The development of digital technology and the Internet has brought about a great change in the content industry. In order to keep pace with these changes, the copyright law has undergone several revisions, and the concept of "digital sound transmission" was introduced in the 2006 revision. However, in the current law, digital audio transmission is problematic in that the criteria for distinguishing between broadcasting and transmission is abstract and unclear. This ambiguity makes it difficult to judge the legal status of new music webcasting service such as "Free Litsen". Although these services are positioned as digital audion transmission, they have created a new concept of pseudo transmission because of its similarity to the audio transmission in its convenience and utility. These problems stem from the imbalance of between the development of technology and the legal system, so the change of the legal system is inevitable. Thus, this study discusses US copyright law and related cases, and then suggests solutions for pseudo transmission problems. This study suggests legislative criteria for pseudo transmission problems and legislative measures that can reduce the actual damage to the music market.

Globalization has brought about rapid economic, technological, and cultural changes. In order for countries around the world to communicate, recognize and understand globalization, creativity or planning ability can be used to code. In this paper, we would like to present and prove a data analysis that can solve world problems. In the global market, the value of goods or services increases with connectivity. This connection is becoming one of the factors that increase the value of culture. Changes taking this into account promoted cultural spread and innovative growth, and increased productivity and competitiveness in each region of the world. This paper compares the income of the middle class in the United States on the impact of globalization and anti-globalization on cultural spread and innovative growth. Globalization has created an environment in which various elements of K-culture can interact and spread. Through the Internet, social media, and international travel, globalization has had a positive impact on Korea's innovative growth. In areas such as economic activity, technological innovation, and creative industries, globalization has facilitated new tech and approaches, Through this, it changed the existing economic model and contributed to exports K-culture with a new middle class model. However, globalization in the cultural industry can result in the loss of regional characteristics & individuality, which can lead to the middle class cultural unification and alienation(chasm). As a result of the empirical analysis of K-exports for the middle income in the United States, cultural diffusion and innovation must be developed even in anti-globalization. With these industrial changes the soft power value of the Korean Wave proves that it can create value for use for the middle class of major exporting countries.
Recently not only industry but also academy have shown an intense interest in social networking service. However, reckless imitation will not guarantee the successful eco-system of social networking service without rich understanding of growth driver and business model. Hence, this study aims at analyzing open platform strategy and business model conducted by a representative social networking service provider in order to provide platform operator, network operator, and portal provider with meaningful implications. Advertisers may pay great attention to social networking service because it has strong ability to provide users with spontaneous motivation to manage and update their profile, and these valuable information can be utilized for providing personalized advertisement on social networking service. As a result, one side of consumers in two side market, advertisers, tend to pay more expenditure to place advertisements. In addition, the open platform adopted by social networking service providers causes pro-sumers to participate in the eco-system, and thereby the explosive quantitative growth is realized. The fact of that this open social networking service can invade other web service area via an unified platform indicates that it may expand its service scope into a wide variety of web service areas. Hence, domestic portal services providers and network providers should consider social networking service not as one of new web services but as an disruptive service platform. Corresponding to the emergence of social networking service, especially if their business area is related to display advertising market, they should seek a way to provide social networking service access users's newly updated information and develop innovative media technologies to enter context awareness ads market.

Publication Industry of scientific technology is showing tendency of decreasing in sales, which clearly draws down curve since 2000. The printing culture is declining whether it is because of trend avoiding pure science or technological science and engineering, advancement of mass media or increasing frequency of using internet. Nevertheless, researcher considered car industry in publication industry as a life-long purpose for study. For this reason, the researcher tried to find the variables of the marketing which give impact on the customers such as student group and consumer who buys cars, when buying professional books. The found variables are expected to have a huge impact on the publication industry of professional books. As a result of research, in the area of the vision and motive, most said that they have "chosen a major in car because they liked car in usual base." In the stage of recognizing the problem, they buy the books when it is inevitably necessary. In the stage of searching for the information, they get information from advertisements, friends, professors, internet or sales clerk in book stores. In the stage of evaluation, they look for the title and the publication date of the books. In addition, in the stage of deciding purchase, "buy immediately" was the most frequent answer while impulsive purchase is the least frequent answer. In the stage of evaluating after purchase, many of them mostly are satisfied with their purchase.

