News organizations are looking for a way that can be reused accumulated intellectual property in order to find a new insights. BBC is a worldwide media that continually enhances the value of the news articles by using Linked Data model. Thus, utilizing the Linked Data model, by reusing the stored articles, can significantly improve the value of news articles. In this paper, we conducted a study of Linked Data construction for the healthcare news from a newspaper company. The object names associated with medical description or connected to other published information have been constructed into Linked Open Data service. The results of the study are to systematically organize the news data that were accumulated rashly, and to provide the opportunity to find new insights that could not be found before by connecting to other published information. It may be able to contribute to reused news data. Finally, using SPARQL query language can contribute to interactively searched news data.

The purpose of this study is to analyze news content consumption of news consumers in which a few media conglomerates control news consumption market caused by deregulation of media policy and development of Internet communication technology. In doing so, this study analyzes the consumption realities of news consumers in the new news consumption market generated by new media and mobile communication technologies, and the effects how the new news consumption market influences on news consumption pattern of audiences. After surveyed 229 news consumers, this study founded that news consumers use NAVER(news portal site) mainly while consuming news contents, specifically younger generation tends to use NAVER heavily. Furthermore, it is founded that news consumers chose news outlets for consuming news contents not by the quality of news contents and the function of the news outlets but by their own convenience.

This study examined the Japanese and Chinese journalist's views on anti-Korean wave, who are the public and authoritative discourse producers in Japan and China, respectively. In so doing, the study aims to understand the ways in which the phenomena of anti-Korean wave take place and are diffused. According to the findings, anti-Korean wave in north-east Asia is affected by anti-Korea sentiments that have been induced from historical and political relations as well as cultural conflicts. In specific, the anti-Korea sentiments found in both Japan and China are geopolitical particularity and historical relations function to frame their cultural receptions of Korean pop culture. In other words, the phenomena of anti-Korean wave in both countries do not stem directly from local audiences' either discontents or apathy on Korean pop contents. However, while Japanese anti-Korean wave seems to be mere expressions of anti-Korea sentiments, Chinese sentiments of anti-Korean wave are triggered and transferred by, or articulated with their anti-Korea sentiments.

The organization and position of FSO was systematically established under the Presidential Decree No. 1013 on 7 August 2004. Furthermore, the FSO has established a signal department, an intelligence department and an academy to enhance intelligence an training capabilities. The FSO has been striving to unveil itself from a clandestine agency into a pivotal organization through the use of media and its website. It is in part that FSO has tried to deepen the understanding between PSS through personnel exchange in 2004~2005 Therefore, this study will examine the history, organization and legal position focusing on the related laws of FSO, an organization trying to adjust to the global change, and study whether this model may be applied for the development of public security in Korea.

Korean film actors and staff participated in Incheon(Terence Young, 1981) Hollywood filmmaking workforces had taken in South Korea. According to the dictation of the elders who participated in the making of the film Incheon, through the movie they were able to experience Hollywood film production system and said it had an impact on Korea filmmaking system. It is the reason that this study tracks the historical traces of the almost forgotten film. This article analyzed an expert assessment and recognition of the audience about the film Incheon produced by the Hollywood production system. Expert review was utilized in such press articles and tomes about the actors and staff who participated in the film. Also, the audience rating was analyzed in terms of the recognition at the theater or watching cable TV, Internet etc. Evaluation of expert in Incheon was monotonous but negatively red, I could confirm that the viewers recognized in various ways, rather than evaluated the film.

