Based on basic studies on the current status index of BF certification application for school facilities according to the BF certification implementation, this study sought to improve the direction of the different BF certification evaluation indexes for school facilities by investigating and analyzing the status of BF Reservation Certification for elementary schools. A comparative analysis of the status and evaluation indexes of 30 elementary schools in the Gyeongsang region that included indicators of external and internal facilities, sanitary facilities, guidance facilities, and other facilities indicated that school facilities are insufficient to discriminate based on criteria and thus need to be updated for accurate grading. For school facilities that are open for anyone to use, quality improvement should be induced by improving standards and adjusting points for items that earn middle and lower grades.

소프트웨어 프로세스 능력 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아내어, 강점은 격려하고 약점을 개선하는 프로세스 개선활동은 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인을 찾아내기 위하여 SPICE(ISO/IEC 15504) 프로젝트에서 국제적으로 실시된 소프트웨어 심사 결과를 이용하였다. 분석 요인으로 IT부서 사원수, ISO 9001 인증여부, 안정성, 경제적 손실도, 보안성, 환경 영향도를 사용하였으며, 본 자료가 범주형이므로 분석 방법으로 통계적인 방법론인 "수량화방법 II"를 이용하였다. 수량화방법 II에서는 요인의 중요도를 나타내는 지표로 범위와 편상관을 사용한다. "범위"를 지표로 할 경우, 보안성이 능력수준과 가장 높은 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, "편상관"을 지표로 할 경우, ISO 9001 인증이 가장 관련이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보안성이 높게 요구되는 회사의 경우, 품질시스템이 잘 갖춰져 있고, ISO 9001 인증을 받는 둥의 품질관리를 하여 프로세스 능력수준 또한 높게 나왔다고 추론할 수 있다.

AAAv6-based Diameter method is using in the user authentication to satisfy the users' increasing user authentication demand and to supply a safe communication between mobile node and server in the Mobile IP. therefore, In this paper, We design a model of server capacity based on EAP-TLS that in one of AAAv6 models with mobility among domains to get the optimized capacity index of the server for user authentication accomplishment. We elicitat the authentication capacity index for each server of which is accomplishing in user authentication using DSA/RSA algorithm and purpose the optimized condition for the AAAv6 capacity by the index.

The study aims to develop the indicators to evaluate archival information service environments for the disabled in archives. Based on the barrier-free authentication indicators, the study analyzed the main concepts of archival information services and the service movement lines of users in archives. The study developed new indicators to evaluate records and information service environments by synthesizing all the concepts of information services, service movement lines, barrier-free authentication indicators and the regulations related to archival information services. The study can contribute to find out core problems of service environments in archives through utilizing the new indicators and scales, and to suggest alternatives to improve the environmental conditions for the disabled.

The purpose of this study was to examine the maintenance of an evaluation accreditation indicator according to child care center teachers' participation in decision making. The subjects of this study were 139 teachers from 12 accredited national, public, private, and corporate child care centers in Seoul and North Gyeongsang Province. The TIP-2 (Teacher Involvement and Participation Scale V.2) and Accreditation Indicator for Child Care Centers were used to measure teachers' participation in decision making and accreditation indicator maintenance. Frequency, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and scheffe test were used for data analyses. The results revealed that the teachers who rated middle and high level in terms of their participation in decision-making showed higher levels of maintenance of the evaluation accreditation indicator than those with low levels of participation. This finding suggests that teachers' participation in decision making is an important factor for maintaining the quality of child care centers.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has been implementing the government's recognition project regarding the program accrediting organizations in Higher Education. This research is to establish an evaluation model for the government's recognition process of the program accrediting organizations, and develop the evaluation categories, items and indices for the model. The research has set the concept for the government's recognition regarding the program accrediting organizations and designed an evaluation model for such organizations. The evaluation model embraces a preliminary evaluation process, assessing an eligibility of the accrediting organizations for the higher education based on the formalities set forth for the government recognition organization accrediting process. It also includes the main evaluation process, which assess the eligibility based on the evaluation standards stipulated in the associated legislation and regulations. In addition, through in-depth verification processes by experts, this research finalized 2 evaluation domains, 5 evaluation categories, 24 evaluation items and 33 evaluation indices.

다양해진 응용서비스들만큼이나 다양해진 사용자 인증 메커니즘들이 등장하였다. 이들은 강한 인증 기능을 제공하기 위해 종종 여러 메커니즘들이 혼합되어 사용되기도 한다. 각기 다른 인증메커니즘들은 각각의 특성에 따라 다른 신뢰수준을 갖기 때문에 여러 인증방식들 간의 신뢰수준을 비교할 수 있는 지표가 필요하다. 본 논문은 사용자인증 수단의 신뢰도를 가늠하기 위해 인증신뢰지수를 적용하는 방안과 다중사용자인증시스템에서 인증신뢰지수를 계산하는 알고리즘에 대해 제안한다.

With the increasing service Qualify and security in the Mobile Internet Diameter technology based on the AAAv6 is being used in the user authentication. But there are some Problems on the authentication Procedures of the Diameter in which the security falls down from a loaming service or Internet transmission course. We combine it with the cipher algorithm like EAP-MD5 and accomplish a user authentication processing. If we want to supply the user authentication with the mobility among domains by AAAv6-based Diameter, we need the efficient capacity allocation among AAA attendent, AAAv, AhAb, AAAh, HA servers in the AAAv6. Therefore in this paper, we propose to make the authentication capacity index to carry out user authentication ability by analyzing an EAP-MD5S server capacity model of AAAv6 authentication models for users with mobility among domains, and to find the optimized condition for the AAAv6 capacity by the index.

제조업과 유통업 등을 대상으로 했던 '한국서비스품질우수기업 인증'이 건설업 부문으로 확대되면서 건설업계의 관심이 커지고 있다. 서비스품질우수기업 인증제도는 기업 및 국가 경쟁력 제고와 소비자의 삶의 질 향상 및 권익보호를 위해 서비스 품질에 대해 이뤄지는 유일한 정부 인증으로 재단법인 키캄연구소(KICAM : 한국건설경영연구소)가 절차를 진행하고 지식경제부 기술표준원이 인증서를 발급해 준다. 2001년 시행된 이래 현재까지 800여 개 제조 유통업체 및 공공기업이 인증을 획득했고, 지난 9월부터는 고객서비스를 중시하는 건설산업 구조변화를 반영해 건설부문에도 시행됐다. 건설업 서비스품질 인증은 아파트 분양에서부터 입주, 사후관리까지 모든 단계의 사전 사후서비스 프로세스는 물론 서비스 품질문화 달성을 위한 리더십 등 추진력 부문, 고객만족 추진체계 등 시스템 부문, 서비스 경영성과 부문 등을 평가지표에 따라 종합 심사하게 된다. 특히 현장평가와 고객평가, 그리고 암행평가를 토대로 기술표준원 인증심사위원회에서 1000점 만점에 800점(중소기업은 700점) 이상을 획득한 기업에 한해 우수기업으로 인정해 준다. 건설업 서비스품질 인증제도에 대해 살펴본다.