Accomplishing information system, techniques, methodology have been studied continuously and give much help to auditors who are using them. Additionally audit report which is the conclusion of accomplishing ISA(information system audit), has law of a basis and phase with ITA/EA Law(Electronic Government Law). This paper is for better quality of ISA report. But it has more errors about sentence and Grammatical structures. In this paper, to achieve quality improvement objectives, it is necessary to recognize the importance of an audit report by investigating on objectives, functionality, structures and usability of a report firstly, and a legal basis, the presence of report next. Several types of audit reports were chosen and the reports errors were divided into several categories and analyzed. After grasping reasons of those errors, the methods for fixing those errors and check-lists model was provided. And based on that foundation, the effectiveness validation about real audit reports was performed. The necessity for efforts to improve the quality of audit reports was emphasized and further research subject(AI Automatic tool) of this paper conclusion. We also expect this paper to be useful for the organization to improve on ISA in the future.
In parallel with advancement of the industrial society and accompanied quality-of-life improvement, jewelry is now rather viewed as one of common accessories used in daily life, than as a luxurious item as treated before change of perception about it in the past, attracting thus gradually multiplying demand for it. Thanks to rapid spread of multi media like the Internet, an increasing number of people have come to develop great liking for exceptional design and unique format of jewelry products. Following drain of their reserves, natural gems are unlikely to meet the demand for them fully in the future. As a consequence, it seems essential to rely on synthetic, artificial, imitation jewelry or organic substances and quasi-mineral in amorphous structure for substitute jewelry. Since synthetic jewelry has such a great potential as substitute jewelry, it is expected to maximize added value to jewelry if and when accompanied with development of creative design and upgrading of processing technology for jewelry, in addition to various types of synthetic jewelry and glass that have been already put in use as substitute substances. Synthetic jewelry is thus believed to be able to greatly contribute to progress of the jewelry industry. In many countries of the world, jewelry and gem industry has been regarded as one of promising sectors vital in enriching the national wealth. In this context, the Korean Ministry of Finance and Economy announced in July 2007 "an activating policy for the jewelry and gem industry, declaring to cultivate and grow it to be new engine for the nation's growth". The present paper thus aims to conduct a study exclusively on cutting design of synthetic jewelry as a part of measures to activate the jewelry industry in Korea. Efforts are made to develop designs for jewelry that are unique and different from the conventional stereotyped form of polishing and are added with color, pattern and fashionable cutting. Priority is given in this regard to designing jewelry that may attract general public and may be shared by public beyond the limit of conventional design for jewelry and producing products that stand in contrast with other products. By upgrading the quality of jewelry design, competitiveness of the jewelry industry may be ensured and the creative area of jewelry design may be expanded by far.
Recently, IoT-linked services have been used in various environments, and IoT and artificial intelligence technologies are being fused. However, since technologies that process IoT data stably are not fully supported, research is needed for this. In this paper, we propose a processing technique that can optimize IoT data after generating embedded vectors based on machine learning for IoT data. In the proposed technique, for processing efficiency, embedded vectorization is performed based on QR such as index of IoT data, collection location (binary values of X and Y axis coordinates), group index, type, and type. In addition, data generated by various IoT devices are integrated and managed so that load balancing can be performed in the IoT data collection process to asymmetrically link IoT data. The proposed technique processes IoT data to be orthogonalized based on hash so that IoT data can be asymmetrically grouped. In addition, interference between IoT data may be minimized because it is periodically generated and grouped according to IoT data types and characteristics. Future research plans to compare and evaluate proposed techniques in various environments that provide IoT services.

This study was intended to present the magnitude of privacy infringement concerns and their relationship to consumer innovation (functional innovation, hedonistic innovation, social innovation, cognitive innovation), to identify differences among groups and to suggest implications for marketing strategies for the spread of new products. The implications of this study are as follows. First, functional innovation has shown that differences exist between groups. Analysts say that sensitive groups are buying products that can simplify their work immediately after release despite concerns over privacy violations. Second, hedonistic innovation has shown that differences exist between groups. These findings suggest that sensitive groups prefer novel products, products that give excitement and excitement about products, and products that give new enjoyment and fun that they have never known before. Third, social innovation has been shown that there is no difference between groups. These analyses show that the self-esteem of using products that others have never experienced before, and the curiosity that anyone envies, are purchased or used first. Finally, cognitive innovation showed that differences existed between groups. These analyses show that new products are purchased when they meet the functions, design, and innovation that consumers want.
Development of digital media and interest in education bring big progress at digital device of education globally. UK which is advanced country of education is using digital education devices such as digital chalkboards, digital desks etc. and Japan plan digital text book's through the state. At 2011, Korea which is advanced country of internet adopted digital text book 2007 with mathematics, through science and English digital text book through the state. Korea's digital textbook is in a transition period, that needs case-study of advanced country of education for setting design guide and educational effect to Digital text book plan. All researches are based on LG europe design center at London, UK and target countries are UK and Sweden which is advanced country of education and a welfare state. Analysis by using FGI, KJ, survey of questionnaire, heuristic method, concentration observation. Through analytical researches prefer using digital text book with paper text book to using solo that can offer each advantage to user and teacher. Especially Interactive GUI design of digital text book to easy to access for teacher whom not friendly with digital device. When plan Digital text book content and design needs methodical design guide for target who students and teachers an in-depth study of the appraisal and method. The results of the research are introduce the design plan as a basic research and giving useful design plan to make digital text book and digital educational media in industrial aspect.
While the broadband multimedia technologies have been developing, the commercial market of digital contents has also been widely spreading. Most of all, digital cartoon market like internet cartoon has been rapidly large so video cartooning continuously has been researched because of lack and variety of cartoon. Until now, video cartooning system has been focused in non-photorealistic rendering and word balloon. But the meaningful frame extraction must take priority for cartooning system when applying in service. In this paper, we propose new automatic frame extraction method for video cartooning system. At frist, we separate video and audio from movie and extract features parameter like MFCC and ZCR from audio data. Audio signal is classified to speech, music and speech+music comparing with already trained audio data using GMM distributor. So we can set speech area. In the video case, we extract frame using general scene change detection method like histogram method and extract meaningful frames in the cartoon using face detection among the already extracted frames. After that, first of all existent face within speech area image transition frame extract automatically. Suitable frame about movie cartooning automatically extract that extraction image transition frame at continuable period of time domain.
