인터넷 뱅킹은 다른 정보시스템이나 웹기반 시스템에 비해 보안에 대한 우려가 높으면서, 다른 거래자들과의 사용자간 거래가 지원되는 P2P적 요소를 가지고 있다. 따라서 보안우려와 거래파트너는 인터넷 뱅킹 사용에 많은 영향을 주는 중요한 요소로 간주될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 기술수용모형에 보안우려와 거래파트너 영향을 외부변수로 도입한 확장된 기술수용모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 기존에 사용하고 있던 유용성 대신에 편리성을 도입하였고 보안우려와 사용용이성 및 사용은 부( )의 관계, 거래파트너 영향과 편리성 및 사용은 정(+)의 관계에 의해 기존의 기술수용모형에 확장하였다. 실증적 검증을 위해 설문조사를 하였고 조사결과는 구조방정식에 의해 분석하여 만족할만한 모형적합도를 얻었고, '보안우려-사용용이성' 관계를 제외한 모든 가설이 채택되었다.

This study tried to identify factors influencing on consumer trust of Internet Shopping Mall. There found five factors; transaction security, Validation & contact, company image, nevigation & convenience and consumer style. These factors were correlated with internet shopping variables and there were difference of mean factor scores among consumer groups classified by frequency of online buying.

The purpose of this study was to see the influences of net-speak on actual writing of elementary schoolchild. So I investigated diaries and letters of elementary schoolchild in Jeju. And I researched through questionaire their recognition of net-speak. As the result, it became clear to be widely used net-speak both diaries and letters, especially letters. In computer education, first, Information and communication ethics must be educated. The second, software which filtering net-speak have to be developmented. In language education, first, it must be researched to influence the replacing a ellipsis symbol with a period or omitting the subject, complement, and object in sentence on elementary schoolchild's way of thinking. The second, it needs to be researched the influences of the misuse of sign in sentences on the writing of elementary schoolchild.

This study is aimed at investigating the factors that influence the profits of Internet personal broadcasting to improve unstable benefit structure. 50 viewers of game broadcasting that includes most of internet personal broadcasting's personalities are surveyed, who are watching the broadcasting everyday more than an hour and backing to a broadcast conductor. For investigating Benefit Structure Analysis of Internet Personal Broadcasting, independent variables are composed of Social viewing experience, Parasocial relationship, and Information seeking motive and mediator is composed of viewing satisfaction that influences dependent variable, purchase intention. As a result the study founds that only two independent variables(Parasocial relationship, Information seeking motive) affect to mediator and viewing satisfaction affected to dependent variable.

대학생의 식행동, 체중조절방법 및 영양소 섭취실태에 대한 영양교육 효과를 평가하고자 인터넷 영양교육 강의를 수강하는 대학생(남학생 122명, 여학생 103명) 총 225명을 대상으로 자가기록식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 영양교육은 비만에 대한 전반적인 내용(정의, 원인, 비만으로 생기는 질병, 치료방법 등), 간식, 폭식 등의 문제점, 영양소의 체내 작용 등을 실시하였으며, 조사항목으로는 신체계측, 식행동, 체중조절방법 및 식이섭취조사를 영양교육 전과 8주간의 영양교육 후 2회에 걸쳐 동일한 방법으로 검사하였다.(중략)

인터넷의 성장과 더불어 e-learning 을 통한 교육의 기회가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 e-learning을 통한 고교의 보충수업이 사교육시장에 미치는 영향을 분석함에 있다. 올해부터 시작된 EBS의 수능교육은 TV와 인터넷을 통하여 이루어지며, 사교육시장에 작지 않은 변화를 가져올 것으로 보인다. 연구방법으로는 EBS의 수능교육의 수요자인 고교생을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다.