2009 세계 천문의 해(International Year of Astronomy 2009, IYA2009) 한국조직위원회는 지난 1년간 148개 참가국의 일원으로 다양한 활동을 펼쳤다. IYA2009 활동은 강연, 별 축제와 같은 고전적인 이벤트로부터 시, 수필, 에세이, 음악, 미술, 만화, 영화, 대회, 인터넷 생중계, 플래시 동영상과 같이 새롭게 시도된 프로그램에 이르기까지 다양하게 기획, 운영되었다. 또한 우리는 시민천문대와 과학관, 미술관은 물론, 지하철, 기차역, 시청, 놀이공원, 쇼핑몰, 백화점, 병원, 그리고 경찰서에 이르기까지, 기존의 전통적인 전시공간을 벗어나 다양한 장소에서 전시회와 동영상 상영을 시도했다. 우리는 지난 1년간 90여 종의 행사를 410여 회에 걸쳐 진행했으며, 총 11,700,000여 명의 일반 시민과 학생들이 2009 세계 천문의 해에 참여한 것으로 추산하고 있다. IYA2009는 강연 200여 회, 전시 80여 회, 공연 15회, 학회 7회 등으로 요약할 수 있으며, 공식책자 4종, 도록 3종이 발간되었다. 관련 보도자료는 40 차례 배포했으며, 그 결과 2,500여 건이 언론을 통해 보도되었고, 총 248편의 연재기사가 실렸다. 2009 세계 천문의 해 한국조직위원회 공식 웹진 '이야진' 접속자는 999,890명, 총 페이지 뷰 건수는 131,963,473을 기록했다.

The Jasmine Revolution started from Tunisia in January 2011 has brought many changes into countries in North Africa and Middle East. We need to study the causes of the revolution. First, the kings and dictators in those countries oppressed the opposition parties and the media aiming for long-term seizure of power. The power concentrated on specific people produced illegalities and corruption. Secondly, most of the national income of those countries belonged to kings and dictators producing problems during the distribution of the income. Especially, with the decrease of oil price in 1990s and the increase of the price of daily necessities in 2000s people lost their credits on their governments. Lastly, the number of people in those countries using the Internet has increased by 4,863% from 2000 to 2010. The expansion of social network services such as Facebook and Twitter was one of factors that made the information control by those countries difficult. We should think about the possibility of sudden change in North Korea. It is necessary to compare and analyze the political, economic and social characteristics between those countries and North Korea. It shouldn't be just a simple comparison or analysis. It should provide basic data for objective and quantified index development in relation to sudden change in North Korea.

The general opinion about the notion of cyberbullying hasn't existed yet, but in related laws it is defined as the entire behavior causing the counterpart to suffer the pain by continuously and repeatedly psychologic offending toward specific students with information and telecommunication products such as the Internet and mobile phones, and spreading the private information or false facts related with specific students. Recently a number of accidents related with abuse of cyberbullying are being broadcast on a variety of mass media, and the argument about the severity and countermeasures against cyberbullying is moving onward. This study has a purpose as suggesting the practical alternatives to prevent cyberbullying victim of middle school students by arguing cyberbullying of middle school students and analyzing the relationship between the general features such as victimized experience and frequency and the emotional behaviors according to victimized experience. As the result of this study, cyberbullying victimized experience has a significant effect on the emotional behavior such as depression, aggression, and academic stress. As political implication, this study suggests the practical alternatives to prevent cyberbullying of middle school students based on the analysis result.

By a comparative study of the philosophical backgrounds of universal service in Korea and the US, this research finds that Korea has paid little attention to the relations between universal service and basic human rights even though it has rapidly and successfully implemented universal service of telephone and the internet services in the past. Based on this key finding, it reaches a conclusion that Korea should adopt a new approach in implementing universal service in the future, considering the goals and contributions to the improvement of the basic human rights of universal service because economic goals have been main drivers of the implementation of universal service so far in Korea, which is not appropriate and suitable for the information society that new telecom services are rapidly emerging.

With the cyber incidents increasing every year, opinions are being raised that legal system relating to incident reporting needs to be revised to improve the cyber incident reporting rate, etc. Accordingly, this paper suggests a legal improvement to enhance the effectiveness of cyber incident reporting. First, by analyzing domestic media coverage, this paper defines the problems which need to be improved regarding an incident reporting system as "unreported" and "not timely reporting". Then, this paper finds four requirements for legal improvement like "a reporting entity", "a starting point of reporting", "a reporting deadline" and "a protection of reporting information" by analyzing the relationship between reporting relating problems and issues published by overseas institutions and additionally by analyzing the need to revise the law. Finally, through an analysis of legislative cases, this paper suggests a legal improvement for the requirements.
