혼합모델 조립라인의 작업순서 결정

  • 오늘날 다양한 고객욕구를 충족시키기 위해 재공품재고 없이 단일조립라인에서 다양한 제품들을 생산하는 혼합모델조립(MMAL)방식이 많이 사용되고 있다. 일반적으로 MMAL은 모든 일감에 대해 동일한 작업장, 작업시간이 동일한 여러가지 사양중 하나를 선택할 수 있는 작업장, 그리고 작업시간이 상이한 작업들을 수행하는 작업장으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째 유형의 작업장에서의 작업순서결정은 전혀 문제가 되지 않는다. 그러나 두번째 유형의 작업장에서는 작업순서에 따라 작업준비비용이 달라지게 된다. 세번째 유형의 작업장에서는 필요로 하는 작업유형의 종류와 양에 따라 원활한 흐름에 변화를 가져온다. 조립라인의 일괄작업순서가 작업장의 처리능력보다 많은 부하를 초래하면 후속 작업장의 원활한 작업을 위하여, 해당 작업장의 작업자들을 지원하는 보완작업(utility work)을 행하여야 하나, 타 작업장에서 해당조립품의 작업시간에 따라 해당작업장의 부하는 평활화될 수 있으므로 보완작업량은 통제가능하다. 따라서 준비비용과 보완작업 비용의 합을 최소화하는 일정계획이 요구된다. 이에 관한 연구들이 행해져오고 있으나, 두가지 비용의 합을 최소화하는 연구는 아직 많이 진척되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 선행연구들에서 이미 제시된 TSP개념을 이용한 비선형2진 혼합정수계획모델인 수리모델을 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 이 모델은 너무 복잡하여 현실문제를 적용할 경우 계산이 불가능하다. 따라서 단시간에 최적에 가까운 해를 구하기 위한 휴리스틱 기법의 개발이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 위한 기초연구로서 우선 준비비용을 고려하지 않는 경우의 휴리스틱기법을 개발하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 특히 본 연구에서는 작업장에서 행해지는 작업유형은 기본작업과 여러가지 선택작업이 있을 수 있으므로 선행연구를 확장하여 기본작업과 두가지의 선택작업이 행해지는 경우에 촛점을 맞추었다. 그리하여 다작업장의 휴리스틱에 의거한 작업순서 결정을 위해 우선 BB의 상한을 구하는 연구를 행했다. 이를 위해 우선 단일작업장에서 야기될 수 있는 모든 상황을 고려한 최적 작업순서 결정규칙을 연구했으며, 이의 증명을 위해 이 규칙에 의거했을 때의 보완작업량이 최소가 된다는 것을 밝혔다. 보완작업 계산의 효율성을 제고하기 위해 과부하(violation)개념을 도입하였으며, 작업유형이 증가된 상황에서도 과부하 개념이 보완작업량을 충분히 반영할 수 있음을 밝혔다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최적 작업순서 규칙에 의거했을 때 야기될 수 있는 여러가지 경우의 과부하를 모두 계산했다. 앞에서 개발된 단일작업량의 최적 작업순서 결정규칙을 이용하여 다작업장의 문제를 실험했다. 이 문제는 규모가 매우 크므로 Branch & Bound를 이용하였으며, 각 가지에서 과부하량이 최적인 경우만을 고려하는 휴리스틱을 택하여 실험자료를 이용하여 여러 회 반복실험을 행했다. 그리고 본 연구의 성과를 측정하기 위해 휴리스틱 기법시 소요되는 평균 CPU time 범위에서, 랜덤 작업순서에 따른 작업할당을 반복실험하여 이중 가장 좋은 해와 비교했다. 그러나 앞으로 다작업장 문제를 다룰 때, 각 작업장 작업순서들의 상관관계를 고려하여 보다 개선된 해를 구하기 위한 연구가 요구된다. 또한, 준비작업비용을 발생시키는 작업장의 작업순서결정에 대해서도 연구를 행하여, 보완작업비용과 준비비용을 고려한 GMMAL 작업순서문제를 해결하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

