전자상거래 시장이 활발해 지면서 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체들은 보다 강력한 보안체제를 갖추기 위해 노력하고 있다. 특히 최근 생체정보의 인식사례가 선보이면서 이런 인식서비스를 전자상거래에 접목시키려는 노력이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 중이다. 그러나 다중사용자를 실시간으로 처리해야하는 전자상거래 서비스 특성상 부하가 많이 소요되는 인식엔진을 전자상거래용 서버에 포함시키는 것은 적지 않은 부담이 든다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제의 해결방안으로 고객의 목소리를 통한 사용자 인증 시스템을 별도의 다중 처리 시스템으로 구성하는 것을 제안하며 이의 구현 사례를 보이고자 한다. 부하가 많이 따르는 인식엔진 등의 서비스를 별도로 관리함으로 다중사용자 접속을 요구하는 많은 서비스에 유용한 해결 방안을 보이고자 한다. 본 서비스는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 프로그램 개발 업체인 (주)아이커머스 코리아의 전자상거래 솔루션과 연동하여 프로그램 개발이 완료된 상태이다.

'건축실무에서의 전문성 국제기준권고안에 관한 협정' 즉, 건축사자격의 국가간 상호인정에 관한 국제표준안(세부내용은 본지 9903, 9904월호 참조)이 지난달 중국 베이징에서 개최된 국제건축사연맹(UIA) 대회 및 총회에서 정식 채택됐다. 특히 이번 UIA총회에서 주요 의제로 다루어진 '국제기준권고안' 가운데 '건축사의 기본요건'에 관한 부분은 지난 1985년 유럽공동체(EC, 현 유럽연합 EU)에서 채택된 내용을 토대로한 PPC(Professional Practice Committee)의 보고서 내용 그대로 채택됐고, 이러한 기본요건을 갖추는데 필요한 건축교육으로서, 최소 5년이상의 인가된 대학의 인증된 전일제 건축프로그램을 이수할 것을 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 교육기관의 교육과정에 대한 개편이 필요하게 된 것은 물론 지금껏 생소했던 교육인증프로그램 등을 서둘러 마련하지 않으면 안되게 되었다. UIA베이징대회를 다녀온 본협회 국제위원들의 참가보고를 통해 이번 제21차 총회의 주요 의결내용과 전반적인 대회 분위기 등을 살펴본다.

대부분의 국가에서는 생산제품의 적합성. 평가를 위해 인정기구를 통한 시험기관 인증제도를 운영하고 있으며, 세계 표준화 기구들과 상호 연계하여 표준화 및 관리 제도를 운영하고 있다. 국내의 경우 정보통신부 전락연구소는 정보통신기기에 대해 분야별로 시험 기관 인증(지정)제도를 운영하고 있으며 이에 대한 사후관리 업무도 수행하고 있다.(중략)

원자력공사에 관련된 장치와 부속 기기를 설계 및 제작 또는 설치하려면 ASME에서 인증하는 자격이 필요하고, 자격을 취득하거나 갱신하기 위하여 시설, 품질보증 프로그램, 설계 및 제작능력등을 ASME 위원회의 실사를 받아야 한다. 이를 위한 일련의 과정 중에서 설계능력을 증명할 수 있는 설계해석 보고서를 제출하여야 하며 이를 위하여 현대중공업이 설계한 Chiler Surge Vessel의 설계조건 및 하중 및 하중조합에 대하여 Design Report를 작성하였으며, ASME Code의 요구조건을 모두 만족하는 것으로 평가되었다.

Qualitative management and certification of higher education and higher education programs are important in Australia and Hong Kong. The purpose of the study is to analyze the higher educational Institute accreditation in Australia and Hong Kong and to provide basic data for the domestic evaluation accreditation system For this purpose, the analysis was conducted based on the analysis framework of Kis(2005), which was modified by the researchers in Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency(TEQSA) and Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications(HKCAAVQ). The quality assurance approach in Australia and Hong Kong is common as 'accreditation' and focuses on other evaluation methods, evaluation data, nature of the report, evaluation purpose, evaluation result, and follow-up evaluation. Australia and Hong Kong had separate evaluation agencies for accreditation of higher education qualifications, degrees, and educational programs, and were performing accreditation at the independent institutions. Australia and Hong Kong do not agree with the evaluation standards of higher education institutions because of different academic system and qualifications system from Korea. Higher education institutions need to consider international interchange in terms of exchanging higher education human resources between countries. It is also necessary to conduct evaluation of higher education institutions with reference to higher education quality management standards.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the correlation between students' perceptions on the achievement of program outcomes and grades. The subjects of this study were 4 programs at two engineering universities in Seoul. As a result, there is no significant correlation between students' self-assessment of the achievement of program outcomes and grades. Therefore, engineering colleges have to improve the way of assessing the students' achievement of program outcomes.

This paper examines what kind of writing ability KEC2005 requires for upper grades of engineering college. According to KEC2005, they need writing ability in the field of majors, especially capstone design subjects as well as general communication skills. An experience on preparing a quasi-research paper has some potential to be better for these demands than other writing training forms. The contents of assignments submitted by the students taking a class 'Writing in Science & Technology' in Seoul National University in 2009 supported this point of view. This paper is about a case study discussing the detailed relationship between KEC2005 and writing, and helps engineering colleges to design their own writing programs.

The purpose of this paper is to improve the curriculum efficiently and to raise the level of students's satisfaction by studying the correlation between MSC and major courses. For this, we compared the student's grades for those courses. Furthermore the level of satisfaction of the MSC subjects was surveyed. We found that one of dissatisfactions was due to the student's low recognition about the Accredited Program. So efforts to raise the student's satisfaction abouts the program should be done continuously and an in-depth study about MSC and major courses is necessary instead of just offering the required subjects.
