Distribution of a series of procedure for establishment and revision for various instructions on information security for public institutions and diversified process of performance system following the compliance with the instruction are applied to the integrated procedure that any revision or change has led to the studies that are applied on the basis of all environment requirements and the facilitation of such studies in the integrated procedure for the entire information security. However, as the difference of possessing the work territory for each institution, maintaining and securing the security with the heterogeneous type for subject, the information still displays the issues to link to a series of process to the procedure to secure the foregoing as stability, In addition, the notice should be made by the public institutions for the result structured and notified on the basis of budget and the additional time and expenses for re-distributing to the private institutions would be another issue for the part to accomplish the purpose of such study. Therefore, under this study, the subject of information security of similar institutions should be sorted out and statistically classified, and it proposes the integration procedure through a series of diversity and multi-change process and summarize the same in the proposed procedure to engage in studies to secure the optimal stability.

The 21st century is the era of knowledge and information, and also the age of education and culture. The importance of a public library, which stands in the center of the stream of the times, cannot be overemphasized. A public library is a reservoir of learning and culture as a base camp for achieving a creative economy and the flourishing of our culture. Many problems are caused with the promotion of unification of a public library administrative system coming to the fore as a large issue of library communities in poor surroundings where the public libraries don't observe the library laws and rules bottom of such a reservoir is splintered by drought, and its embankment is not solid. Accordingly, this study is aimed at suggesting the improvement plan by analyzing all arguments and problems in relation to the promotion of the administrative system unification of a public library. For this purpose, first, the study considered the developmental process of the discussion about public library unification; secondly, the points at issue and problems in public library unification are reviewed; finally, this study arranged and suggested the improvement plan related to public library unification.

The purpose of this article is to anatomize the political dynamics of South Korea's healthcare policymaking through the integrative analytical framework combining the policy network perspective and the advocacy coalition theory. This framework is expected to be advantageous to the analysis of Korea's turbulent healthcare policy change from a systematic and process-driven point of view. A target of analysis is the two decades of turbulence to transform the health insurance system into a single payer system. Through the analysis, this article tries to illuminate the dynamics of Korea's healthcare policymaking, by connecting environmental context, policy networks, advocacy coalitions, and policy outputs. For a case study, this article classifies the debates to inaugurate a single payer system into four sub-phases and conducts longitudinal comparative research.

Korean government imposed a free education policy called "Nuri-Curriculum program" available for children under age of 5 ever since march 2012 due to consolidation of national responsibility. The policy presents providing of cost-free and high-quality education/childcare services to people. Nuri program services will expand to applied age of 3-5 children from march 2013. however, because to gain successful outcomes from the program requires well-trained professional educator, it is necessary to standardize education infrastructure in order to improve employees' professionality. Therefore study suggests followings: fisrt, establishment of desirable role-model. second, unification of the training process. third, unifications of administration system and qualification standard. fourth, readjust curriculums to focus on basic knowledge of human life. fifth, clarify the duty of educator and systematize curriculums. sixth, consolidate base criteria.

As the field report data does not normalize, ordering organization requires different form every time and field reporters make out form as random, data and report to the ordering organization by different medium such as FAX, e-mail, paper document. Therefore, Field reporters must set and make out same information in required pattern. And ordering organization is being responsible for side works of totalizing and processing the reported data. This research suggests the electronic document unification about monthly construction progress report and construction present condition report system. In addition, it suggests electronically processing function that can handle field report business to unifying electronic documents. As using the result of this research, it will improve the work efficiency and simplify in report business.

폰트관련기술은 폰트의 개발에 사용되는 폰트개발기술과 개발된 폰트의 효율적인 이용에 관한 폰트처리기술로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 폰트개발기술의 대표적인 예인 서체설계지원시스템 특히 한글폰트의 개발을 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있는 시스템의 개발에 대하여 논한다. 지금까지의 폰트개발은 서체전문가의 원도제작과정과 제작된 원도를 폰트화하는 과정으로 진행되었으나 본 시스템은 서체전문가가 직접 컴퓨터의 지원을 받아 원도를 제작하며 원도제작과정의 결과로 폰트가 만들어지도록 폰트개발과정을 일원화하도록 하였다. 이를 위하여 서체설계과정을 정의하고, 정의된 서체설계과정을 컴퓨터상에서 구현하기 위한 기법을 개발하였다. 본고에서는 참조설계로 표현되는 서체설계지원시스템의 개발을 위하여 고안된 기법중 글자의 중심선과 굵기로 윤곽선을 자동생성하는 기법과 글자의 특징을 이루는 돌기를 라이브러리화하여 운영하는 기법에 대하여 논하기로 한다. 시스템 개발은 PC상에서 VGA그래픽카드와 mouse를 사용하여 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences between the kindergarten teachers and teachers working at child care centers in terms of their professionalism, teaching efficacy and their perceptions regarding the integration of kindergarten and child care centers. Furthermore, this study examined whether those differences which were revealed were found between the subjects by their college major degree and place of employment. The 598 teachers who served as subjects for this study completed self-administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square tests and t-tests. The main results were as follows. The significant differences were found between the subgroups by college major degree in teaching efficacy and perceptions regarding the integration system. In addition, the subjects from child care centers had higher levels of teaching efficacy than their counterparts in other work environments, even though they had majored in the same subjects of early childhood education.

S-MAC은 전송 지연을 희생하고 전체 센서 노드의 동작 수영을 연장하기 위한 무선 센서 네트워크에 특화된 MAC(Medium Access Control) 프로토콜이다. IEEE 802.11을 수정하여 만들어진 S-MAC은 주기적인 Listen and Sleep 스케줄방식을 사용하여 무선 센서 네트워크에서 발생하는 에너지 소모를 줄였다. S-MAC을 사용하는 무선 센서 네트워크에서 초기에 수행하는 것이 자신의 동작 주기를 결정하고 알리는 것이다. 이 과정에서 무작위(randomization)로 선택된 시간을 사용하여 스케줄한 결과 다원화된 스케줄이 발생된다. 결국 서로 다른 스케줄 클러스터가 만들어지고 이 클러스터 경계에 있는 노드는 어긋난 Listen시간으로 인해 서로 통신을 하지 못한다. S-MAC 에서는 서로 다른 스케줄을 수용하는 경계 노드(border node)를 두어 해결하고 있다. 하지만, 경계 노드는 다른 노드에 비해 에너지 소모가 높고 브로드캐스트 형식의 데이터 전송 효율이 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 S-MAC의 다원화된 스케줄 방식의 문제점을 해결하는 H-SYNC(Heartbeat-SYNC) 스케줄 일원화 방안을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능비교 및 평가를 실시한 결과 낮은 에너지 소모를 달성하였다.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the changes, complexity and ill effects of the public library administrative system in Korea, to analyze its previous research and improvement issues, and to suggest reform plans and subsequent action. To do so, the author has proposed a unification model for the library administrative system, the library status in the local administrative organization, and the library management plan of the local government. And the author has suggested various subsequent actions for the unification of the library administrative system, that is, the transfer of property, relief of the financial burden, removal of the disadvantages caused by the status change, adjustment of the library director's position, improving the personnel system of librarianship, and amendments to the relevant laws and regulations.
