ebXML 프레임워크는 전 세계적으로 폭넓은 지지를 받으며 전자 상거래 표준 프레임워크로 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있는 시점이다. 이에 따라 ebXML의 보안적인 요소가 중요시되는 가운데 인증분야에서도 위험성을 내포하고 있어 각 시스템마다 존재하는 많은 인증 정보관리 문제와 리소스에 대한 접근제어 문제가 부각되고 있다. OASIS에서는 인증관리 문제를 해결하기 위해 SAML이라는 표준 인증 방식을 제시하였고 접근제어를 위해 XACML이라는 표준을 제정하였다. SAML은 XML기반의 표준화된 인증 방식을 취하여 안전성과 확장성뿐만 아니라 인증 간 상호운용성을 제공하는 강력한 기능을 가지고 있으며 XACML은 ebXML 스펙 2.5에서 접근제어를 XACML을 통하여 예를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SAML과 XACML을 ebXML 인증 및 접근제어 모델을 연구하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose a multi-watermarking algorithm to satisfy two purposes: fragility against malicious attacks and robustness against non-malicious attacks. The algorithm can be used for image authentication using coefficients of Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT). In the proposed method, watermarks are generated by combining binary image with some features extracted from the subband LL3, and then they are embedded into both the spatial and frequency domain. That is, on the spatial domain they are embedded into the Least Significant Bit(LSB) of all pixels of image blocks, and on the frequency domain the coefficients of the subband LH2 and HL2 are adjusted according to the watermarks. Thus the algorithm not only resists malicious attack but also permits non-malicious attacks such as blurring, sharpening, and JPEG compression.

The purpose of this study is to set a policy that can be specifically promoted according to the recently announced domestic equipment industry fostering strategy, and to suggest a plan that can be implemented. As a plan to foster the equipment industry, a new technology certification system and a new technology test and verification area operation and vitalization plan were set as alternatives. And a survey was conducted on companies conducting R&D to derive specific demand and introduction plans. As a result of the survey, it was found that there was a high demand for the use of new technology certification systems and testing and verification area. Also demonstration in connection with port equipment, testing and evaluation in connection with accredited verification agency, and preparation of dedicated agencies were derived to foster the equipment industry. Based on this, this study suggests a new technology certification system specialized for port equipment was established and a plan to institutionalize. In addition, in connection with the survey results and certification system, the basic functions and roles of the new technology testing and verification area was established. For future activation, incentives with effective certificates such as exemption of certification costs and issuance of performance confirmation certificates are needed, and efficient operation and management through dedicated organization and certification center were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of undergraduates of the college of education on the importance of certification areas and factors suggested by the certification system at each department level as well as the college as a whole, in order to come up with measures for further improvement. The specific objectives of this study are first, verifying different perception on the importance of certification areas and factor per department, second, verifying different perception on the importance of certification areas and factor per grade. The population of this study is undergraduates of the college of education at A University, and the survey on the different perception on the importance was conducted on 758 students of 10 departments. Total 800 copies of survey were distributed, and 299 copies or 37.3% were retrieved. First, it was found that undergraduates of the college of education at A University highly recognize the necessity of a new system to produce excellent teachers. when it comes to different department, in the area of teaching personalities, there is difference in the importance of teaching aptitude test and completion of social intelligence development program. In the area of teaching expertise, there is different perception in the importance of completion of curriculum education subjects per major, completion of curriculum contents per major, and participation in teaching demonstration contest. In the area of student guidance expertise, there is difference by department in completion of creative character development related education programs and "teaching practice" course. In the area of communication skills in the information society, minimum score requirement for a second foreign language is considered less important than others. Second, as for grade, freshmen highly recognize the importance of validity of teaching training course, integrity of the course, validity of the teaching training course in producing excellent teachers, graduates' job performing ability development as a teacher, appropriacy of curriculum of the college of education in producing excellent teachers, compared to other grades. In particular, seniors consider the necessity of a new system to produce excellent teachers the most.

Electronic commerce and application service is to universal on the internet, and a large quantity information transmitted on the network, It's needs procedure to access only permit objects for the integrity of information. In order to provide regional services is authentication for control resource and client identification. In particular, public key system is to implement in distributed environment, it is able to insurance users convenience and integrity at the same time. In this paper designed mechanism of cross certification between realms in PKI based on X.509 associated with DNS (Domain Name System) that is presented.

