Recently, social enterprises in the korean are gaining more interest but, it seems that many social enterprises are not successful in their sustainability. Therefore government implements various supporting policies for social enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to find new criteria of business development expense through the analysis of submitted application of business development expense. For this study, business development expense data of 126 social enterprises(applied to the Busan in 2013 year) for supporting money are analyzed. The result shows that (1) need to apply 1 or 2 business that is the most important in their business (2) concerns about the patent, engineering development, prototype model development, program development taken IT business are very desirable (3) need to feedback about last year result (4) need to make more elaborate guideline for application (5) none of social enterprise applied co-marketing (brand), therefore a strong inducement plan is need In conclusion, effective and strategic policy of business development expense will be a helpful for the sustainability of social enterprises. In this sense, the results of this study is meaningful to the social enterprise policy, especially business development expense, maker.

Purpose -The purpose of this study is to analyze how the accreditation system affect the selection of business strategies in social enterprises, which create social value rather than maximize profits. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 40 accredited and 53 non-accredited social enterprises. This research employs a Fuzzy-set/qualitative comparative analysis to compare the combinations of factors that affect a social enterprise's performance Findings - The results show that for accredited enterprises organizational capabilities are significantly more important than networking capabilities, whereas for non-accredited enterprises internal communication, governance capacities and networking competencies are most important capabilities to improving their social performance. And also The accreditation systems for social enterprises would entice social enterprise away from business strategies based on with local society, which is differentiated with commonly accepted social enterprise model. Research implications or Originality - This research suggests that the accreditation system for social enterprises should be redesigned for enticing social enterprises in Korea to be more localized to meet local needs in terms of positive changes of local society.

현대약품(대표 윤창현)은 지난 1965년 출범되어 지금까지도 국민들의 꾸준한 사랑을 받으며 잘 알려진 '현대물파스'로 시작한 의약품 전문기업이다. 현대약품은 47년의 지속적인 성장과 함께 현재 처방의약품은 물론, 일반의약품과 같은 의약품 사업과 기능성 식품, 기능성 음료 등의 건강기능식품, 그리고 의료기기에 이르기까지 국민건강증진을 위한 종합기업으로 성장하였다. 현대약품은 보다 체계화된 제품 안전성을 갖추는데 주력하기 위해, 전국 각 공장과 사업장에서 ISO9001, ISO14001, KOHSA18001, OHSAS18001 등의 인증을 획득, 제품의 안전성, 안정성과 제품 생산 표준화 등이 이루어지는 각종 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 2008년 제약업계 최초 국가품질경영대회 제품안전경영 대통령상을 수상하는 영예도 얻게 되었다. 중앙연구소는 1984년도 설립되었으며 2009년 1월에는 경기바이오센터 합성신약연구소를 개소, 2011년 5월에는 용인에 신약 연구소를 준공하여 신약 및 개량신약 개발에 주력하고 있다. 현재까지도 지속적인 연구개발 및 기술 혁신 중심으로 21세기 첨단 의약품 생산에 필요한 다양한 연구에 매진하고 있다. 현대약품은 우수한 연구진과 최첨단 연구시설 확보를 통해 펩타이드 치료약물을 개발 생산하였다. 이어 이 기술을 바탕으로 기존의 거대시장 fmoc-아미노산을 대체하게 될 차세대 신물질로서 고체상 펩타이드 합성(solid phase peptide synthesis)의 원료물질인 Nsc-아미노산을 개발하였다. 전 사원 1년에 1일 이상의 봉사 활동을 의무적으로 실시하고 있으며 공장 직원 스스로 조직된 봉사 단체 두레회는 불우한 이웃의 시설을 유지, 보수하고 정이 그리운 어린이들과 함께 놀아주는 이웃들과 함께하는 작은 봉사 단체이다. 현대약품은 앞으로도 R&D투자를 활성화하여 우수의약품 개발에 전력을 다하고, 국민보건 향상에 책임을 완수하는 성실한 기업이 될 것이다.

The aim of this study is to scrutinize acceptance intentions of Korean users and influences of information security related factors on mobile payment services based on biometric authentication methods, like finger print authentication or face recognition authentication, by focusing on ApplePay. Unlike previous studies on user acceptance of mobile payment which lack considerations on information security related factors, this study employs the UTAUT with detailed information security factors to create a research model and PLS(Partial Least Squares) method to analyze the model. Based on the analysis, gaining trust on service through company's efforts on information protection, personal characteristics and trust on applied security technologies are important factors to Korean users along with social awareness and service infrastructures. The result of this study would be helpful to companies or organizations, which provide biometric-based mobile payment services, to understand needs of Korean consumers. Based on this study, further analysis is expected to find impacts of user experiences on same company's or competitors' products to acceptance intentions.

