Network analysis of issue diffusion on the sanitary pad cancer-causing agent via Twitter and Youtube (트위터와 유튜브를 통해 확산된 생리대 발암물질 이슈에 대한 네트워크 분석)

  • This study focused on the difference of the volume of sanitory pad issue and The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the characteristics of SNS and the diffusion of issue in the process of crisis issue. SNS is categorized into communication diffusion, communication restriction,, diffusion, restriction base on the media interactivity and the user interactivity, In case of Twitter, media interactivity is low and user interactivity is low. In case of Youtube, media interactivity and user interactivity are all high. Crisiss issue is interactively diffused via Youtube compared to via Twitter. There was a negative public opinion in social media even if the government and the manufacturer said that there was no harm in the sanitary goods. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of social media environment in the diffusion of information. The government prepared for the use of SNS in crisis because there was a negative opinion on the government and the manufacturer via SNS.

Active Senior Contents Trend Analysis using LDA Topic Modeling (LDA 토픽 모델링을 이용한 액티브 시니어 콘텐츠 트렌드 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and trends of active senior. As the baby boom generation become the age of the elderly, they are more active than senior. These seniors are called active seniors, a new consumer group. Many countries and companies are also interested in providing relevant policies and services, but there is lack of researches on active senior trends. This study collects the 8,740 posts related to active seniors on social media from January 1st, 2018 to June 31st, 2021, and conducted keyword frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis and LDA topic modeling. Through LDA topic modeling, topics are classified into 10 categories: lifestyle, benefits, shopping, government business, government education, health, society and economy, care industry, silver housing, leisure. The results of this study can be utilized as fundamental data to help understand the academic and industrial aspects of active senior.

  • Recently, researches for the word of mouth(WOM) imply that consumers use WOM informations of products in their purchase process. This study suggests methods using opinion mining and visualization to understand consumers' opinion of each goods and each markets. For this study we conduct research that includes developing domain ontology based on reviews confined to "movie" category because people who want to have watching movie refer other's movie reviews recently, and it is analyzed by opinion mining and visualization. It has differences comparing other researches as conducting attribution classification of evaluation factors and comprising verbal dictionary about evaluation factors when we conduct ontology process for analyzing. We want to prove through the result if research method will be valid. Results derived from this study can be largely divided into three. First, This research explains methods of developing domain ontology using keyword extraction and topic modeling. Second, We visualize reviews of each movie to understand overall audiences' opinion about specific movies. Third, We find clusters that consist of products which evaluated similar assessments in accordance with the evaluation results for the product. Case study of this research largely shows three clusters containing 130 movies that are used according to audiences'opinion.

  • Recently business reengineering is the most attractive management reforming skill. Many of the Korean firms are paying attention to business reengineering and many of them have initiated it. The major purposes of this study are; (1) to investigate the relationship between each variable and success or failure of business reengineering, and (2) to examine interaction effects of measurement and performation variables. Two hundred eighteen questionaires were used for analysis. In order to throughout studies that I executed earlier. To look for dependence of critical success factors on analysis was performed to examine patterns between measurement and performance variables. In conclusion, the hypothesized relationships in the research model are supported by the empirical findings of this study. Additionally it is possible to establish theoretical reference system on the basis of critical success factors.

Emoticon by Emotions: The Development of an Emoticon Recommendation System Based on Consumer Emotions (Emoticon by Emotions: 소비자 감성 기반 이모티콘 추천 시스템 개발)

