This study aims to identify the characteristic variables of businesses that would impact the choice of their type in the 6th industry and analyze how they work. To this end, this study analyzed data of 752 businesses certified as belonging to the 6th industry in 2015 through the classification and regression tree (CART) algorithm in decision tree analysis. The results of analysis showed that the type of agricultural product processing affected shaping the type of the 6th industry at the early stage of growth while the type of agricultural product processing, the type of service, region and sales volumes at the stage of growth and service strategy and the type of agricultural product processing at the stage of maturity. These findings empirically identified key business factors that could support businesses in the 6th industry at each stage of growth and presented a direction forward for support of the 6th industry.

This paper presents a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the capstone design course based on 16-year management experience and improvements of the school of mechanical design and automation engineering in the seoul national university of science and technology. First, the program outcomes related with the capstone design course are introduced, and the assessment methods and items are described. Based on them, the assessment results in 2008 were obtained and a strategy to improve the results were built after analyzation. As for the strategy, we revealed the assessment items and good examples in an internet web site in advance. As a result, we were able to obtain about 3.3% improved assessment results in 2009. Finally, the validity, efficiency, internal stability, and sustainability of the assessment of the program outcomes using the capstone design course are addressed in terms of a notion of the course-embedded assessment.

This study intends to design a curation system to support elementary and secondary schools for reusing and sharing instructional materials efficiently. It is proved through interviewing teachers at the chalkface that they utilize instructional materials, and there are some differences between elementary schools and secondary schools about the media for creating the instructional materials, and the purpose of using them. The functional requirements of curation system for reusing and sharing instructional materials are derived from questionnaires. The investigation of the existing curation systems was conducted to identify the strategies for policy, design, standard, and tools for effective operation of the digital curation system. The tasks and the functions of the curation system designed by reflecting the results of this study are as following. The tasks related to individual workspace include 'authentication', 'system configuration', 'registration' of created materials, 'material keeping' for the individual, and 'reusing (editing)'. The tasks related to sharing workspace contain 'receiving' for sharing, 'archiving' for accessing, 'peer evaluation', 'accessing' through the retrieval, and 'bulletin board'.

The target of managing electronic records should be the trusted record services to the end-users. The natural characteristics of electronic records yields the drawback in the authenticity aspect and in the integrity aspect, and current standards and methodologies have beed developed to treat this drawback. However the authenticity and the integrity concepts is hardly separated each other and too completed, so alternative "source" concept is introduced and a verification strategy for the origin of electronic records is discussed in this paper. According to this concept, current standards and methodologies may be criticized for the negligence of necessary information organizing/verification, the doubtful long-term verification, and the missing counter-strategy for the verification-failed records. To solve this, needed facters for origin verification is described, new preservation format divided into temporally-fluctuating (variable) part and immutable (fixed) part is proposed, and a strategy to prevent, avoidance, and detection/recovery important records is suggested.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency and productivity of technological innovation activities of companies certified as innovative pharmaceutical companies by the government to diagnose their competitiveness and derive measures to strengthen them. This study collected pharmaceutical input (R&D expenditures and number of employees) and output (sale, operating profit and patent) data between 2017 and 2019 for 38 innovative pharmaceutical companies. This study analyzed them using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, Tobit model and the Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI). First, the DEA result of the innovative pharmaceutical companies show that between the value of the CCR model of the scale efficiency and the value of the BCC model to diagnose the internal operation efficiency is differences. Second, efficiency does not differ between corporate characteristics. Third, Tobit model shows that number of patents held have positive effects on efficiency. Forth, overall MPI is 0.89. This can be interpreted as the rate of TECI decreased 3%p and TCI has increased 4%p. The results of this study can be used as decision-making data for response strategies to improve efficiency by identifying the cause of inefficiency and presenting target values.

This study was conducted to design and apply simulation-based problem-based learning classes, and then analyze the effects of class management using focus group interviews. In paramedicine, practical learning that can respond to various emergency situations based on major knowledge is important. In the case of problem-based learning classes, it is suitable for operating various topics covered by the Department of Paramedicine as it can improve capabilities such as problem-solving strategies, skills, and teamwork by providing practicality related to field situations for learning. This study developed a PBL module focusing on patients with dyspnea and applied it to medical emergencies and practice courses taken by 16 third graders of S University's Paramedicine department. Overall class satisfaction was high from 4.76 to 4.92. In particular, by resetting the learning strategy through PBL classes and experiencing cooperative learning, positive learning outcomes could be obtained and self-efficacy was experienced.

