With the development of IT technology, along with the expansion of women's participation in society, the education training of information security women's workforce is becoming a very important issue. Therefore, it is important to analyze the relevant curriculum to identify the direction of fostering women's information security workforce. Therefore, in this paper, the education and training programs of the department for training women's information security workforce based in Seoul area of the Korean metropolitan area were analyzed. The main research objective of this paper is to review whether the education and training system, which consists of the department of women's information security human resources development, is in line with the direction of NIST's human resources development. The research focus was on what the women's information security department organizes courses with each security major and what task training is interested in. In addition, in this paper, we were confirmed that the curriculum of the relevant major is based on the NIST Human Resources Development Framework, and that the majors of the relevant universities have an education and training system that conforms to the relevant task. In conclusion, the related majors are judged to be focused on the development of certification evaluation personnel of convergence industry security or information security development personnel, and general cyber security personnel.

As the ARRA enacted recently in the United States, the interest in EHR systems have been increased in the field of medical industry. The passage of the ARRA presents a program that provides incentives to office-based physicians and hospitals adapting the EHR systems to guarantee interoperability with various medical standards. Thanks to the incentive program, a great number of EHR systems have been developed and lots of office-based physicians and hospitals have adapted the EHR systems certified by CCHIT. Keeping pace with the rapid changes in the market of healthcare, some enterprises try to push in to the United States healthcare market based on the experience acquired by developing EHR systems for hospitals in Korea. However, the developed system must be customized because of the different medical environment between Korea and the United States. In this paper, therefore, we design and develop an integrated EHR platform to guarantee the interoperability between different medical information systems based on medical standard technologies. In the developed platform, an integrated system has been composed by integrating various basic techniques such as data transmission standards and its methods, medical standard terminologies and its usage, and knowledge management for medical decision-making support. Moreover, medical data can be processed electronically by adapting an HL7 interface engine and the terminologies for exchanging medical information and the standardization of medical information. We develop SeniCare, an EHR system for supporting ambulatory care of the office-based physicians, based on the platform, and we verify the usability of the platform by confirming whether SeniCare satisfies the criteria of "meaningful use" issued by CMS or not.
Many research demonstrations and commercial applications have been tried to develop face detection and recognition systems. Human face detection plays an important role in applications such as access control and video surveillance, human computer interface, identity authentication, etc. There are some special problems such as a face connected with background, faces connected via the skin color, and a face divided into several small parts after skin region segmentation in generally. It can be allowed many face detection techniques to solve the first and second problems. However, it is not easy to detect a face divided into several parts of regions for reason of different illumination conditions in the third problem. Therefore, we propose an efficient modified skin segmentation algorithm to solve this problem because the typical region segmentation algorithm can not be used to. Our algorithm detects skin regions over the entire image, and then generates face candidate regions using our skin segmentation algorithm For each face candidate, we implement the procedure of region merging for divided regions in order to make a region using adjacency between homogeneous regions. We utilize various different searching window sizes to detect different size faces and a face detection classifier based on a back-propagation algorithm in order to verify whether the searching window contains a face or not.

The server/client systems using the web protocol and distribution computing environment by network was applied to the MT data processing based on the Java technology. Using this network based system, users can get consistent and stable results because the system has standard analysing methods and has been tested from many users through the internet. Users can check the MT data processing at any time and get results during exploration to reduce the exploration time and money. The pure/enterprised Java technology provides facilities to develop the network based MT data processing system. Web based socket communication and RMI technology are tested respectively to produce the effective and practical client application. Intrinsically, the interpretation of MT data performing the inversion and data process requires heavy computational ability. Therefore we adopt the MPI parallel processing technique to fit the desire of in situ users and expect the effectiveness for the control and upgrade of programing codes.
In this study, we intend to test whether experience variables such as sense, feel, think, relate, and action experiential activities of farming village can be usefully applied to revisit intention. As a result, we found that the sense, relate, and action experiences were adopted, while the feel and think variables were rejected, leading to the conclusion that Schmitt's (1999) experiential marketing theory was also applied to 6th industry experience marketing activities in rural areas. Therefore, the significant effect of rural experience activities on revisiting intention is thought to be related to the fact that they stimulated sensitivities by drawing attention and interest of consumers during the 6th industrial experience configuration, and to the environmental facilities connected to the experience site. The Feel experience has been rejected due to limitation of development of emotional element from the 6th industry certification business experience program, leading to the necessicity for development of a program that can stimulate the consumer's emotions. The reason why the Think experience was rejected is that the experience of the rural area 6th industry did not create surprises or curiosity, and thus does not meet the expectations of consumers. In case of relational experience, experiential marketing through social organizational relationship formation is expanding, and in case of behavioral experience, experience of 6th industry constitutes experience related to interaction with others and lifestyle.