4차 산업혁명의 시대적 요구에 따라 스마트워크, 원격진료, 메타버스 등 원격 접속 기반의 사회 인프라 환경이 확산되고 있으며, 코로나19는 이와 같은 원격접속 환경을 가속화하였다. 원격 접속 환경에서는 공간, 시간, 단말 등의 제약으로부터 비교적 자유롭게 기업 내부의 중요 자원 및 서비스를 이용할 수 있기 때문에 노동 생산성을 증대시킨다는 이점은 있으나, 충분히 검증받지 않은 작업 환경이기 때문에 보안적 측면에서는 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 또한 전통적인 정보보호 관리체계에서는 원격접속 환경은 허용하지 않거나 최소화한다는 기본 사상을 바탕으로 설계되어 있기 정보보호 전략적 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 정보보호 전략적 한계를 개선하기 위해 제로 트러스트 아키텍처 기반의 정보보호 관리체계 구축에 대한 방안을 제언한다.

This study is to testify whether according to the variables of population statistics there emerge differences in the ethical leadership, ethical climate, organizational citizenship behavior and LMX by Social Entrepreneurs. For this we have performed survey 652 social entrepreneurs at authorized Social Enterprises. The results of analysis are as follows. First, it was analyzed that the sub-factors of the ethical leadership, such as contribution and integrity by Social entrepreneurs have revealed significant difference according to gender. Also the sub-factor of ethical climate, such as utilitarianism has revealed significant difference by gender, too. The analysis result signifies no significance in OCB, LMX. Second, there were significant difference in the sub-factor of ethical leadership such as integrity, the sub-factor of ethical climate such as, utilitarianism, the sub-factor of OCB such as effectiveness, and LMX by religious. Third, the analysis result signifies no significance in ex-work place, whether they worked at Social enterprise or not. Finally, as the result of our analysis whether there are any differences according to gender, religious, and ex-work place of the Social entrepreneurs in the ethical leadership, ethical climate, OCB, and LMX by Social entrepreneurs, it was revealed that there are some significant. This study emphasizes the importance of ethical leadership, ethical climate, OCB and LMX. It reveled these variables have differences by demographic characteristics of Social entrepreneurs. In conclusion, this study suggests that the consideration of the variables of population statistics according to the various variables about Social enterprise.

This paper reviews the general education curriculum in engineering colleges which are accredited or prepare to be accredited in Korea. And it researches the relation of the learning outcome of general education and course assessment. Most of engineering colleges usually operate core curriculum. They provided engineering students few specific general education courses if anything. Engineering students evaluated the outcome of the general education courses less than major courses. It is necessary to develop new general education courses for engineer like as the management for engineering students or leadership program Also the faculties teaching the general education courses need to develop new learning method and materials, which help students to achieve soft skills.

As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, the adaptation of ISO 9000 has brought about some significant positive effects to domestic quality systems However, somenegative results occurred in domestic industries rushing to fulfill the requirements of these new quality systems. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implemen tation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/ DIS 9000:2000, ISO/ DIS 9001:2000, ISO/DIS 9004:2000. this study has been conducted using the data collected from 325 Korean small and medium manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification in March 2000. The first, the adoption of a quality manage ment system needs to be a strategic decision of the organization. The design period of the adoption of a quality management system is influenced by the size of the organization, the products process, KS certification, the rate of management.

국내 시중에는 약 304개 금융회사가 금융 및 보험 상품 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 최근 금융감독원에서는 국내 304개 금융회사(생 손보 39개사)를 대상으로 한 개인정보수집 이용제공 동의서 운영실태 점검 결과 총 49개 금융회사에서 문제점이 발견되었다. 2012. 2. 17일 개정된 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한법률에서는 본인 인증확인기관, 법령에서 별도로 수집 이용하는 경우와 방송통신위원회가 고시하는 경우 이외에는 주민등록번호의 사용을 제한하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 개정된 정보보호 관련 법률 관점에서 현 금융회사의 개인정보 활용 및 그에 따른 보안 실태를 연구하고 관련 결과에 따른 법적 IT컴플라이언스를 준수할 수 있는 개인정보 치환 및 관리 방법론 등 관련 법률과 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 만족시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

한국동서발전(사장 장주옥)은 지난 2001년 한국전력공사 발전부문에서 분리 설립된 우리나라의 대표적인 발전회사 가운데 하나다. 그 명성에 걸맞게 이곳은 당진화력본부와 울산화력본부, 호남화력발전처, 동해화력발전처, 일산열병합발전처 등을 운영하면서 국가 경제를 뒷받침하고 있다. 그만큼 이곳에서는 안전을 기업경영의 최우선 가치로 내세우고 있다. 만에 하나 전력 공급이 중단될 경우 사회 경제적으로 엄청난 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 특히 일산열병합발전처(처장 김치완)는 여느 곳보다 남다른 안전관리를 전개해 나가고 있는 것으로 유명하다. 최근 안전보건공단으로부터 무재해 19배수를 인증받는 것이 이를 증명하고 있다. 시스템에 의한 빈틈없는 안전관리를 바탕으로 무재해 현장을 조성하고 있는 한국동서발전(주) 일산열병합발전처를 찾아가 봤다.