Relationship of Parenting Stress and Anxiety in Children With ADHD (주의력결핍/과잉행동장애(ADHD) 아동의 불안수준과 어머니 양육스트레스간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine whether parenting stress is related to anxiety in children with ADHD. The data were provided by 112 children between the ages of 7 and 9. Forty nine children with a diagnosis of ADHD were recruited through 3 departments of child psychiatry and 63 normal children were recruited from elementary schools from the same city. The Korean version of Parenting Stress Index-Short Form was used to assess parenting stress and the Korean version of the State Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children was used to assess the level of anxiety. The results show that children with ADHD have significantly higher levels of anxiety and parenting stress than normal children. However, no significant differences in parenting stress and anxiety were found across gender, age, and the type of ADHD. Significant correlation was found between trait anxiety and parental distress and between state anxiety and difficult child. Parenting stress didn't significantly influence on anxiety in children with ADHD. Occupational therapist need to consider that the anxiety level of children with ADHD is different from normal children. It is needed for interventions for children with anxiety symptoms and also consultation and intervention for parents with parenting stress.

Relationship between Information Use and Quality of Life by Household Types of Elderly (노인의 가구유형에 따른 정보 활용과 삶의 질과의 관계)

  • This study surveyed 252 senior citizens in the Chungnam and Chungbuk regions to review the effects that information use has on quality of life. Participants were divided into two sub-groups based on household types. Data was analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0. Major findings are as follows: First, information use, mental and psychological health, as well a&s social relationships found in study subjects were significantly higher among seniors not living alone. Second, factors that influence the quality of life were found to be same for each group, but significantly different for their influence of each group. Factors that influence the quality of life were found to be economic status, information use, and education level. Factors that influence the quality of life in elderly living alone were found to be economic status, education level, information use. Based on these findings, the study presents practical and integrated measures to help the original objective of this research to be achieved.

  • 물관리의 기본이 되는 연속적인 유량 자료 확보를 위해서는 정확도 높은 수위-유량 관계 곡선식 개발이 필수적이다. 수위-유량 관계곡선식은 모든 수문시설 설계의 기초가 되며 홍수, 가뭄 등 물재해 대응을 위해서도 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 유량 측정은 많은 비용과 시간이 들고, 식생성장, 단면변화 등의 통제특성(control)이 변함에 따라 구간분리, 기간분리와 같은 비선형적인 양상이 나타나 자료 해석에 어려움이 존재한다. 특히, 국내 하천의 경우 자연적 및 인위적인 환경 변화가 다양하여 지점 및 기간에 따라 세밀한 분석이 요구된다. 머신러닝(Machine Learning)이란 데이터를 통해 컴퓨터가 스스로 학습하여 모델을 구축하고 성능을 향상시키는 일련의 과정을 뜻한다. 기존의 수위-유량 관계곡선식은 개발자의 판단에 의해 데이터의 종류와 기간 등을 설정하여 회귀식의 파라미터를 산출한다면, 머신러닝은 유효한 전체 데이터를 이용해 스스로 학습하여 자료 간 상관성을 찾아내 모델을 구축하고 성능을 지속적으로 향상 시킬 수 있다. 머신러닝은 충분한 수문자료가 확보되었다는 전제 하에 복잡하고 가변적인 수자원 환경을 반영하여 유량 추정의 정확도를 지속적으로 향상시킬 수 있다는 이점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 머신러닝의 대표적인 알고리즘들을 활용하여 유량을 추정하는 모델을 구축하고 성능을 비교·분석하였다. 대상지역은 안정적인 수량을 확보하고 있는 한강수계의 거운교 지점이며, 사용자료는 2010~2018년의 시간, 수위, 유량, 수면폭 등 이다. 프로그램은 파이썬을 기반으로 한 머신러닝 라이브러리인 사이킷런(sklearn)을 사용하였고 알고리즘은 랜덤포레스트 회귀, 의사결정트리, KNN(K-Nearest Neighbor), rgboost을 적용하였다. 학습(train) 데이터는 입력자료 종류별로 조합하여 6개의 세트로 구분하여 모델을 구축하였고, 이를 적용해 검증(test) 데이터를 RMSE(Roog Mean Square Error)로 평가하였다. 그 결과 모델 및 입력 자료의 조합에 따라 3.67~171.46로 다소 넓은 범위의 값이 도출되었다. 그 중 가장 우수한 유형은 수위, 연도, 수면폭 3개의 입력자료를 조합하여 랜덤포레스트 회귀 모델에 적용한 경우이다. 비교를 위해 동일한 검증 데이터를 한국수문조사연보(2018년) 내거운교 지점의 수위별 수위-유량 곡선식을 이용해 유량을 추정한 결과 RMSE가 3.76이 산출되어, 머신러닝이 세분화된 수위-유량 곡선식과 비슷한 수준까지 성능을 내는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 양질의 유량자료 생산을 위해 기 구축된 수문자료를 기반으로 머신러닝 기법의 적용 가능성을 검토한 기초 연구로써, 국내 효율적인 수문자료 측정 및 수위-유량 곡선 산출에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 향후 수자원 환경 및 통제특성에 영향을 미치는 다양한 영향변수를 파악하기 위해 기상자료, 취수량 등의 입력 자료를 적용할 필요가 있으며, 머신러닝 내 비지도학습인 딥러닝과 같은 보다 정교한 모델에 대한 추가적인 연구도 수행되어야 할 것이다.