  • The evolution of instant communication has mirrored the development of the Internet and messenger applications are among the most representative manifestations of instant communication technologies. In messenger applications, senders use emoticons to supplement the emotions conveyed in the text of their messages. The fact that communication via messenger applications is not face-to-face makes it difficult for senders to communicate their emotions to message recipients. Emoticons have long been used as symbols that indicate the moods of speakers. However, at present, emoticon-use is evolving into a means of conveying the psychological states of consumers who want to express individual characteristics and personality quirks while communicating their emotions to others. The fact that companies like KakaoTalk, Line, Apple, etc. have begun conducting emoticon business and sales of related content are expected to gradually increase testifies to the significance of this phenomenon. Nevertheless, despite the development of emoticons themselves and the growth of the emoticon market, no suitable emoticon recommendation system has yet been developed. Even KakaoTalk, a messenger application that commands more than 90% of domestic market share in South Korea, just grouped in to popularity, most recent, or brief category. This means consumers face the inconvenience of constantly scrolling around to locate the emoticons they want. The creation of an emoticon recommendation system would improve consumer convenience and satisfaction and increase the sales revenue of companies the sell emoticons. To recommend appropriate emoticons, it is necessary to quantify the emotions that the consumer sees and emotions. Such quantification will enable us to analyze the characteristics and emotions felt by consumers who used similar emoticons, which, in turn, will facilitate our emoticon recommendations for consumers. One way to quantify emoticons use is metadata-ization. Metadata-ization is a means of structuring or organizing unstructured and semi-structured data to extract meaning. By structuring unstructured emoticon data through metadata-ization, we can easily classify emoticons based on the emotions consumers want to express. To determine emoticons' precise emotions, we had to consider sub-detail expressions-not only the seven common emotional adjectives but also the metaphorical expressions that appear only in South Korean proved by previous studies related to emotion focusing on the emoticon's characteristics. We therefore collected the sub-detail expressions of emotion based on the "Shape", "Color" and "Adumbration". Moreover, to design a highly accurate recommendation system, we considered both emotion-technical indexes and emoticon-emotional indexes. We then identified 14 features of emoticon-technical indexes and selected 36 emotional adjectives. The 36 emotional adjectives consisted of contrasting adjectives, which we reduced to 18, and we measured the 18 emotional adjectives using 40 emoticon sets randomly selected from the top-ranked emoticons in the KakaoTalk shop. We surveyed 277 consumers in their mid-twenties who had experience purchasing emoticons; we recruited them online and asked them to evaluate five different emoticon sets. After data acquisition, we conducted a factor analysis of emoticon-emotional factors. We extracted four factors that we named "Comic", Softness", "Modernity" and "Transparency". We analyzed both the relationship between indexes and consumer attitude and the relationship between emoticon-technical indexes and emoticon-emotional factors. Through this process, we confirmed that the emoticon-technical indexes did not directly affect consumer attitudes but had a mediating effect on consumer attitudes through emoticon-emotional factors. The results of the analysis revealed the mechanism consumers use to evaluate emoticons; the results also showed that consumers' emoticon-technical indexes affected emoticon-emotional factors and that the emoticon-emotional factors affected consumer satisfaction. We therefore designed the emoticon recommendation system using only four emoticon-emotional factors; we created a recommendation method to calculate the Euclidean distance from each factors' emotion. In an attempt to increase the accuracy of the emoticon recommendation system, we compared the emotional patterns of selected emoticons with the recommended emoticons. The emotional patterns corresponded in principle. We verified the emoticon recommendation system by testing prediction accuracy; the predictions were 81.02% accurate in the first result, 76.64% accurate in the second, and 81.63% accurate in the third. This study developed a methodology that can be used in various fields academically and practically. We expect that the novel emoticon recommendation system we designed will increase emoticon sales for companies who conduct business in this domain and make consumer experiences more convenient. In addition, this study served as an important first step in the development of an intelligent emoticon recommendation system. The emotional factors proposed in this study could be collected in an emotional library that could serve as an emotion index for evaluation when new emoticons are released. Moreover, by combining the accumulated emotional library with company sales data, sales information, and consumer data, companies could develop hybrid recommendation systems that would bolster convenience for consumers and serve as intellectual assets that companies could strategically deploy.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷의 진화 및 이미징 디바이스 전반의 발달에 따른 디지털 카메라의 진화 전략을 다룬 논문이다. 오늘날의 카메라 기술은 하루가 다르게 발전해 나가고 있다. 수동 필름 카메라에서부터 최첨단 하이브리드(hybrid) 카메라에 이르기 까지 카메라는 끊임없이 진화해 왔으며 사용자 계층 역시 다양해지고 있다. 디지털이 적용된 디지털 카메라의 경우, 웹의 발전과 더불어 활용도가 다양해 짐에 따라서 기존에는 전문가와 비전문가 계층으로 명확하게 나뉘던 사용자 계층도 그 경계가 모호해졌으며 사용자의 수 역시 비약적으로 증가하였다. 수많은 사업자들이 디지털 카메라 시장에 진출함에 따라, 높은 성장세가 지속되던 컴팩트 카메라 (compact camera)시장은 과포화기에 접어들어 성장성이 점차 감소하는 추세에 있으며, 전문가의 영역으로 여겨졌던 DSLR 시장 역시 선발업체의 높은 진입장벽과 이를 극복하기 위한 후발업체의 지속적인 도전으로 인해 경쟁은 치열하고 이익은 내기 어려운 레드 오션(red ocean)이 되었다. 이러한 상황 속에서 디지털 카메라가 활용될 수 있는 대표적 매체인 웹 역시 '웹 2.0' 이라는 용어가 생길 정도로 발전했다. 웹2.0시대가 본격화되어 서로 다른 사용자들이 자유롭게 컨텐츠를 공유하고 누구든지 쉽게 정보의 생산에 동참할 수 있게 됨으로써 기존의 웹에서 일어나지 않았던 다양한 변화들이 생겨나게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 변화의 특징들을 살펴보기 위해 웹 2.0 시대의 대표적인 컨텐츠 공유 커뮤니티로 자리매김한 야후(Yahoo)사(社) 플리커(Flickr)의 사례를 통해 디지털 카메라 사용자들의 디지털 카메라 사용패턴을 살펴보고 이를 통해 디지털 카메라의 진화를 설명하고자 한다. 인터넷이 발전하며 디지털 카메라와 관련 되어 나타난 대표적인 변화는 일반 소비자가 진화하는 점 이라고 볼 수 있다. 컨텐츠의 공유가 자유로운 웹 플랫폼의 등장, 카메라 기술이 결합된 소형 디지털 단말기의 발전 등으로 인해 비전문가 영역에 속해있던 일반 소비자 계층에 Flickr와 같은 웹 커뮤니티에서의 활동을 통해 준전문가 계층으로 진입하려는 욕구가 생기게 되었는데, 이렇게 형성된 욕구에 따라 디지털 카메라 시장 역시 새로운 수요를 만나게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 경쟁이 치열한 시장 상황 속에서 디지털 카메라의 향후 발전 방향을 알아보기 위해 우선 디지털 카메라 기능을 나누어 본 후, 이미징 디바이스 시장과 웹의 발전 형태에 대해 분석해보았다. 이어 본 연구에서는 분류된 디지털 카메라의 기능을 바탕으로 웹 2.0 시대에 시장을 주도할 수 있는 디지털 카메라의 변화방향에 대해서 알아보았다. 본 연구는 감성적 및 이성적 측면에서 디지털 카메라의 향후 전개방향을 살펴보았다는 점에서 이론적 실무적 함의를 가지는 논문이라고 사료된다.

