Research on Convergence of Internet-of-Things and Cloud Computing (사물인터넷과 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 융합에 대한 연구)

  • Internet of Things (IoTs) technologies have been computerized information generated from a variety of objects and humans, and have been applied to various fields by connecting via the Internet. In order to compensate for the marginal characteristics of IoT smart devices, such as low-power, limited processing and capacities, combining IoT and cloud computing technologies is now established itself as one of the paradigms. In this paper, we look at the definition, features and services of IoT and cloud computing technology, and we investigate and analyze the conversing needs of IoT and could computing, existing conversion paradigms, convergence cases, and platforms. In results, there are challenges to be solved, even though the cloud technologies complement a number of restrictions of IoT and offer various advantages such as scalability, interoperability, reliability, efficiency, availability, security, ease of access, ease of use, and reduced cost of deployment. We analyze the new research issues of convergence paradigm, and finally suggest a research challenges for convergence.

A Security Model of Mobile Agent Regarding Performance (성능을 고려한 이동 에이전트 보안 모델)

  • As the proliferation of Internet, mobile agent related technologies are examined for possible growth and evolution. In information retrieval, network and distributed system management, and electronic commerce, mobile agent is more flexible than the traditional communication paradigm. Despite the performance benefits, mobile agent is not used widely in the market because it is very vulnerable to a variety of attacks. In many studies related the security vulnerability for a mobile agent, the high security causes the performance to degrade. In this paper, we propose and evaluate the efficient security model for mobile agent using TDGM(Trusted Domain & Guide Manager), which provides three kinds of services : the trusted domain management, the security service and the travel plan guide. The result clearly shows that this model provides high security and minimizes the performance degradation.

QoS-guaranteed Routing for Wireless Sensor Networks (무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 QoS 보장 라우팅)

  • In some applications of wireless sensor networks, requirements such as energy efficiency, real-time, and reliable delivery need to be considered. In this paper, we propose a novel routing algorithm for wireless sensor networks. It provides real-time, reliable delivery of a packet, while considering energy awareness. In the proposed algorithm, a node estimates the energy cost, delay and reliability of a path to the sink node, based only on information from neighboring nodes. Then, it calculates the probability of selecting a path, using the estimates. When packet forwarding is required, it randomly selects the next node. A path with lower energy cost is likely to be selected, because the probability is inversely proportional to the energy cost to the sink node. To achieve real-time delivery, only paths that may deliver a packet in time are selected. To achieve reliability, it may send a redundant packet via an alternate path, but only if it is a source of a packet. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for providing energy efficient, real-time, reliable communications.

Security Core Technology Implementation for Hardware-based Smart Devices (HW기반 스마트 단말 보안 핵심기술 구현)

  • Recently, the frequency of dealing important information regarding financial services like paying through smart device or internet banking on smart device has been increasing. Also, with the development of smart device execution environment towards open software environment, it became easier for users to download and use random application software, and its security aspect appears to be weakening. This study inspects features of hardware-based smart device security technology. Furthermore, this study proposes a realization method in MTM hardware-based secure smart device execution environment for an application software that runs in smart devices. While existing MTM provides the root of trust function only for the mobile device, the MTM-based mobile security environment technology proposed in this paper can provide numerous security functions that application program needs in mobile device. The further researches on IoT devices that are compatible with security hardware, gateway security technology and methods that secure reliability and security applicable to varied IoT devices by advancing security hardware are the next plan to proceed.

Analysis of Correlation Between Radiation Information Sources and Major Selection Satisfaction : Focused on Radiologic Science Students in Korea and the United States (방사선 정보원과 전공 선택 만족도의 상관관계 분석 : 한·미 방사선학과 대학생들 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between radiation information sources and major selection satisfaction in radiologic science students of Korean and American. The subjects of this study were first-grade and second-grade at one university in Chungbuk, Korea and one university in Texas, USA. The survey study investigated from May 7, 2019 to May 28, 2019. As a result, first, these college students in both countries used the internet the most as them, but the percentage of information collected through textbooks was significantly higher among American college students. Second, Korean college students had a higher level of reliability in information sources than American college students in the order of internet, newspapers, and social network service (SNS), except government prints. Third, American college students had significantly higher satisfaction in major selection than Korean college students. Fourth, Korean college students were helped to select majors through various information sources, especially, the correlation coefficient between SNS was significantly higher.

