To obtain Korea AS-level internet topology, we used three data sources, which include BGP data of UCLA IRL, IRR and IXP data. Using Internet topology generator models(Waxman, BA and GLP), we developed three graphs that have same number of nodes as Korea AS-level Internet. Then we compared each graph with the Korea AS-level Internet topology. Through this study we could find that the existing Internet topology generators can't simulate Korea AS-level internet.

Over the last decade, the Internet in Korea has developed rapidly. The number of ASes in Korea is 755. However, there has been no significant effort to obtain an accurate picture of the Internet AS-level topology. To construct more complete set of Korea AS-level topology data all the available data sources are critically reviewed and compared. Three data sources, which can be used to infer Korea Internet AS-level topology, are selected; BGP data of UCLA "Internet Topology Collection", IRR data and IXP data. It is known that global Internet AS-level topology follows power-law distribution. In this paper, we also investigate if the Korea Internet AS-level topology follows power-law distribution.

Studies of Internet algorithms or policies require experiments on the real large-scale networks. But practical problems with large real networks make them difficult. Instead many researchers use simulations on the Internet topology models. Some tried to find out abstract topological properties of Internet. And several models are proposed to reflect Internet's topological characteristics better. But few studies have been performed on how to model the evolution of Internet. We propose algorithms for modeling addition and removal of nodes and accompanied change of topologies. We analyze the topologies generated by our algorithms to observe that they obey the power-laws better than those generated by existing ones. These algorithms are also expected to be helpful in predicting future topologies of Internet.

인터넷은 시간이 흐름에 따라 그 규모가 매우 큰 형태로 확대되어 가고 있는데, 이러한 특성의 내면에는 인터넷 위상을 구성하고 있는 노드들의 증가와 때에 따라서는 지역적 특성이나 사정에 따라서 삭제되는 노드들이 존재하게 된다. 인터넷은 이렇게 삭제되는 노드와 추가되는 노드들로 구성되며, 시간이 지남에 따라 변화를 하면서 확대되어 가고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 기존 연구들은 인터넷이 시간에 따라 변화하는 특성에 대해서는 충분히 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시간이 경과함에 따라 노드가 생성되고 소멸되며 이에 따라 위상이 변화하는 현상을 모델링하고, 미래의 위상을 예측할 수 있는 모델들을 제안한다.

In this paper, phase shifter has been designed and manufactured to apply to passive phase array seeker for Ka-band and its performance was confirmed. It was designed as a key element for conducting electric beam steering by adjusting the phase of the array element. Insertion loss of less than 1.5dB and phase accuracy of less than $10^{\circ}$(RMS) in operation bandwidth of 1GHz were checked. The performance identified by the actual fabrication was further analyzed by applying the beam pattern analysis based on the array synthesis theory. The effect of the final performamnce of the proven phase shifter on the performance and pointing error and angular accuracy of the passive phase array antenna beam pattern was analyzed. Then, the validation of the proposed phase shifter has been made.

In this paper, we have introduced a new way to have low phase noise PLL of the Ultra wideband to meet performance requirements. Before development of the PLL, we simulated spectrum power, phase noise by using ADS. Finally, we confirm a satisfying result between required standard and measured value.

In this paper, we define a new Lucas-Padoovan sequence using the Padovan sequence, and a new topological interconnection network is constructed using it. Coding nonnegative integers using subsequences of the Lucas-Padovan sequence, and using this to construct a new Lucas-Padovan cubes to deal with topological properties.

인터넷의 보급과 국제화의 확산으로 영자 인터넷신문의 활용방안에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다 인터넷 신문이 기존 활자 신문의 보조매체의 한계를 뛰어넘어 독립매체로서의 위상을 확보해 감에 따라 인터넷의 특성을 살린 영자인터넷 신문의 제작 전략이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서 서비스되고 있는 영자 인터넷 신문의 현황을 파악하고 영자 인터넷 신문의 특징과 장단점을 분석하여 영자 인터넷 신문의 제작방향을 제시한다. 또한 현재 영자 인터넷 신문의 부가서비스와 컨텐츠를 기반으로 부가서비스의 다양화와 컨텐츠의 지식기반화를 통하여 국내 컨텐츠의 국외 접근성에 대한 정성적인 분석을 실시하였다. 국내에서 만들어지는 영어 컨텐츠라는 장점을 최대한 활용하여 외국인에 대한 국내 포탈 사이트로의 확대 전략과 온라인 상거래 기반의 영문종합쇼핑몰 구성방안을 제시한다.

It was proposed the use of an inducive element to measure the SOH of a secondary battery by phase response. As a result of simulating the Randles equivalent model of a secondary battery, the inductive element used as the load has a high response characteristic and increases the maximum phase response frequency band. In order to obtain the frequency band in which the phase response characteristic of the secondary battery is well observed, the phase response was measured with the change of the inductance value of the inductive element, 33uH,49mohm inductive element with the maximum phase response at 631Hz was used. The phase response measurements for secondary battery with different SOH showed that the phase response for each 20% of SOH showed a difference of about 3.8(degree), enabling the SOH diagnosis of secondary battery by the phase measurement for the inductive element.

수년 내 서비스가 개시될 휴대인터넷 서비스는 현재 모든 통신사업자에게 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 관련산업 포함 연 16조원에 달하는 서비스로서 고속의 이동 무선인터넷 서비스를 제공한다. 그러나 아직 휴대인터넷의 시장에서의 위상이나 기존 서비스와의 대체 보완 관계가 정확히 연구되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 휴대인터넷 서비스의 포지셔닝과 함께 휴대인터넷과 기존의 이동통신, 초고속인터넷, 및 DMB서비스와의 관계를 동시에 살펴본다.