A Study on the Food Hygiene Attitude and Personal Hygiene Management of Students by high school type in Chungcheongnam-do (충남지역 고등학교 유형별 학생들의 식품위생 태도와 개인 위생관리에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of education programs on food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management of high school students by type of school. From July 16 to October 15, 2015, questionnaires were distributed to 30 students per grade at 16 high schools in Chungcheongnam-do, and a total of 1214 questionnaires (excluding unrecurring and insufficient questionnaires) were processed using SPSS (ver 18.0). As a result, academic high school students answered more checking food's shelf life when they bought it in the store(3.79, 3.60), not eating the cooked and heated food after keeping without heating(2.85, 2.98), and storing food in the refrigerator in accordance with its characteristics(3.90, 3.76) than specialized high school students. Academic high school students were found to be more careful than specialized high school students, to wash hands before meals(3.66, 3.52), after went to toilet(4.30, 3.95), in the right way(3.63 and 3.45), and to go around less during meal time(2.19, 2.43) and to go to the toilet less often during meal time(2.28, 2.47). In this study, academic and specialized high school students showed significant differences in food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management, and academic high school students had significantly better food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene control than specialized high school students. but still need to be improved. Therefore, it is suggested that education on food hygiene attitude and personal hygiene management should be strengthened according to the type of school.

Analysis of Autonomous Vehicles Risk Cases for Developing Level 4+ Autonomous Driving Test Scenarios: Focusing on Perceptual Blind (Lv 4+ 자율주행 테스트 시나리오 개발을 위한 자율주행차량 위험 사례 분석: 인지 음영을 중심으로)

  • With the advancement of autonomous vehicle (AV) technology, autonomous driving on real roads has become feasible. However, there are challenges in achieving complete autonomy due to perceptual blind areas, which occur when the AV's sensory range or capabilities are limited or impaired by surrounding objects or environmental factors. This study aims to analyze AV accident patterns and safety issues of perceptual blind area that may occur in urban areas, with the goal of developing test scenarios for Level 4+ autonomous driving. It utilized AV accident data from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to compare accident patterns and characteristics between AVs and conventional vehicles based on activation status of autonomous mode. It also categorized AV disengagement data to identify types and real-world cases of disengagements caused by perceptual blind areas. The analysis revealed that AVs exhibit different accident types due to their safe driving maneuvers, and three types of perceptual blind area scenarios were identified. The findings of this study serve as crucial foundational data for developing Level 4+ autonomous driving test scenarios, enabling the design of efficient strategies to mitigate perceptual blind areas in various scenarios. This, in turn, is expected to contribute to the effective evaluation and enhancement of AV driving safety on real roads.