DRM (Digital Rights Management)은 디지털 저작권 관리를 뜻하는 말로, 전자책, 음악, 게임 등의 디지털 컨텐츠의 지적 재산권을 보호하기 위해 디지털 컨텐츠의 무단 유통을 방지하는 서비스를 의미한다. 이러한 DRM 시스템은 주로 유선 환경에서 사용되고 있었으나. 최근 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인한 무선 환경에서의 디지털 컨텐츠의 사용요구가 증가함에 따라 DRM 시스템은 유선 환경뿐만 아니라 무선 환경에서도 그 중요성이 날로 커지고 있는 실정이다. 현재 DRM은 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 저작권에 대한 보호 뿐 아니라 더 나아가 디지털 컨텐츠를 이용한 마케팅 솔루션을 제공하는 것까지 그 영역을 확장함에 따라 각 비즈니스 영역별로 적합하도록 다양한 DRM 솔루션이 제시되고 있다. 이로 인해 시스템간의 호환성을 위해 현재 OMA 등의 단체에서 무선 DRM에 관한 표준을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 표준으로 제시되고 있는 DRM 모델에서는 인가된 사용자만이 컨텐츠를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 인증서비스에 관한 부분이 매우 취약한 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 키 관리 서버와 사용자별 암호키 리스트를 다르게 소유할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 사용하는 인증서비스를 제시해보고자 한다.

This study conducted to investigate the core competency of dental hygiene based on learning outcomes for establishing an educational evaluation and certification system for dental hygiene. The sub-categories of core competencies, the overall score of professional behavior and ethical decision-making ability (category 1) and the ability to apply scientific and professional clinical hygiene and knowledge and skills of clinical dental work (category 2) was highest. and the level of communication skills (category 3) was 4.48 points, and the level of evidence-based integrated thinking and problem solving skills (category 5) was 4.35 points. Furthermore, there was a strong correlation between the core competency sub-categories, and it is necessary to identify the core competency between health care service occupations and to qualitatively study the core competency of dental hygienists working in clinical practice.

생체인식을 통한 개인 인증방법에는 지문인식과, 홍채인식 등이 활발하게 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생체인식을 통한 개인 인증 방법 중 우측 검지손가락 정맥을 이용한 방법을 사용하였다. 적외선 LED 8개를 이용하여 적외선을 손가락에 투과하여 CMOS카메라를 통하여 영상을 획득하는 정맥인식장치를 개발하고 영상을 채집한다. ROI영역을 추출하여 손가락 정맥인식을 위한 영상부분만 추출한다. 추출된 영상을 통하여 미디언 필터를 이용하여 noise를 제거하고 히스토그램 평활화를 통한 정맥영역을 부각시킨다. 특히 지역적 히스토그램 평활화를 통해서 보다 정확한 정맥의 영역을 찾는다. 지역적 히스토그램 평활화를 통한 영상을 이진화를 시키고 세선화를 통해서 이후 패터매칭을 통한 개인 인증방법에 대한 전처리 영상을 구한다.

본 연구에서는 권장 검증 경로와 검증된 공개키 인중서 포리스트를 이용하여 PMI용 인증서 검증 시간과 노력을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 권장 검증 경로는 상위 권한 인증 기관에서 사전에 구성하는검증 경로 정보로서 PMI용 인증서의 화장영역을 통해 전달된다. 권한 검증자는 이를 이용하여 인증서의검색/획득 과정과 검증의 일부분을 병렬적으로 처리하며 더 빠른 시간 내에 검증을 완료할 수 있다. 또, PMI용 인증서 검증 시에는 여러 개체의 신원 인증 과정이 필수적인데, 이러한 신원인증과정에서 검증된공개키 포리스트를 이용하여 기존의 검증 정보를 재사용 할 수 있도록 하였다

본 논문은 치아의 전치 교합과 후치 교합 상태에서 획득된 영상들에 대해 BMME와 LDA에 기반한 개인 인증 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 두 치아 교합 상태의 영상들로부터 치아 영역 추출, BMME, 패턴인식 과정으로 구성된다. 두 상태의 치아 교합을 사용하면 영상에서 일정한 치아 모양이 유지되며, BMME는 패턴인식에서 정합 오차를 줄일 수 있도록 해 준다. 강체인 치아는 영상 획득시 왜곡되지 않으므로 치아 영상을 이용하는 방법은 생체 인식에 장점으로 작용한다. 실험에서, 제안한 방법은 20명에 대해 개인 인증을 위한 인식에 성공하여 다중 인증 시스템에 사용될 수 있음을 보였다.
