. Secondly, relative difference of viable cells using PMA treatment in combination with real-time PCR was compared with CFU by plate counting. Lastly, antibacterial efficacy of 2% CHX on E. faecalis was measured using PMA treatment in combination with real-time PCR. The results were as follows : 1. Ct value increased with decreasing proportion of viable E. faecalis. 2. There was correlation between viable cells measured by real-time PCR after PMA treatment and CFU by plate counting until Optical density (OD) value remains under 1.0. However, viable cells measured by real-time PCR after PMA treatment have decreased at 1.5 of OD value while CFU kept increasing. 3. Relative difference of viable E. faecalis decreased more after longer application of 2% CHX.
