  • 건물 및 주택의 가구배치나, 인테리어 디자인 등을 신규로 구성하거나 재배치하는 것은 고비용의 작업일 뿐만 아니라, 사용자가 정확히 판단하기 어렵다. 가상현실 시스템을 적용하면 공간적, 물리적 제약에 의해 현실 세계에서는 직접 경험하지 못하는 상황을 간접 체험할 수 있어 재배치에 대한 비용 및 시행착오의 오류를 줄일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 EON Studio를 이용하여 건물 내부의 인테리어를 바꿔가며 디스플레이 할 수 있는 실내 인테리어 시스템 프로토타입을 제시하고자 한다. 현실 건물 내부와 가구를 EON Studio를 통해 구축한 후 회전 및 이동을 통해 재배치 도록 하였다. 구현된 시스템을 통해 제안된 인터페이스가 공간 배치 응용 분야에서 유용성 이 있음을 확인하였다.

A study on the VMD elements of fashion select shop interior displays (패션 셀렉트샵 인테리어 디스플레이의 VMD 구성요소에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines the role of visual merchandising (VMD) in creating effective interior displays for fashion "select shops"(shops that carry a wide selection of brands) amid the recent changes in consumption trends, with consumer needs becoming increasingly individualized and diversified. Fashion select shop interior displays can be categorized as self-service, showcase, counter, and environmental display spaces. Regarding the VMD elements that contribute to effective interior displays, we reached the following conclusions. First, in self-service displays, in order to heighten sales efficacy, display elements should be presented in such a way as to enable customers to select products with ease by themselves. Second, the mere presence of showcase displays was found to be insufficient; if, however, select shops use showcase displays to arrange products according to the flow of customer traffic, enabling the creation of a gentrified atmosphere for products, this may contribute to a differentiated image of brands, heightening perceived product value. Third, in counter displays, having a harmonious arrangement of display and presentation elements promotes sales by inspiring customer confidence. Fourth, regarding environmental displays, it is important for stores to have attractive interior designs and decorations in order to reproduce settings in which products are actually used, as this can inspire interest in products and promote customers' purchasing intention.

  • V.M.D(Visual Merchandising Design) covers every space, environment, and visually stimulating factor. This includes not only the architectural appearance but interior, graphic sign boards, window display, layout, store appliances, lighting, and even the looks and service attitude that sales employees have and show to customers. V.M.D aims to display merchandise in multiple ways; to heighten brand images; to steadily lure many customers to the store. One of the characteristics that V.M.D has is, that this abandons the previous design concept which solely puts stress on luxurious interior-focused display; that this displays merchandise in a rational and systemic way and induces customers to buy products. In this regard, the objective of this study is to study brand perception and effect of V.M.D displayed in the stores, on customers, and thereby to present the concepts of V.M.D, suitable for display in the stores, which can be used continuously in the future.

  • This study focused on indoor spaces and convenience devices among vehicle interior designs suitable for the autonomous driving era, and presented an interior design model for future automobiles by applying the STEEP analysis method. The service design methodology is applied to deal with changes in display devices installed for the purpose of rearranging layouts and providing driver-centered information. Changes in types and installation locations of displays for various purposes such as connected and infotainment are expected. In particular, through this analysis, trends and experiences through indoor interior research in future self-driving cars will be studied, and subsequent studies will be used as basic data for actual development and application. Key drivers were extracted after deriving future trends linking the research project conducted in five stages to STEEP and consulting experts through FGI. Through this, it was later presented as a direction for indoor design. Through user-centered participatory design methods, emotional keyword derivation methods were used, summarized the derived drivers in five major trends in the future society, and each derived drivers were grouped to consider the relevant technology fields, and added elements to the autonomous driving level. This is an indoor ray viewed from the perspective of various social issues as well as personal tendencies in the future self-driving car industry.

  • 플래시 기반의 wall pad에서 보여줄 수 있는 그래픽 인터페이스의 방향은 크게 세가지로 구분할 수 있다. 첫 번째, 디스플레이 내의 자유로운 공간 이동이다. Wall pad의 주요한 기능은 제품의 원격제어이며 디스플레이에서 각 제품의 위치와 상태를 표시해 주는 것이다. 그러나 한정된 디스플레이 내에서 이러한 동작은 쉽지 않다. 플래시 기반의 환경에서 자유로운 zoom in, out을 통해 제품에 대한 정보를 명확하게 전달 가능하게 된다. 두 번째, 사용자의 감성 만족도를 극대화하는 측면이다. 감성 만족도를 높이기 위하여 모바일 제품에서도 대기화면 등에 다양한 요소를 적용하고 있다. 다만 본 제품은 모바일 제품과는 달리 항상 거실의 고정된 위치에서 보여지게 된다는 환경적 제약을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이를 활용하여 그 자체로 하나의 거실 인테리어 소품이 되어 전체 거실의 분위기를 한층 돋보이게 하는 역할까지도 가능하다. 세 번째, 메뉴 전개 방식에 활용 가능하다. 기능이 다양해지고 복잡해질수록 메뉴를 찾아 들어가는 일은 어렵고 복잡해지기 쉽다. 이러한 문제는 시간과 공간의 개념을 활용한 메뉴 전개를 통해 플래시를 활용하여 좀 더 직관적이고 인공지능적인 메뉴 방식으로 접근이 가능해진다. 이와 같이 홈 네트워크 인터페이스에서 플래시를 활용하는 것은 큰 의미가 있으며 실제 제품에 최적화해 가는 과정에서 그 효과를 얼마나 유지할 수 있느냐에 대한 문제가 가장 중요한 이슈가 될 것이다.

A Mixed Reality Based Interface for Planing Layouts (공간 배치를 위한 혼합현실 기반의 인터페이스)

  • Space planning is one of the popular applications of VR technology including interior design, architecture design, and factory layout. In order to provide easier methods to accommodate physical objects into virtual space planning task, we suggest applying mixed reality (MR) interface. We describe our hardware and software of our MR system designed according to requirements of the application domain. In brief, our system hardware consists of a video see-through display with a touch screen interface, mounted on a mobile platform, and we use screen space 3D manipulations to arrange virtual objects within the MR scene. Investigating the interface with our prototype implementation, we are convinced that our system will help users to design spaces in more easy and effective way.

  • The specific gravity is heavily focused on the service industry in the economic development of domestic and overseas in these days. This will be predicted to increase persistently in the future society. Therefore the franchise system has been diffused as one of a management methods for these service industry. The franchise system is an advanced country's circulation system which has been populated in an advanced country. After the opening of circulation market, rapid growing trend has been showing on foreign country's popular brands in the local domestic market. So the franchise system has been largely focused on among the domestic manufacturing and the circulation companies. This study is to review how the management characteristics(headquarters' supports, communication, menu development, compensation) will affect the fairness perception of franchisee owner. The results of my study are as follows; It appeared that communication, menu development and compensation affected all the distribution fairness and the procedure fairness affirmatively.
