A Study on the Stress of Parent-in-law Caregiving - Focusing on the Relation of Caregiving Resources and Caregiving Stress Perception - (시부모 부양스트레스에 관한 연구 - 부양자원과 부양스트레스 인지간의 관계를 중심으로 -)

  • 본 연구에서는 일차적인 부양자로서의 역할을 담당하고 있는 며느리들을 중심으로 시부모를 부양하면서 느끼는 스트레스를 완하시킬수 있는 자원에는 어떤 것들이 이는지를 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 시부모 부양방안을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 767명의 며느리들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 회귀분석해 본 결과 자기통제력.부모부양태도와 같은 개인적요인, 부양의 호혜성.관계의 질과 같은 관계적 요인 및 비공식적 지원망의 성원들로부터의 지원과 같은 가족사회적 요인등이 부양스트레스 인지를 낮추는 것으로 나타나 이들요인들이 시부모를 부양하면서 부담 내지 스트레스를 느끼는 며느리들에게 주요한 부양자원이 된다고 할 수 있다. 이를 감안해 볼 때, 며느리의 부양 부담 및 스트레스를 낮출수 있는 다양한 자원에 초점을 둔 지역사회 단위의 교육 및 상담사업의 필요가 절실하다고 하겠다.

Development and Effects of a Child Creative Thought Program (유아의 창의적 사고 프로그램의 개발 및 효과)

  • This research was carried out to develop a program that would promote children's creative thought processes and also to ascertain the effect on their development. The creative thought program consists of three stages : at the first stage, information for the development of the program was gathered and the theoretical basic model established. Considering Divergent and Feeling Factors, the program was planned based on the William's educational curriculum as it was applied and tested in an actual life situation. At the second stage, in order to formulate an activity plan for the creative thought program, William's activity plan was analyzed. At the third stage, the activities which would be applied to the creative thought program in the actual situation were considered with teaching strategy, activity arena and creative thought factors. In conclusion, according to these research results, children's creative thought programs should not just promote Divergent Factors or limited areas of activities, but other activities which include Feeling Factors should be planned and more diverse creative thought programs developed. To design an education program that encourages efficient creative thought, various teaching strategies in creative thought education need to be developed. Teacher training for current teachers should be conducted and parents who have the most direct influence of their children - be made aware of the creative thought process in children. It needs to be stated that this research on creative thought programs is not a complete program: it needs to be further adjusted and supplemented. As development of the tools to evaluate Feeling Factors objectively and the application on the program due to insufficient time, a more continuous application of the program and further research and evaluation of its effects are required.

  • For the research object of this study 112 university shooting athletes, registered with Korea Shooting Federation in 2014, have been selected. Statistics processing was carried out through SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0. The following results were obtained by analysis of frequency, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis to serve it's purpose. First, task orientation had passive influence on self-management. Second, task orientation and ego-orientation had passive influence on perceived exercise performance. Third, self-management had passive influence on perceived exercise performance.

  • 본 연구는 온라인 채널상에서 소비자의 구매의사결정이 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 알아보기 위한 실증적인 연구조사이다. 온라인 채널의 가치를 담고 있는 채널자산에는 소비자의 이성적요인과 감성적요인이 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 요인들이 소비자의 브랜드 선호도와 브랜드이미지에 영향을 주어 궁극적으로 구매의도를 형성한다는 것을 규명하고자 하였다. 따라서 감성적인 요인이 온라인에 대한 애호도와 선호도에 유의적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌고 온라인 이용자가 정보 수집을 추구하면서 단순히 정보탐색자체를 즐기기도 한다는 기존 연구결과를 재확인하였다. 또한 소비자의 감성적 요인이 브랜드 선호도와 이미지에 유의한 결과를 갖게 되어 인지-태도의 순도 가능하다는 것이 규명되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of reading program for the 'low-reading achiever' on reading ability. In this regard, this study investigated the effectiveness of bibliotherapy in improving reading attitude, and self-concept in fifth and sixth grade student. In this study it is illustrated how to form questions and leads a discussion for a bibliotherapy session and suggested reading list and annotated bibliography.

  • Grounded in the prior literatures on acceptance and diffusion of IT and innovation in the level of organization research, 3 major constructional factors such as Motivation, IT resistance, and IT change management were investigated to suggest propositions from 15 multi-cases of PLM from 6 different companies in Automotive OEMs and suppliers, and we posited that the diffusion is continued only when motivation is stronger enough to overcome IT resistance as a fundamental finding and basis of this research on PLM acceptance and diffusion. The Motivation was found to be initiated and categorized from three different factors such as environmental factors, organizational factors, and technological factors, providing key propositions for further research: (1)The Automotive suppliers, contrary to OEM, are affected more by the demand of inter-connectivity as an environmental factor, while the other factors are similarly influencing to them, (2)The big organizations are influenced more by the champion, while the small organizations get influenced more by leader. (3)When the trend, inter-connectivity and complexity get stronger, the motivation gets more strongly influenced by the perceived benefit in the technological context. Regarding Change management we suggests IT change management is supportive to overcome IT resistance and also to enforce Motivation, and the critical mass exists differently according to the market maturity adopted, and more market matured technology has lower critical mass, implies less requirement of IT change management than less market matured technology.

