핸드폰이나 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 등 휴대용 단말기의 보급이 급속히 늘어나면서 이를 통한 모바일 콘텐츠 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 비전문적인 개발자가 사용자 인터페이스를 편리하게 디자인 할 수 있는 환경을 구축하는 것이 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 적은 용량으로 고품질의 그래픽을 구현할 수 있는 2D 벡터그래픽 표준인 SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)를 사용하여 홈 네트워킹을 제어하는 모바일 기기(PDA)의 사용자 인터페이스를 디자인하는 방법에 대하여 고찰한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법의 특징은 선호인터페이스(Preference Interface) 설정, 하향식(Top-Down) 방식 화면구성, 그리고 동적 SVG 이미지 활용 등이다.

최근 웹서비스의 사용은 응용 칸 통신과 상호운용성의 필요가 증가됨에 따라 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 웹 서비스는 SOA의 참조아키텍처로서 필요한 복잡한 연산 수행 컴포넌트를 표준인터페이스를 사용하여 결합하도록 한다. 그러나 웹서비스에 대한 분산 기업응용에 적용이 요구되고 있으며 이를 위해 위험요소분석, 대응정책 및 해결책에 대한 방안이 부재한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 웹서비스의 품질관리를 위한 지능형 웹 서비스 품질 관리 아키텍처를 설계하고 웹서비스의 관리를 위해 온톨로지를 적용하여 운영할 수 있는 아키텍처를 제안한다.

WDMB technology has merits of high bandwidth and high mobility. But WDMB also has uni-directional communication problem. This paper provides solution to supplements uni-directional communication problem of WDMB with embodying return channel using WWAN to offer high quality multimedia service to user. Also this paper proposes intelligent network interface selection algorithm using various network information and return channel type. As a result of simulation, our proposed scheme is better as compared with other handoff scheme in energy efficiency of $7{\sim}8%$ and about two time of handoff number of time decrease.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of OPAC user interface in academic library setting, particularly on the basis of the user group's information searching behavior. Both survey and experimental methods were used for data collection. For the survey, 52 graduate students with various academic background were selected, and 8 out of 52 were chosen for the retrieval experiments using the SOLARS of the Seoul National University. The findings of this study suggest that both (unction and design of the SOLARS user interface should be improved to become a more user-friendly OPAC system.

소프트웨어 개발과정에서 사용자 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 유용한 소프트웨어 개발도구를 사용하면 매우 효과적이지만 사용자 관점에서 요구사항 검증을 위한 방법이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 구현 전 단계에서 사용자 요구사항을 효율적으로 검증할 수 있는 프로토타입 RV-UI 모델을 제안하여 개발자와 사용자간 요구사항이 적절히 반영되어 개발 시스템이 효과적으로 설계되고 구현됨을 나타낸다. 본 논문에서 제안한 RV-Ul 모델은 기존의 상용화된 시스템 인터페이스를 기능별 모델로 분류하였으며, 이원적 품질이론을 적용한 인터페이스를 통해 사용자가 요구하는 명확한 요구사항과 요구사항에 따른 형상관리 효과를 극대화할 수 있게 설계하였다.

컴포넌트를 기반으로 하는 소프트웨어 개발이 점차 확산됨에 따라 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어의 품질과 신뢰성을 보장하기 위한 컴포넌트 테스팅에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발자가 제공해야 하는 인터페이스 정보의 내용을 제시하고 표현하며 그런 정보를 이용하여 단위 컴포넌트 테스팅과 통합 과정에 적용하는 과정을 사례를 통하여 제시한다.

인터넷의 폭발적인 성장은 웹 어플리케이션의 증가에 영향을 주었다. 웹 관련 기술의 발전과 다양한 비즈니스 요구사항은 웹 어플리케이션을 점점 더 복잡하게 했고, 따라서 품질과 신뢰성이 중요해졌다. 이 논문에서는 웹 사용자 인터페이스의 테스팅 자동화에 대한 방법을 제시한다. HTML페이지의 객체와 자바스크립트의 객체를 매핑시켜, 사용자 입력 폼에 대한 테스트 케이스를 자동으로 생성해서 UI 테스팅을 자동화하는 방법을 보여준다. 또한 제안된 방법으로 테스팅 자동화 사례를 보여준다.

It is necessary to diagnose the standard record management system when the system is being spread out to entire public organization and institutions. This study aims to analyze the standard record management system for improving system and revising the related standards in the future. This study evaluates the satisfaction on the interface and functional quality of the system through questionnaire survey on records managers. It is found that the satisfaction of functional quality is just above the line, but the interface fails to satisfy records managers. Also the reliability of the system appears to be higher satisfaction than efficiency and usability. Therefore, the study suggests that the standard records management systems should try to improve 'easy of use' and effectiveness and efficiency by implementing heavy batch job and promoting modulation of key function. And the study emphasizes that the standards will be revised with the long-term plan in order to develop standard records management system systematically and continuously.

NGN is a packet-based converged network to support session and non-session services in QoS-enabled broadband transport network. QoS based resource control must be defined to support differentiated services for various network users in NGN. We designed and implemented DIAMETER protocol as the Rs interface, and also defined mapping rules between DIAMETER information elements and SDP(Session Description Protocol) attributes for QoS based resource control in NGN. We selected and implemented DIAMETER protocol among alternate resource control protocols in ITU-T as the Rw interface because of simple interworking method with Rs interface and adequate AAA functionality. We defined mapping rules of messages and information elements between Rs and Rw interfaces for resource control from a service layer to a transport layer. Based on the mapping rule of QoS information elements and the interworking method between Rs and Rw interfaces, we built up a test-bed that support differentiated delivery services.
