However, the Library Act was amended for the reposition of online materials, but only in the ways that Google's case is different. However, online data is publicly not available through the Internet, so this service hae limited means and range unlike Google. This paper, the digitization of books in the library due to copyright, examines the legal issues looking for the desirable solution. • The purpose of this paper is to provide an answer for the following question: What are the major shifts and implications of the unprecedently competitive and rapidly changing media ecosystem in the era of N-screen and OTT services? I've attempted to understand the complex and competitive nexus among media from an historical context by focusing on the displacement vs. complement thesis. The TPC model by Han has been employed for the analysis of the current dynamics of US media industries by triangulating three areas: Technology/industry, public policy and consumer/culture. More specifically, the US media landscape is initially divided into two competitive turfs - the competitors equipped with OTT services and the legacy media industry, and then the traditional media industry was grouped again into PayTV group(telecom service providers with IPTV and mobile TV, cable/Satellite TV networks) and Free (over-the-air) TV networks. Six major shifts were identified by the analysis: power shift in telecom carriers, power shifts in TV industry, Telecom/OTT partnership, time shifts, place shifts, and finally business model shifts.

A motive of having come to start business in Cheongdam-dong was selected the high awareness and image in district, and was taken the ease for business-based cooperation and connection. High rent and inconvenient transportation were reasons for dissatisfaction. The business-based cooperation and connection were mostly formed through a consulting company. Level and reputation of relevant shops were important elements. Even the connective and associative shops are located the most in Cheongdam-dong followed by Nonhyeon-dong, Shinsa Apgujeong-dong in order. • With the rise of the fourth industrial revolution, the importance of establishing R&D strategies to develop ICT technologies such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robots, the Internet of Objects, and 3D Printing is increasing. In this study, we analyzed the effects of the fourth industrial revolution on society and the present state of the national defense technology planning system, and proposed improvement measures for the utilization of the fourth industrial revolution in the defense industry from the perspective of defense R&D. The current defense R&D strategy focuses on securing the core technologies of each weapon system required by the military through research and development. Under the current system, the role of fourth industrial revolution technology will be confined to some of the weapons systems required by the military. In order to overcome this limitation, we propose a technology roadmap for the future weapons systems.