국내 상위 10개 업체가 국내 장류시장의 70% 이상을 차지하고 있으나 최근 들어 귀농인구의 증가로 소규모 농가형 장류 생산업체가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 전통식품인증마크 획득 등으로 전통장류 생산업체들은 지역 특산품으로 생산하여 공장형 장류와 차별화를 하고 있다. 이러한 취지에서 경북발효식품산학연협력사업단은 가내 수공업 형태로 군 단위의 지역에 산재해 있는 발효식품 업체를 클러스터 형태로 집적화하고 지역 원료의 활용을 극대화 방향으로 추진하여 전략적 발효산업으로 육성 발전시키며, 발효식품 전문제조업체를 발굴 육성하여 지역 업체의 매출 증대 및 수출 증대에 기여하고자 염미강화 및 보완소재 개발로 고부가가치 저염제품으로 발효식품에의 상용화 기반을 구축하고 있다. 경북지역 재래된장 및 개량된장 업체의 지원을 통해 저염된장을 출시함으로써 연구에 취약한 소규모 전통장류 업체의 매출 증대에 기여하고 정부시책에 발맞추어 국민의 나트륨 섭취를 줄이는데 도움이 되는 고부가가치 저염 발효가공품으로 경쟁력을 강화하고자 노력하고 있다. 앞으로 장류시장의 세계화를 이루기 위해서는 저염 상태에서 발현될 수 있는 이종 미생물 독소, 식중독균 등 오염원균으로부터의 안전성 확보 기술을 가져야 할 것이다.

Recent alarming acceleration of global warming has made power generations using renewable energy to be in the middle of the spotlight. Korean government has also announced that it will make the related industry to be nation's one of main export items with high investments to low carbon green growth industry. To achieve this goal of exporting the renewable energy power generation system beyond domestic use, internationally acceptable rules should be applied and the three step processes of design, performance assessment and certification should follow international standards. Corresponding this international requests, IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) is conducting the establishment of rules in TC88 for technical requirements of wind turbines. Design life-time of a wind turbine is required to be at least 20 years. In the meantime, the wind turbine will experience a lot of load cases such as extreme loads and fatigue loads which will include several typhoons per year and extreme gusts with 50 years recurrence period as well as endless turbulence flow. Therefore, IEC 61400-1 specifies design load cases to be considered in the wind turbine design and requires the wind turbine to withstand the load cases in various operational situations. It thus appears that the examination of contents and decisions discussed in the international standard committee will help people in the field of offshore wind energy and ocean energy converters.

최근 기업에서는 가치창출을 위해서 정보기술을 어떻게 활용할 수 있을지에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 IT에 대한 투자가 증가하면서 IT에 대해서 전략적으로 중요하고 IT도 하나의 비즈니스로 관리되어야 한다고 여겨지고 있다. IT에 대한 비용 절감에 대한 요구는 계속되고 있으며, 사용자들의 요구수준이 높아지고 있어서 IT서비스제공자는 합리적인 비용 구조하에 더 나은 품질의 서비스를 제공해야 하는 상황이다. 이처럼 IT서비스 관리의 중요성이 커짐에도 불구하고 아직까지는 국내에서는 IT서비스 관련된 연구나 논문들은 IT서비스 관리의 인증이나 개발에 대한 탐색적인 연구만 있을 뿐 실증적인 연구가 미흡한 실정 이다. 따라서 본 연구는 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해서 IT서비스 관리 구성요소에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 실제 IT서비스를 도입하고 있는 기업들을 대상으로 IT서비스 관리구성요소를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 문헌연구나 현장연구를 통해서 제시된 IT서비스관리의 구성요소를 이용하여, 차후 IT서비스관리를 통해서 IT서비스관리 성과향상에 기여할 수 있다는 점을 실증적으로 밝혀내기 위한 틀을 제공한다는데 있다.

In this paper, we present a countermeasure for a various trouble occurred in secure communication of document image. We Propose a security system for transmission of document image using mixing algorithm that the third party cannot conceive secure transmission of information instead of existing scheme which depend on crypto-degree of security algorithm, itself. For this, RM, DM and RDM algorithm for mixing of secure bits are proposed and applied to digital signature for mixing for secure document and mixing for non-secure document by secure document. Security system for document image involves not only security scheme for document image transmission itself, but also digital signature scheme. The transmitter embeds secretly the signatures onto secure document, embeds it to non-secure document and transfers it to the receiver. The receiver makes a check of any forgery on the signature and the document. Because the total amount of transmitted data and the image quality are about the same to those of the original document image, respectively, the third party cannot notice the fact that signatures and secure document are embedded on the document image. Thus, the probability of attack will be reduced.