Critical Review on Research on Educational Gerontology in the Journal of the Korean Gerontological Society (『한국노년학』의 교육 분야 연구동향)

  • The purpose of this study was to critically review articles published in the Journal of the Korean Gerontological Society(2008-2017). The 70 articles on the field of educational gerontology were collected from the journal. Research subjects, types of research, data collection methods, data analysis methods, and topics of research were analyzed. For recent ten years, the proportion of articles about educational gerontology took only 10.7%. Normal older adults(52.9%) for research subjects, experimental research(41.4%) for types of research, using questionnaires(42.9%) for data collection methods, analyzing differences between experimental and control group(22.9%) for data analysis methods, and education for older adults(72.9%) for topics of research were showed the highest proportion. Future research on educational gerontology needs to investigate informal educational experiences, consider diversity of older adults, and have more critical opinions on educational gerontology.

An Analysis of the Factors and Patterns Related to Stress Perception of Students from Different Types of High School (학교 유형별 고등학생의 스트레스 인지 요인과 양상 분석)

  • This study analyzed the factors of stress perception and their patterns depending on the high school students from different types of high school, which include academic high schools and vocational high schools. The data reflected the degree of stress perception according to several factors, which are considered to be related to stress perception, and the study analyzed how differently these factors affected students in each school type. The subjects were 29,380 students from the 14th Korea Youth Health Behavior Survey who meet the purpose of this study. The factors related to stress perception were classified into general characteristics, health behavior characteristics, and health status characteristics. The factors of the study were compared in each group and between the groups. In both school types, stress perception was associated with a number of common factors and some group specific factors. The common main factors related to stress perception were depressive experience, subjective recognition of their health status, subjective recognition of sleep satisfaction, and gender. However, the pattern in which each factor was related to stress perception differed according to the school types. Therefore, efforts should be made to reflect the characteristics of each school type while considering the common factors related to stress perception when making policies for managing high school students' stress.

A Study on the Work Types of Chinese Bibliographic Records Based FRBR Model in the National Library of China (FRBR 모형에 의한 중국어 서지레코드의 저작유형 분석 - 중국국가도서관을 중심으로 -)

  • This study analysed work types of Chinese bibliographical records based on FRBR model to identify how many useful data there are in bibliographical records and how much difference in usefulness there is according to themes. For the purposes, the study randomly extracted samples of 2,200 Chinese books with 100 cases of 22 kinds from "Chinese Library Classification" through National Library of China's OPAC, targeting Chinese books collected by the National Library of China to analyse the work types of Chinese bibliographical records and their usefulness in application of the FRBR model according to themes and data types. The results are summarized as follows: Firstly, in applying the FRBR model for Chinese bibliographical records, 18.6% was considered as useful works for which simple work was added to complex work. Secondly, although it is a fact that usefulness is higher as bibliographical relations are more complex, only works by famous people collected in 'Marxism-Leninism'(A) and some classics and modern masterpieces collected in 'Literature'(I) have diverse versions of works such as sequels, revision, reproduction, adaptation, and critical books. However, if criticism, review, explanation and bibliographical introduction are included in specific subjects of 'Military'(E), 'Language and Words'(H), 'Literature'(I) and 'Comprehensive Book'(Z), it was clear that their usefulness is relatively high.

Effects on Individually Tailored Teaching According to Types of Under-achievement in Science (과학 학습 부진 유형에 따른 맞춤형 학습 지도의 효과)

  • Response to Intervention (RTI), which is focused on the gap between pre-interventions and post-interventions, provides an effective intervention program. This study takes under-achievement factors into consideration to determine the overall characteristics of underachievers. The under-achievement factors include cognitive learning factors, affective factors, and environmental factors. This study conducted curriculum-based assessments, achievement tests, and assessments on attitudes toward science and science learning motivation to verify the effects of individually tailored teaching according to the types of under-achievement in science. The experimental group was composed of six students in fourth grade, and the comparison group had 23 students. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the performance and progress of underachievers in the first-stage showed little progress and did not reach grade-level performance. Second, the underachievers in the second-stage greatly improved. In particular, the average of eight sessions in the second-step demonstrated performance beyond that of the regular child. Third, individually tailored teaching according to the types of under-achievement in science positively affected attitudes toward science and science learning motivation. This study will contribute to the improvement of the underachiever by applying individually tailored teaching according to the types of under-achievement in science.