  • The Ministry of Environment recently analyzed the output data of 10 fine dust measuring stations and, as a result, announced that about 60% had an error that the existing atmospheric measurement concentration was higher. In order to accurately predict fine dust, the wind direction and measurement position must be corrected. In this paper, in order to solve these problems, fuzzy rules are used to solve these problems. In addition, in order to calculate the fine particulate sensation index actually felt by pedestrians on the street, a computer simulation experiment was conducted to calculate the fine particulate sensation index in consideration of weather conditions, temperature conditions, humidity conditions, and wind conditions.

  • Efforts to incorporate blockchain into various fields are continuing as cryptocurrency transactions become more active. Blockchain has the characteristic that once recorded facts cannot be modified or deleted. Due to these characteristics, the use in the field of recording and proving certain facts, such as voting or proof of ownership, is attracting attention. In this paper, users who want to participate in the transaction process using private blockchain, one of the types of blockchain, are divided into real estate brokers, building owners, and purchasers (lessors), and roles are assigned to each user. In addition, we would like to propose a system to increase reliability through the participation of institutions. Through this, we intend to not only present a real estate transaction system that prevents damage from real estate fraud related to false sales and fraudulent contracts, but also enhances reliability and contributes to finding ways to utilize blockchain in the future.

  • 시장 및 산업 장벽의 붕괴는 금융 산업에 있어서 경쟁격화를 불러일으켰고, 기업들로 하여금 새로운 경쟁 전략을 모색하게 만들었다. 그에 따른 다양한 전략 중 많은 금융기관에서 고객가치 중요성을 인식하고, 그 가치를 객관화하여 기업 이익 증대에 좀 더 기여할 수 있도록 시도하였다. e-CRM은 인터넷 기술을 포함한 정보기술을 이용하여 그러한 전략을 지원해 주는 도구다. 그러나 수요자 입장에서 금융기관은 e-CRM 도입을 위한 객관적인 평가체계가 없이 e비즈니스에 대한 맹목적 신뢰 또는 경쟁사의 도입에 의한 경쟁적 목적 등, 합리적 효과예측에 기반한 도입평가를 하지 못했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주 기능 분석과 위험분석에 의한 도입평가체계를 제시하고, 인터넷 금융기관에 적용해 봄으로써 활용을 모색 하였다.

국세전자신고제도의 현황과 활성화 방안 연구

  • 국세청에서 제공하는 홈택스서비스(Home Tax Service: HTS)는 최근의 정보기술(IT)발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화에 따라 전자세정 기반 구축을 통해 납세자가 세무서를 방문하지 않고 집이나 사무실에서 모든 세금문제를 인터넷(www.hometax.go.kr)으로 편리하게 해결할 수 있는 종합세무행정 서비스이다. 홈택스가입자 현황을 보면 2002년 12월 60만명에서 2005년 12월말 현재 392만명으로 6.5배 증가하였으며, 2007년 2월 5일 500만명을 돌파하였다. 홈택스서비스는 전자신고 등 e-서비스 품질과 활성화 측면에서 세계적으로 앞서고 있고 최근 일본, 중국, 말레이시아, 베트남 등 다수 국가가 우리나라 홈택스에 대한 벤치마킹 의사를 표명한 바 있다. 국세전자신고제도의 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 납세서비스 패러다임의 선진화이다. 둘째, 다양한 서비스 제공으로 고객만족도를 제고하여야 한다. 셋째, 전자납부 이용자에 일정률의 세액감면 인센티브를 부여하여야 한다. 넷째, 납세자 지식정보화 교육을 강화하여야 한다. 전자신고는 납세자와 과세당국간 보다 편리하고 효율적인 세무환경을 마련하는 방향으로 전개되어야 한다. 기술적으로 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여는 web상에서 실체를 구별하는 식별(identification)력과 그 실체의 속성을 구별하는 인증(authentication)력을 확보하는 방향에서 접근되어야 할 것이다.

  • 최근, 인터넷을 통한 VOD와 같은 멀티미디어 서비스의 증대로 대용량 파일 서비스의 효율적인 저장 시스템과 전송 기법들이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 인터넷 환경 하에서 VOD 서비스와 같은 대용량 파일 서비스를 위한 효율적인 부호화 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 QoS가 보장되지 않는 비동기 패킷 망에서 클라이언트 측의 네트워크 상태에 따라 정보 전송량을 조절함과 동시에 다수의 비디오 스트림을 이용한 병렬 전송과 체크 스트림을 이용한 에러 정정을 통해 버퍼링시 미전송된 블록을 복원함으로서 신뢰성 있는 전송과 네트워크의 지터에도 강하며, 클라이언트가 가진 대역폭을 최대한 활용 할 수 있는 최선의 서비스를 제공한다