Adaptation of Contextual Research on Elderly Users' Needs in Using Mobile Phone (문맥적 조사기법을 적용한 고령사용자의 휴대폰 관련 요구사항 도출에 관한 연구)

  • 디지털 컨버전스가 가속화됨에 따라 휴대폰의 기능은 나날이 복잡해져 가고 있으며, 이러한 경향은 사람들에게 자신에게 불필요한 기능까지 익혀야 하는 불편함을 초래하고 있다, 특히, 단순한 통화방식에 익숙하고 인지적으로 새로운 것을 유연하게 받아들이지 못하는 고령 사용자들에게도 이미 생활필수품이 된 휴대폰은 사용하는데 어렵고 불편한 부분이 많이 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 고령사용자들을 대상으로 휴대폰 사용에 있어 문맥적, 정성적 조사(Contextual & Qualitative research)기법을 적용하여 평소 그들이 일상생활에서 느끼는 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 도출하고자 하였다. 조사는 세 단계로 이루어졌다. 먼저, 휴대폰을 사용 중인 60대 이상 고령사용자 83명을 대상으로 사용 현황 및 수준을 파악하고 적절한 사용자를 섭외하기 위한 설문을 진행하였으며, 둘째, 초보사용자 8명, 중급사용자 3명을 대상으로 휴대폰 사용 기록을 기반으로 하는 심층인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 초보사용자들을 대상으로는 문자메세지, 전화번호부, 카메라 폰 기능 교육 세션을 통한 행동 관찰법을 시행하였다. 마지막으로, 교육 세션 한달 후, 사용성 평가와 추가 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이상과 같이 장기간에 걸친 사용자 조사를 통해, 고령사용자들의 휴대폰 사용에 있어 심리, 문화적 특이사항과 인터랙션 상의 불편요소들을 발견할 수 있었으며, 수집된 동영상 데이터를 분석하여 고령사용자의 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 신체적 요인, 인지적요인, 심리적 요인의 세가지로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 문맥적, 정성적 사용자 조사를 통해 고령사용자들의 일상생활에서의 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 도출함으로써 풍부하고 실증적인 경험데이터를 수집할 수 있었다. 이와 같이 도출된 요구사항 데이터는 이후 고령사용자를 위한 유니버설 디자인 휴대폰 개발 전략수립과 UI 디자인 개발에 활용되었다. 뿐만 아니라, 이 연구는 휴대폰 사용 경험 연구에 적용할 수 있는 문맥적 조사기법 프로세스의 사례를 제시하고 있다는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

The Effect of Nutrition Education on the Improvement of Psychosocial Factors Related to Vegetable and Fruit Intake of Elementary School Children in Pre-Action Stages (채소와 과일섭취 증진을 위한 영양교육이 행동전단계 초등학생의 사회심리적 요인의 변화에 미치는 효과)

  • This study investigates the change of level of psychosocial factors of decisional balance, processes of change, and self-efficacy after nutrition education on vegetable and fruit intake of children in pre-action stages. Forty-seven 5th grade elementary school children in Yeongi-Gun, Chungnam-Do were categorized into pre-action stages from a total of 71 children by four-stage questions, and then finally into two stages of precontemplation and contemplation & preparation. After 6 weeks nutrition education, recognition of both of pros and cons of vegetable intake were improved in the two groups of precontemplation and contemplation & preparation. In fruits intake, however, recognition of pros was not changed after nutrition education in either stage, but recognition of cons was improved only in the precontemplation stage. However, no difference in any psychosocial variables was found between precontemplation stage and contemplation & preparation stage. After the nutrition education, the score of consciousness raising of vegetable intake belonging to cognitive process of change increased in the subjects of the precontemplation stage, wheres the scores of dramatic relief, self-reevaluation, environment reevaluation and social liberation increased in the group of contemplation & preparation. In fruit intake, however, no change was found except in the environment reevaluation in the precontemplation group. The behavioral process of change of vegetable and fruit intake did not show any change in either group after nutrition education. Self-efficacy scores of vegetable intake of keeping the foods at hand, eating the recommended number of servings and making time to eat increased in the precontemplation group, while in the contemplation & preparation group, self efficacy scores of shopping for a variety of vegetables, instead of keeping the foods at hands, as well as the scores of the rest two items of eating the recommended number of servings and making time to eat increased after nutrition education. However, in case of fruits intake, no difference was shown in the precontemplation stage except an item of keeping the foods at hand. The results indicated that the stage of change was progressed in the pre-action stage after nutrition education and the scores of many psychosocial factors increased in both pre-action stages. It is suggested that the recognition of cons as well as the cognitive process of change and self-efficacy could be best used as indicators of the assessment of nutrition education program for vegetable intake.

  • Fodor and his followers argue that connectionist model does not have compositional structure,or else it is merely an implementation of a classicist model.'Classical constityency'is used importantly to show connectionist model does not have compositional structure.However,in contrast Fodor and his followers,I maintain that it is possible for connectionist model to have compositional structure without attributing classical constituency to cognitive model,and the very classical consitiuency makes the connectionist model nonimplementational.

  • Sharing knowledge is an important factor in the discourses on the knowledge management on the campus. This article analyzed the impact of organizational context on faculty's perceptions of knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university. As a result, perceptions of knowledge-sharing capabilities and performance-based reward systems were found to significantly affect faculty knowledge-sharing capabilities in the university studied. Also, results from multivariate analysis showed that the faculty's perception of knowledge-sharing more significantly affected knowledge-sharing than reward system.
