In this study we analysed 3-12 grade science textbooks, many literatures and internet sites related to diffusion and dissolution concepts. From these data, we discovered that the explanations of diffusion that used in textbooks are not considered the site of collision with mediums, and confused with dissolution, state transition and effusion. In the case of dissolution, almost analysis data were short of the explanations of interaction effect. Most of all, the focus of dissolution explanations was to solve the calculation problems rather than to understand the concept. Every internet site was poor, just as the level of showing textbook contents with computer, so the only effect of using computer was the sense of sight and hearing. Chemistry must be understood nature phenomena with a view point of particle theory, but many textbooks and Internet sites didn't represent it sufficiently. We set up the correct scientific concept and linked micro world of particle theory with macro world of nature phenomena. With a use of computer which have the advantage of representing moving things, we developed the computer-assisted instruction programs related to diffusion and dissolution with the viewpoint of particle movement.

In this study, we developed Internet Based Problem Solving Learning Model based on difficulty of internet based problem solving teaching and learning. For these, firstly we developed 7 Steps Problem Solving Model applying ICT-EUS into proper step. Next, we developed Internet Based Problem Solving Learning Model reflecting 7 Steps Problem Solving Model and searched an outline and characteristics of support system to apply the model into instruction. The teaching and learning model is composed of four steps of (1) design (2) preparation (3) teaching and learning execution (4) management, and 7 Steps Problem Solving Model is the core of teaching and learning execution step. The 7 Steps Problem Solving Model and Internet Based Problem Solving Learning Model are not for functional use but for general use. In other words they can be used commonly in all subjects.

초고속 인터넷 망의 구축에 따라 정보통신 교육이 활성화에 힘입어 직.간접적으로 응용하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 진행되어 왔다. 웹 기반 원격강의는 원거리 학습자들의 학습욕구를 자기 주도적인 학습이 되도록 전체적인 수업을 진행하므로 학습과정에서의 질의 응답을 교수자에게 면대면으로 제공하지 못하였다. 따라서 학습자가 요구한 질의 내용을 잘못 이해함에 따라 교수자가 학습과정에서의 피드백 제공을 하지 못함으로써 개인학습의 동기부여가 감소됨에 따라 흥미를 입게 되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 서비스에 대한 체계적인 분석 및 설계를 위해 네비게이션 모델을 통해 질의 응답을 지원하는 QALT(Question Answer Learning Tool)를 설계 및 구현한다. 원격강의는 웹 상에서 기본적인 컨텐츠를 제시하고 그를 통해 수업이 진행되는 과정에서의 질의 응답의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 일다대(One-To-Many)의 서비스를 제공한다. 또한. 학습자는 교수자가 지정한 교육용 서버를 통해 텍스트 형식이 아닌 강의자료로 쓰인 문서파일에 직접 작성하여 질의 응답을 가능하게 된다. 그로 인해 교수자와 학생간의 질의 응답을 통해 상호작용을 원활하게 할 수 있는 보조학습도구로써의 사용이 증가될 것이다. 또한 서버에서의 폴더 서비스와 메일링 서비스를 통해 실시간 질의 응답이 가능함으로써 학습자는 강의파일에서 그림에 관한 질문에 효과를 볼 수 있고 교수자는 질문 받은 내용의 위치를 시각적으로 쉽게 볼 수 있으므로 빠른 응답이 가능하게 될 것이다.

Recently, Internet utilization ratio of elementary school students is urgently increasing. On the other hand, elementary school students are not doing personal information management properly in the Internet. As a result, it is causing problem of information leakage. In this paper, we proposed a instructional learning method to teach importance of personal information management to an elementary school student. Proposed method is based on role-play instructional learning method. And applied to the third-year class in elementary school. We show that proposed method is effect in education than traditional teaching method about personal information management's importance.

This study tried to describe how to give learners a quick response and to relieve instructors from burdens of answering questions. It adds more dynamic functions to Question and Answer Bulletin Board System, which plays an important role in the interaction of web-based instruction. It also causes increasing enhancements of interaction on web-based instruction. The Implemented Dynamic Question and Answer Bulletin Board System supplemented the defects of the established Q&A, in which learners should wait for answers until instructors checked questions and gave their replies. This new system enabled students to receive prompt answers by using the answer database which instructors had already installed with the result examined by internet searching engines.

The various kinds of contents have been developed with the explosive increase of the internet users. The advantage of the contents could be extended to the extension of education. For the reason of no limit on space, on-line education such as cyber lecture and cyber university is getting popular. On-line education, however, could be faced to the problem of the management for attendance, homework and the exam. Therefore the proper supervision is requested so that students may get all the information for the calendar of test and other program which are necessary for the lesson. This study is to propose the system of education by mobile which is able to promote the efficiency of the study for the on-line education. The information of the lesson for cyber lecture could be accessed regardless the place and time by using the mobile phone which is usually carried.

There has been many studies to explore what is the best multimedia tools for English learning by internet, but the students are still thirsty for the lack of practical and effective learning method which may lead them to stimulate their motivations to learn English with technological new media. The purpose of this study is to design Flash Animation as a new approach to learn language acquisition for those students who are learning English as a second language. This second is to show the validity for the introduction of Flash Animation into the English class. The third is to describe the effectiveness of the application of multimedia tools used in English communication such as java script programming and power point presentation.

This study certified that the mentality training that utilized ICT learning has been working as an important base having much effect on learner's basic attitude on physical education class, improvement of bodily exercise function, and class satisfaction, and that the exercise ability was improved in the scope of speed, form(posture), accuracy(shooting success rate), and adaptability(performance ability). It means it is a much more step-forwarded educational method that the advantages of ICT learning and mentality training at the existing learning method were applied to the reality. Regarding the object of this study, it is a little bit unreasonable to generalize its study results in that it wasn't intended for national unit sampling. Therefore, in the future study, it is necessary to continue to advance the study that its representative-ness was supplemented through the balanced sampling between area and area, and between grade and grade.

This study was aimed to find the agribusiness management consulting competency for agricultural educator, to find the teaching method and evaluation criteria for each competency group, and to recommend the subjects, contents of each subject, instruction method and evaluation criteria of each subject. Through the literature review, web searching of agricultural consulting company and 17 experts members' reviews as delphi methods, agribusiness management consulting competency for agricultural educator was found of 64 items in 90 items. After educability reviews, it was selected of 45 item in 64 items for necessary and educable competency. And it was selected to good teaching method and evaluation criteria in each competency groups. Finally, eight subjects, major contents of each subject, instructional method and evaluation criteria in each subject were recommended for agribusiness management competency, and some recommendations were presented.

With the appearance of the Internet and the development of the World Wide Web, web-based education has made individual and selective learning centered on students in cyberspace available at any time and anywhere. In this paper, we design and implement courseware for a web-based 4th-year elementary school mathematics course. In order to make it as student-centered as possible, the courseware adopted learning activities using various Flash animation and design methodology to enhance students' interest to complete all parts of the course. When we gave our WBI courseware to 4th-year elementary school students to use, their achievement in the subject was greater than a group who studied with the traditional course. The results of the question investigation of the experimental group showed a positive reaction and increased educational achievements in the fields of comprehension, interest, convenience and reflection on self-directed learning.