오늘날은 정보의 홍수라고 표현이 될 만큼 많은 양의 정보를 어디서나 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 많은 양의 정보 중 사람들은 그들이 필요한 정보를 얻기 위하여 인터넷을 사용하며 대부분의 사용자들이 포털 사이트의 검색 서비스를 통하여 그들이 원하는 정보를 검색하고 얻고 있다. 그러나 전통적인 여과 과정을 통해 검증된 인쇄 자원과는 다르게 인터넷상에 있는 자원은 대부분 여과되어 있다고 볼 수 없다. 인터넷상에서 발견되는 정보가 주로 여과되지 않은 상태라는 점을 이해하는 것도 정보를 얻는 사용자 입장에서 매우 중요하다. 그런 의미에서 웹에서는 제공되는 정보에 대한 선정, 조직화, 검색에 대한 표준화가 아직 없기 때문에, 단순히 웹 검색 엔진을 이용한 검색의 결과만을 통해서 원하는 정보를 찾는 것은 쉽 지가 않다(Spink et al, 1999). 비록 원하던 정보를 얻었다 해도 획득한 정보가 신뢰할 만한 것인지를 판단하기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 그러한 요구에 부응하기 위해 검색 서비스에 대한 사용자 선호 요인을 선별하고 설문 조사를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 크게 문헌 연구와 실증 연구로 구별되며, 실증 분석에서는 검색 서비스를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 인터넷 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 인터넷 사이트와 설문지를 배부하는 형식으로 진행하여, 통계 패키지를 이용 결과를 분석하였다. 문헌 연구에 따르면 인터넷 사이트를 사용하는데 있어서, 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 인지된 유용성, 흥미성, 시스템 품질, UI의 편의성이 있으며 본 연구에서도 이러한 요인을 중심으로 연구 모형을 정하였다. 이러한 요인들에 대하여 가설을 정해 실증 분석을 한 결과, 기본적으로 검색 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 UI의 편의성은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 흥미 성, 시스템 품질은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 품질과 시스템 품질의 결과는 유의 수준에서 크게 넘어가지 않는 결과가 나와 반드시 영향을 미치지 못하는 것은 아니라고 조사되었다. 본 연구는 검색 서비스라는 특정 서비스에 대해서 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 학문적인 측면에서 기존의 통합적인 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구의 확장을 가능케 하였고, 개인사용자 측면에서는 좀더 좋은 정보를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다.

There are limitations as to how internet surveys can be used. Applying various weighting procedures has not always resulted in error reduction. A good reference survey would increase the effects of the weighting method, but it is very difficult to get a reference survey for non-demographic weighting variables, which restricts the use of internet surveys. We hypothesized that time use variables could be employed as weighting variables. The time use survey is conducted regularly by KOSTAT and includes various time-related variables. We tested our hypothesis using the 2009 survey results, which had been gathered by KOSTAT in 2009. When we applied weighting variables which were based on the 2004 time use survey results to the online version of the 2009 KOSTAT social survey, the gap between the online and off-line versions was slightly reduced. This result shows that we could use time use survey results to develop a better weighting scheme.

Due to people's internet use growth and proliferation of ubiquitous technology, the internet addiction is becoming a social issue. However, the current adults' self-diagnosis measure about internet addiction, the K-scale, is a normal diagnostic method, which it does not consider user characteristics. In this research, we will propose a new internet addiction diagnostic method based on users' non-duty internet activities by using some questionnaire items to collect users' basic internet patterns used on duty related or non-duty related web sites. Since we simply ask for the basic internet usage pattern to each user who does not like to check frankly questionnaire items in the K-scale, the proposed method can find some hidden internet addicts compared to the K-scale with the SPSS statistical analysis tool.

Internet-based distance learning is proliferated, but justifying its educational effectiveness is challenging. Investigation into the problems is important and fundamental for the study on the educational effectiveness. In this study, problems of Internet-based distance learning are structured by four categories as environmental problems, student problems, course design problems and operational problems. Based on a survey of distance education participants, problems are analysed. Also, analysis from the point of demographic differences such as sex, job existence and age is performed.
