학교교육에서 가장 필요한 요소인 상담을 온라인 상에서 가능하게 한 본 시스템은 웹상에서 사용 가능한 상담시스템으로 홈페이지를 통해 간단히 사용할 수 있으며, 1:1상담, 음성상담, 화상상담 등의 기본적인 상담 외에 인터넷 감시 기능을 통해 학생들의 불건전 사이트 접속을 막을 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한 학생, 교사, 학부모간의 원활한 의사소통을 통해 학생에게는 보람있는 학교생활을, 교사와 학부모에게는 학생에 대한 올바른 이해를, 교사에게는 학생지도의 자신감과 사명감을 심어 줄 수 있는 특징이 있다.

공정거래위원회가 하도급계약 추정제에 따른 통지나 회신 방법 규정, 기술재료의 정의 등을 골자로 하는 '하도급거래공정화에관한법률시행령' 개정안을 마련하고 지난 7월 26일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 하도급계약 추정제는 하도급거래에서 수급사업자를 보호하기 위해 수급사업자가 구두로 맺은 계약에 대해 확인을 요청할 때 원사업자가 15일 이내에 이를 부인하지 않으면 계약이 있었던 것으로 추정하는 제도이다. 공정위는 또 수급사업자가 원사업자에게 위탁을 받은 작업의 내용과 하도급대금, 위탁받은 일시, 원사업자와 수급사업자의 사업자명과 주소 그밖의 원사업자에게 위탁한 내용 등으로 정했다. 개정된 하도급법에는 원사업자가 수급사업자에게 기술자료를 제공하도록 강요하지 못하도록 기술자료의 범위도 정했다. 또한 상습적으로 법을 위반하는 사업자의 명단을 공개하는 기준도 마련됐다. 명단 공개 기준은 최근 3년간 벌점이 4점을 초과한 자로서, 사업자명과 대표자, 사업장 주소 공개와 함께 공정위 인터넷 홈페이지에 이를 게시할 때는 그 기간을 1년으로 했다. 이와 함께 입찰명세서와 낙찰자결정 품의서, 견적서, 현장설명서, 설계설명서 등 하도급대금결정 관련서류를 의무적으로 보존토록 하고 하도급대금 지급보증기관에 소방산업공제조합을 추가해 원사업자의 지급보증기관 선택 범위를 확대했다.

"사랑은 움직이는 거야" 라는 광고 문구를 보면서 움직임(애니메이션)이 얼마나 중요한가를 단적으로 알수 있다. 이동성이 현대 사회에서 강조되면서 움직임의 패러다임은 인터넷과 홈페이지의 개념을 바꿔 놓았다. 플래시는 이러한 움직임을 기본으로 하고 있다. 플래시의 최대 강점은 애니메이션이며, 애니메이션은 고도의 상품 개발 자유도를 가지고 있고, 감성과정서, 오락과 문화를 제공하는 정보기술 산업 및 영상미디어 문화 산업이다. 특히 온라인 네트웍크, 디카, 컬러폰의 대중화로 애니메이션, 게임 등 문화 컨텐츠를 쉽게 접근 할 수 있는 시대가 도래되었다. 이러한 필요성에 따라서 국내 대학에서는 이와 관련된 학과들이 수없이 많이 생겨나고 있으나 아직 플래시 애니메이션과 게임 제작에 대한 컨텐츠가 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 학생들이 쉽게 애니메이션과 게임을 제작할 수 있는 "MX 2004 위한 플래시 컨텐츠 제작" 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델은 별도의 패키지 없이 간단하고 용이하게 사용될 수 있다. 전문가들을 위한 3D-MAX, 마야, VRML이 아니라 현재 일반 사용자들이 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 플래쉬를 이용하여 12가지 기본 방법을 제안하고 이를 게임과 애니메이션을 제작할 수 있는 제작방법 등을 수록한 모델을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Investment in public sector information services has been on the rise in recent years. The supply of high-speed Internet and smartphones has become more common, and the stability of the information system provided to the public in the public sector has become an important management factor. In other words, tasks such as handling civil complaints and issuing certificates by public institutions, financial transactions by banks, customs clearance work, and e-commerce by individuals or institutions are mostly done online. Therefore, how to deal with obstacles arising from the information system, which is in charge of important civil service affairs, is becoming a very important issue. In other words, in the case of a disability that does not function normally even for a short period of time, various problems can occur when the work is delayed, as well as causing serious financial damage to the civil petitioner. This could be accompanied by a decline in public confidence and various other damages such as filing civil complaints. The reasons for the occurrence of information system failures are very diverse and realistically difficult to predict when. Among the various measures to cope with disability, this paper proposed a plan to establish a disability situation notification system that can minimize confusion caused by disability in the event of a homepage malfunction. The proposed disability situation notification system was established in the public IDC environment to show the possibility of utilization.