Thus study examined the possible the link between social enterprises and lifelong education for the underprivileged. To this end, this study searched for the definition and position of social enterprises emerging from the welfare system under the influence of neoliberalism and overcoming the problems in terms of creating social jobs and providing welfare services. In addition, the lifelong education for the underprivileged was examined according to the subjects, such as the disabled, migrant women, young and adult low-income group, and senior citizens. The plan was as follows. First, the expansion of the proportion of community-affiliated social enterprises was analyzed. Second, it provides a differentiated support and protection market for social enterprise. Third, the development and dissemination of social entrepreneur training programs was examined. The results showed that the entire society should have a sense of responsibility for the support of the underprivileged. This provides implications for the linkage of lifelong education and social enterprise in the expansion possibility to improve the quality of life and expand lifelong education for the underprivileged.

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the relationship between embeddedness, burnout and presenteeism of nursing in long-term care hospital. Data collection was conducted from May 01, 2018 to May 31, 2018. 209 nursing in long-term care hospital in this study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 21.0 program. The embeddedness of the subjects was $2.91{\pm}.473$ points out of 5, burnout was $2.86{\pm}.480$ points out of 5 and presenteeism was $2.95{\pm}.449$ points out of 5. The embeddedness was related to burnout(r= -466, p<.001), presenteeism(r=.152, p<.005), there was a significant positive correlation. Burnout(${\beta}=.244$, p<.001), embeddedness(${\beta}=.183$, p=.016), experiences of turnover(${\beta}=-.251$, p=.003), night shifts(${\beta}=-.187$, p=.006), and number of turnover(${\beta}=-.037$, p<.001) had a significant effect on presenteeism(F=5.227, p<.001). The explanatory power of these variables was 33%.
In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.
Cultural heritage teaching and learning, which uses cultural heritage as educational content, has not been sufficiently analyzed and studied based on clear educational theories so far. Among educational theories, constructivism is a theory in which learning is a process of constructing learning contents determined by learners' individual experiences and interests, and the result is evaluated as a confirmation of whether or not they have the ability to carry out the process. Cultural heritage is a lively and interesting social and cultural product, and it is an educational content that has sufficient educational function and meaning for a textbook. It is considered to be a very meaningful study to apply the constructivist educational theory to the educational contents of cultural heritage with these characteristics. Based on this awareness of the problem, this study examined the characteristics and principles of constructivist teaching and learning, the characteristics of cultural heritage, and the principles of constructivist teaching and learning on a theoretical basis. In addition, from the perspective of constructivism, the current cultural heritage teaching and learning was analyzed and problems were derived. Based on this, the direction of cultural heritage teaching and learning is that the cultural heritage teaching and learning process should be learner-centered, the teaching and learning principle should be cognitive conflict, the teaching and learning content should be in the form of task solving, and teaching and learning activities should be cooperative. presented. In addition, an example of a program was presented to specifically show the actual state of teaching and learning of cultural assets from the perspective of constructivism. The purpose of this study was to analyze the dietary habits and perception of vegetable intake of elementary students in Gwangju and Jeonnam Gokseong county. Data collection was conducted from 5th and 6th grade students of elementary schools in Gwangju and Jeonnam Gokseong county using a structured questionnaire survey. The SPSS program was used for statistics processing and data analysis. The chi-square test was also conducted. In terms of dietary intake habits, female students consumed their meals slower than male students. Information on dietary habits and nutrition was commonly obtained from family, including the mother or father who commonly prepared meals at home. Snacks were commonly consumed less than twice daily, with the Gwangju area having a higher frequency of snacks than the Jeonnam area. Elementary students indicated that vegetables were their least favorite food, with female students having a higher interest in vegetables than male students. The pattern and perception of vegetable intake came when the students (that did not eat vegetables) were lectured by their parents on the nutritive value of vegetables. Most students understood the important nutritional ingredients of vegetables. In the case of an interest in vegetables, the Gwangju area showed significantly more comprehension than the Jeonnam area on the definition and role of dietary fiber, the dental benefits of dietary fiber, and the identification of the environment-friendly certification mark.
