In this paper, we propose a novel method for authenticating a user's personal-usage using a secure portable storage, so that the user carrying the secure portable storage is able to consume his/her own broadcast programs freely, regardless of the location of the devices. The proposed authentication process is performed by a portable personal-usage authentication device, an access-control module for the portable personal-usage authentication device, and a player integrating the access control module. The portable personal-usage authentication device plays a role of secure storage in which domain authentication information is securely stored, while the access-control module is in charge of accessing the authentication information and, consequently, acquiring a decryption key. The player decrypts the broadcast programs in real time and processes the decrypted media streams. In this Paper, we describe the structure and procedure of the proposed model, and verify its feasibility by implementation.

한국정보통신기술협회(이하 TTA)는 지난 2004년 4월 22일 CDMA휴대폰에 대한 시험인증 기술동향을 소개하고자''제 1회 Global CDMA Handset Testing Technology 세미나''를 개최하였다. 본 행사에서는 현재 Qualcomm의 주도로 추진중인 TRAC 인증프로그램의 개요와 시험기술 및 시험장비 개발 현황 등이 소개되었다. 본 고를 통해 TRAC 인증프로그램을 중심으로 CDMA휴대폰 시험인증기술 동향을 소개하도록 한다.

Since the ABEEK has been launched in 2000, many educational programs have been accredited by the ABEEK so far, and lots of programs nationwide are under preparation for the accreditation. However, most of institutes are suffering from the new accreditation system that requires some novel concepts of engineering education, so called, outcomes-based and demand-driven education processes. In this paper, the effective managerial schemes obtained from several years experiences of an accredited program are summarized. Especially, specific contents of the 7 accreditation criteria those need to be periodically documented are recommended and the effective processes for each item are described in detail.

Though the 'Program Educational Objectives' is the first and important criterion in ABEEK's engineering education accreditation, exact meaning and implementation methods have not been understood well. It was often confused with 'Program Outcomes' and its implementation and evaluation methods do not reflected well on the concepts of "outcomes based and demand driven education". A new implementation model for 'Program Educational Objectives' has been developed using step by step application. The model explains the meaning of every step (phase), and key constituents in each phase. The specialization and CQI of the program could be satisfied by applying the model properly.

Demands in a sustainable coffee certification program have increased steadily in the global coffee market. Along with this trend, recently the introduction of sustainable coffee certification programs in Vietnam has increased significantly. However, Vietnam's the coffee certification programs led by a single state-owned company, which is called Vinacafe, shows some differentiations from other sustainable coffee programs certified in other countries. The structure of exclusive decision-making in Vinacafe has been interfered with economic impacts in accordance with the introduction of sustainable coffee certification programs in Vietnam. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify changes in and limits of the value chain of the coffee industry with the introduction of Vietnam's sustainable coffee certification program by investigating the case of Vinacafe. To this end, the research has attempted 1) to concern with the role of Vinacafe in the process of growth in the coffee industry in central highland of Vietnam, 2) to analyze changes stemmed from the introduction of Vinacafe's sustainable coffee certification programs, and 3) to examine the limits to the introduction of sustainable coffee certification programs in Vietnam. As a result, it found out that Vinacafe subsidiaries shifted the losses resulted in the payment of additional environmental costs to produce sustainable certification coffee onto coffee farmers depended on Vinacafe subsidiaries, because the price of premium emerged from supports for certificated coffee production has not been guaranteed by Vinacafe mother firm.

In the regular evaluation of engineering education accreditation, there should be almost no deficiencies in the program educational objectives, but they are occurring frequently. From the regular evaluation in 2021, the second deficiency is judged as conditional certification. This paper presents an example of the application of the program education goal adequacy review system considering changes in the social environment with a relatively low understanding of educational goal setting while preparing for the engineering education certification system and certification evaluation. In addition, application cases are presented focusing on the certification criteria, engineering education certification judgment guide, and self-study report form for the linkage application between detailed certification criteria in revising and improving educational goals.

최근 WTO 체제의 출범에 의한 국가간의 자유무역 추세가 가속화되면서, 통신시장에서 나타나고 있는 두드러진 특징 중의 하나는 어떤 국가 또는 기관이 통신 제품 및 서비스에 대한 인증 프로그램의 운영을 원하는 국가나 기관에게 인정해 주는 역량을 가짐으로써 보다 주도적인 위치에서 시장을 점유할 수 있다는 것이다. 이에 본 고에서는 대내외적으로 정보통신표준 분야의 인증 프로그램에 관한 모든 인정 권한을 가지고 있는 ANSI(미국)의 정보통신표준 인증 프로그램의 인정을 위한 근간이 되고 있는 관련 정책 및 기준을 분석한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is the development of SPMP(Student Portfolio Management Program) to aid performance of student program outcomes related to program educational objectives. SPMP is developed to manage accreditation conditions, student materials, academic results through system database and to provide synthetic data for engineering education through statistical process. There are three functions to construct SPMP. First, the function of student information management is organized on various input data related to academic program, resume, etc. Second, the function of accreditation condition management is identified by the evaluation of program outcomes, subject grades, etc. Third, the function of course work data management is made by the operation of the academic reports and productions. The result of this study is expected to effectively provide constructive directions for continuous management in accreditation of engineering education and to support student portfolio for submission in required application.

패스워드 인증방법은 온라인 사전 공격에는 약하다는 단점이 있음에도 달구하고, 사용하기에 가장 편리하다는 장점 때문에 오늘날 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 인증방법이다. 기존의 패스워드 인증방법처럼 편리하게 이용할 수 있으면서도 보다 보안성을 높이는 방안으로 RTT를 이용한 인증 프로토콜이 제안되어 왔다. RTT를 이용한 인증 프로토콜은 사용자가 아이디와 패스워드를 입력할 뿐만 아니라. 자동 프로그램 사람을 구별할 수 있는 질문에 응답하게 함으로써 자동 프로그램으로 공격하는 것을 막는다. 그러나 이 프로토콜에 이용되는 RTT의 여러 모델들에서 간단한 이미지는 공격 프로그램으로 공격 가능성이 있고, 복잡한 이미지는 사용자 입장에서 유용성이 취약함을 보인다. 따라서 이런 모델들의 취약성을 분석하여 공격에 대해서는 강하면서도 사용자들이 이용하기에는 편리하도록 하기 위해 새로운 모델을 제안하고, 보안성과 유용성을 고려한 RTT기반의 인증방안을 제안한다.