The Role of Cue-based Trust for Trust Building in e-Commerce (전자상거래에서의 신뢰 형성을 위한 단서적 신뢰의 역할)

  • As Internet shopping is getting popular, "trust" has become an important factor for customers to select websites and have repurchase intention. "Trust" has been developed from uni-dimensional concept to multi-dimensional concept in e-Commerce area. From the multi-dimensional viewpoint, this study is to investigate the processes to build trust for online stores. For this purpose, this study classifies the concept of trust into cue-based trust and experience-based trust, and then investigates their relationship in online stores. This study also identifies factors that explain cue-based trust and experience-based trust. The result from questionnaire survey distinguished cue-based trust from experience-based trust and both trust concepts are correlated each other. Second, cue-based trust is explained by perceived size, perceived reputation, and return policy, while experience-based trust is done by navigation, information usefulness and interactivity.

Multi-Dimensional Analysis Method of Product Reviews for Market Insight (마켓 인사이트를 위한 상품 리뷰의 다차원 분석 방안)

  • With the development of the Internet, consumers have had an opportunity to check product information easily through E-Commerce. Product reviews used in the process of purchasing goods are based on user experience, allowing consumers to engage as producers of information as well as refer to information. This can be a way to increase the efficiency of purchasing decisions from the perspective of consumers, and from the seller's point of view, it can help develop products and strengthen their competitiveness. However, it takes a lot of time and effort to understand the overall assessment and assessment dimensions of the products that I think are important in reading the vast amount of product reviews offered by E-Commerce for the products consumers want to compare. This is because product reviews are unstructured information and it is difficult to read sentiment of reviews and assessment dimension immediately. For example, consumers who want to purchase a laptop would like to check the assessment of comparative products at each dimension, such as performance, weight, delivery, speed, and design. Therefore, in this paper, we would like to propose a method to automatically generate multi-dimensional product assessment scores in product reviews that we would like to compare. The methods presented in this study consist largely of two phases. One is the pre-preparation phase and the second is the individual product scoring phase. In the pre-preparation phase, a dimensioned classification model and a sentiment analysis model are created based on a review of the large category product group review. By combining word embedding and association analysis, the dimensioned classification model complements the limitation that word embedding methods for finding relevance between dimensions and words in existing studies see only the distance of words in sentences. Sentiment analysis models generate CNN models by organizing learning data tagged with positives and negatives on a phrase unit for accurate polarity detection. Through this, the individual product scoring phase applies the models pre-prepared for the phrase unit review. Multi-dimensional assessment scores can be obtained by aggregating them by assessment dimension according to the proportion of reviews organized like this, which are grouped among those that are judged to describe a specific dimension for each phrase. In the experiment of this paper, approximately 260,000 reviews of the large category product group are collected to form a dimensioned classification model and a sentiment analysis model. In addition, reviews of the laptops of S and L companies selling at E-Commerce are collected and used as experimental data, respectively. The dimensioned classification model classified individual product reviews broken down into phrases into six assessment dimensions and combined the existing word embedding method with an association analysis indicating frequency between words and dimensions. As a result of combining word embedding and association analysis, the accuracy of the model increased by 13.7%. The sentiment analysis models could be seen to closely analyze the assessment when they were taught in a phrase unit rather than in sentences. As a result, it was confirmed that the accuracy was 29.4% higher than the sentence-based model. Through this study, both sellers and consumers can expect efficient decision making in purchasing and product development, given that they can make multi-dimensional comparisons of products. In addition, text reviews, which are unstructured data, were transformed into objective values such as frequency and morpheme, and they were analysed together using word embedding and association analysis to improve the objectivity aspects of more precise multi-dimensional analysis and research. This will be an attractive analysis model in terms of not only enabling more effective service deployment during the evolving E-Commerce market and fierce competition, but also satisfying both customers.