In a ubiquitous society, the world is changing to the place where we can access to network anytime, anywhere, on any device. The mobile internet is leading the ubiquitous world and the most commonly used medium is a cell phone. However, it is uncomfortable to link to cafe, blog, and mini homepage. Because we have to stop wap service in order to upload the mobile contents like photos, videos, sound recordings produced by mobile phones. Also we have to re-access. So, in this paper content management system was designed and implemented which mobile users don't have to stop wap service in order to upload photos, videos, sound recordings produced by mobile phones. Also it supports upload in wap service integrative medicine diagnosis and contents can be managed by category.

As the interests in health grow higher, necessity of Well-being relation informations get more importance. We get the information of well-being, tinternet retrieval system or blog, homepage and media. Although, it is not easy to find informations of well-being food. So, retrieval system has been requiring information about well-being food. In this paper, Weight-based Wellbeing Food Retrieval System is designed and implemention. Finding numerous pages and if well-being keywords includes page, it was identified and add weight. User searching for keywords, it implement, well-being food pages comes at the first. Keywords for discrimination makes type of dictionary, so it can insert, delete, modify. Inverted files saves hasing(direct-based file). Retrieval System in this paper is experimental result, at keywords of well-being food show 5~15% imprement than another Retrieval System. In this paper, Weight-based Wellbeing Food Retrieval System's designed and proposed way to raking for well-being food.

While on-line shopping is increasing, the "Consumer Protection Law in Electronic Commerce" obliges each internet shopping mall to provide its business information. Although most internet shopping malls provide their business information in the semi-structured format on the bottom of their homepages, the attributes and expression forms of business information are different each other. It makes consumers difficult to identify their business information and lowers public confidence. Hence this study proposes three approaches - HTML-based structure, XML-based structure, and XML data island-based structure - to structuralizing business information for correct expression. The experiment results showed that the business information extraction time by XML data island-based structure is independent of the size of the web document, while the time by HTML-based structure is dependent on the size. By comparing the business information extraction times, we show that XML data island-based structure is more efficient and effective than HTML-based structure.structure.

A lot of efforts have been made to develop a new technology for efficient distance education based on a powerful Internet service like World Wide Web. By developed distance education systems, we can study something we want at anytime and anywhere. However in spite of the excellent achievements we have made, something insufficient still is remained. Distance education methods only depending on static homepages or voices and simple drawings may be insufficient to support as much effects as in real class. So it is necessary to develop a new method for teaching students more feasibly and efficiently In this paper, we try to design and implement a lecture authoring system that offers effective distance education with voices, animations, camera images, drawings and etc.. We can expect the designed system can give more efficient education effects like a face-to-face lecture in real class. The enclosed function of intense compression enables to transmit the lectures more speedily. Besides it has caption processing function to serve additional informations to students with caption texts, messages and hyperlinks.

Because of a number of internet concurrent users and the diversity of goods and data items to be managed, the web sites for internet shopping mall are changed and their management application are updated frequently. So the existing internet shopping mall systems to be implemented by process-based design have the bad adaptability, then we have the difficulty for its maintenance and the overhead cost owing to a variety of changes in the future. Therefore to improve on its adaptability and maintenance, in this study, we design and implement the natural soap shopping mall system with the data model based method. In this paper, the data model designed for the system is considered requirements in the future, and in the view of DA(Data Architecture) it is designed and implemented including the data standardization, then the system has the improved adaptability and maintenance.

The internet technology is sufficient to attract our curiosity and adequate for enterprises to advertise its commercial message very effectively. It is a network that makes the computer be a major media. We have leading concerns in the internet advertisement because we expect that it will be the tool of a chief communication in the future. The banner advertisement in the Internet is considered as an active media. The banner advertisement is greatly various as the effective marketing tool from commercial banner to the personal homepage. Considering to the user's computer environment and Internet environment, this thesis shows what the banner advertisement of the enterprise's marketing and general understanding Influences expressions of the banner advertisement's creative factors and effective methods. It also suggests the analysis about the banner advertisement expression's creative factors. According to the analysis of banner advertisement in the domestic news site, It might be investigated the creative factor's absence and problems in design field.
