In literature, it has been widely accepted that knowledge management (KM) success ratio in private companies depends on the corporate size and type of industries. However, there are few studies concerning the procedures about building knowledge management system in state-run corporations. Especially. as the Korean Government advocated the slogan saying. The Strong Nation with Knowledge and Information, the need to investigate the knowledge management case about state-run corporations instead of private companies becomes more urgent. In this respect, this paper is aimed at introducing how knowledge management system has been successfully incorporated in KAMCO, and summarizing several fact findings which are deemed noteworthy for other similar studies.

Policy implications were derived by comparing/analyzing innovative SMEs and general SMEs that obtained innovation certification from 2015 to 2021 in terms of survival period. Work experience, scale (employment, capital and debt size, sales and operating profit) Korean standard industry classification (2 digit) was used to select general SMEs similar to innovative SMEs. Survival period was calculated by defining suspension, closure and overdue equivalent to default as events. As a result of the survival analysis, innovative SMEs showed a 9.8% reduction in the risk of delinquency compared to general SMEs, indicating that the survival period of innovative SMEs was significantly longer. In addition, it was found that the work experience and size (employment, capital) of SMEs had a positive effect on the survival period, but debt had a negative effect on the survival period. This means that the innovation certification system centered on innovation capabilities and future growth potential is a significant indicator in terms of survival period. As a result, it was concluded that the benefits and support policies provided by the innovation certification system need to be more systematic and sophisticated by reflecting the work experience and industry for the actual growth and survival of SMEs.

시그마경영은 1997년 국내에 도입된 이후 많은 기업이 생존 전략과 경영혁신의 방법으로 활용 하고 있다. 도입 초기에는 대기업과 제조업을 중심으로 적용되었으나 이후 서비스업과 R&D에 이르는 전 분야에서 운영되고 있다. 다양한 업종에서의 적용으로 각 분야에 따른 성공요소가 연구 발표되었다. 현재는 철도청을 비롯하여 우정사업 본부, 환경부에 이르기까지 다양한 공공기업과 관공서도 혁신의 방법으로 6시그마 경영을 도입하여 활용하고 있다 그러나 아직까지 공공부문의 특성이 고려된 성공요소에 대한 연구는 미진하였다. 본 논문은 이윤 추구를 중심으로 하는 일반기업과 다른 공익성을 강조해야 하는 공공기업의 특성과 공무원에 특징을 고려한 6시그마경영의 성공요소에 대하여 연구하였다.

벤처기업들의 활동영역의 국내외로 급격히 확대되면서, 각종 계약상 분쟁에 휘말릴 가능성이 높아지고 있고, 이로 인해 적극적인 기업활동에 제약을 받는 등 그 폐해가 커지고 있다. 이러한 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 일반적으로는 법원에 소송을 제기하여 해결하게 되는데 이 경우 장기간 시일과 비용이 소요되어 여러 어려운 문제들이 많이 발생한다. 이럴 경우 소송 대신 중재제도를 활용하면 쉽고 편리하게 분쟁을 해결할 수 있다.

벤처기업 재무는 일반재무와 달리, 사업모델과 발전단계에 따른 자금조달과 이를 시장에서 실현하여 투자수익을 회수하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 이것이 중요하다고 해서 재무적 추정과 구체적인 소요자금 산출과 이에 따른 예산 집행이 아무렇게나 버려져도 된다는 것은 아니다. 벤처기업 성공의 또 다른 열쇠는 벤처재무를 얼마나 제대로 이해하고 실행하느냐에 달려있다.

일반적으로 기업공개는 소유구조를 분산시키며, 소유구조의 분산은 경영자의 유인에 변화를 가져와 기업가치에 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 한다. 본 논문에서는 기업 공개후 IPO 기업의 가치가 상장전년도와 비교해서 하락하는지를 검증해보고, 가치의 하락이 소유구조의 분산과 관련이 있는지를 검증해보고자 한다. 검증 결과 공개후 기업의 소유구조가 분산되었으며, 가치가 유의적으로 하락했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 이러한 기업가치의 하락이 소유구조의 분산과는 별다른 관련이 없음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study tries to analyze what the most significant factors are in Brazil, where the Korean investing firms have to overcome and adapt to various difficulties, especially in terms of political environment. This main purpose of this research is to test empirically some relations of between the managing strategy of Korean firms and the environment factors of politics in Brazil while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Brazil. Second, the survey of Korean firms engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them. with this survey, the strategic method of multiple regression is used to testing some hypotheses. At the result of Analysis, It is proved there haven been negative affecting political factors of law/regulation system and administrative operation service, and Korean firms have implementing the responding management strategies with reasonable adaptation to risks and human network reinforcement.

This study tries to analyze what the most significant factors are in Russia, where the Korean investing enterprises have to overcome and adapt to various difficulties, especially in terms of local circumstance politically. This main purpose of the research is to test empirically some relations between the managing strategy of Korean enterprises and the circumstance factors of politics in Russia while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Russia. Second, the survey of Korean enterprises engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them with this survey. And the statistic method of structural equation modeling is used to testing some hypotheses. Explaining the analyzing tools, SPSS 12.0 for windows is being used for Correlation, Reliability, Validity and Multi regression and Finally the Path analysis is implemented by AMOS 7.0 for windows.