Sensibility and Preference of Shoes Style According to Personality of Female College Students (여대생의 성격에 따른 구두 스타일의 감성과 선호도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the emotion and preference for shoes styles through empirical research, in accordance with personality type, age and fashion innovativeness of female students. This study was a survey research through convenience sampling of 224 college students. In order to select shoes style, a pre-classification through dictionary and online search was done to choose the representative eight styles of shoes to college students. Personality types was determined from the modified measures of the brief MBTI to fit this study, and the emotional scale of sensibility was revised from the previous studies. SPSS statistical analysis were executed as follows: First, preference and emotion on shoes styles were significantly different in accordance with the shoes type and the diagram from the results of correspondence analysis showed some relationship between the sensibility and shoes styles showing 4~5 clusters. Second, the sensibility and preference had significant difference in some type of shoes according to the personality types of college students. Third, there was a significant difference in the shoes preference and sensibility by accordance of the degree of fashion innovativeness. And there was a significant difference in preference of shoes according to the purchase frequency of consumers. We hope this data is useful to this current dynamic market of shoes to the both sides of producer and consumers.

모바일 컨텐츠 공급파트너와 서비스 제공업체의 관계에 대한 연구 -전략적 성과에 영향을 미치는 관계특성을 중심으로-

  • 소비자의 욕구변화와 정보기술의 발전으로 정보경제시대, 신경제시대가 도래함에 따라 가치사슬이 변화하고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 선으로부터의 자유, 개인성, 즉시성이 가능한 모바일 비즈니스가 우리나라에서도 태동하고 있다. 모바일 비즈니스는 금융업체, 정보제공업체, 통신망 운용업체, 최종이용자간의 새로운 가치의 결합이 특징이며, 막 흐름이 만들어지고 발전되고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같이 다양한 이해관계자가개입하고 있어 협력이 특히 강조되고 또 요구되고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이들간의 관계에 대한 연구가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 비즈니스를 주도하고 있는 통신망 제공업체와 모바일 컨텐츠 공급 파트너간의 조직간 협력관계에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 관계마케팅, 거래비용, 자원기반관점, 네트워크 이론 등 기업간 관계를 기술, 설명, 예측하는 주요이론에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 바탕으로 본 연구는 컨텐츠 공급파트너의 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 연구 모형을 제시한다. 최근 중요성이 더 강조되고 있는 항목은 신뢰와 결속임을 감안하여, 매개변수로써 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소로 신뢰와 결속을 제시하고 있다. 컨텐츠 제공업체의 전략적 성과는 서비스제공업체에 대한 신뢰와 결속에 큰 영향을 받고있다는 점을 반영하고 있다. 한편 신뢰에 영향을 주는 독립변수로는 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평판, 서비스제공업체와 컨텐츠 제공 파트너간의 상호의사소통, 그리고 업무처리의 절차에 대한 공정성을 제시하고 있다 결속에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 동의된 목표, 업무정보교류, 거래특유자산의 3개의 변수를 선정하였다. 독립, 매개, 종속변수간의 9개의 연구 가설을 수립하였다. 국내의 주도적인 이동통신망소유업체에 모바일 컨텐츠를 공급하고 있는 170여개의 파트너를 대상으로 실증연구를 수행했다. 공변량 구조분석을 위주로 분석한 연구의 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 모델은 충분한 적합성을 보여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가설의 상당수가 채택이 되었다. 그러나 모바일 비즈니스의 기업간관계의 실제측면을 나타내는 업무정보교류와 결속자의 관계의 유의하지 않게 나와 기각되었다. 기각에 대한 여러 가지의 해석이 가능하지만 측정의 신뢰성을 확보해야 하고 개념의 타당성을 더 엄격하게 준수할 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 조직이론에 근거한 변수를 채택하고 있으나 모바일 비즈니스의 생명주기특성상 태동기이기 때문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념에 대한 심도 깊은 연구와 최근 제기되고 있는 이론의 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 요소간의 개념적 분류, 차이의 검증, 영향력 등을 광범위하게 진행시킬 필요가 있다.
