  • 평생학습사회를 지향하는 교육정책이 고등교육의 변화를 강하게 요구하고 있다. 그 중심에 국가직무능력표준이 있으며, 교육과 산업현장에 필요한 역량을 체계적으로 개발하기 위한 노력이 다양하게 일어나고 있다. 본 논문은 NCS의 연구가 교육과정개발 사례에 초점을 두고 있는 한계점을 지적하며, 지속가능한 NCS의 운영을 위해 필요한 역량을 전문가인 교수자에 두고 논의한다. 이를 위해 교수자의 역할과 역량을 분석하고, 효율적인 직무역량을 갖추기 위해 필요한 자질을 인적자원개발(HRD)관점으로 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라가 경제불황으로 인하여 국내 산업전반에 걸쳐 구조조정을 실시하게 되었음에도 불구하고, 구조조정을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 구조조정 관리모형이나 구조조정 영향변수 등 선행연구가 전무한 상태였다. 그래서 우리나라 현실에 맞는 구조조정 관리모형을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 목적올 달성하기 위해 구조조정관련 영향변수와 그리고 이들 변수와 마케팅 성과간의 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 이론적 배경으로는 구조조정 전략 영향변수로 구조조정전 성과, 사전구조조정 경험, 외부압력, 그리고 변화에 대한 저항 정도를 탐색하고, 그리고 구조조정 전략실행강도에 영향을 주는 인적자원의존도, 관리적 강도, 그리고 마케팅 성과에 대해 탐색했다. 실증분석을 통해 얻은 구조조정 관리모형은 인력감소, 사전구조조정 경험, 변화에 대한 저항정도가 구조조정전략 실행강도에 영향을 미치며, 이는 다시 관리적 강도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관리적 강도는 마케팅 성과에 영향을 주는 요인으로 발견되었다.

A Strategic Approach to the Researcher Information System as Social Capital (사회적 자본으로서 연구인력정보시스템 구축에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • In the context of the knowledge and information society, social capital has been considered significantly in conjunction with human and physical capital. Social capital contains the social capacity which is beneficial to the efficiency and associated capital of social policies. This study aims to examine the strategic plans in order to establish researcher information systems in terms of research and development, and researcher resources at the national level. To achieve the goals of this study, firstly the current status of researcher information systems in Korea was examined. The analysis of researcher information systems includes information systems in the national R&D management institutes, the national distribution institutes, and the government funded research centers. Secondly, strategic plans for researcher information systems as social capital were discussed.

An Exploratory Structural Analysis of the Accident Causing Factors in Railway Traffic Controllers (철도관제사의 사고유발 요인에 관한 탐색적 구조분석)

  • This study intended to exploratively testify human error causing factors for railway traffic controller, using AMOS structural equation model. Through literature survey, fatigue and stress as exogenous variable, errors in information process such as cognitive, memory, storage, and execution error as endogenous variable, and accident and incident(near-miss) as dependent variable were set up. Results based on AMOS using 201 railway traffic controllers' questionnaire showed that a clear causality loop like as 'stress ${\rightarrow}$ memory error ${\rightarrow}$ storage error ${\rightarrow}$ incident(near-miss) ${\rightarrow}$ accident' is formed. This result suggests that for the purpose of mitigation of traffic controller's accident, it is so necessary to reduce memory and execution error in the information processing process based on the effective management of stress, as the precedent of them.

An Alternative Approach to Determinants of Hotel Patronage Intention Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (이성적 행동이론을 이용한 호텔이용의향의 결정요인에 대한 대안적 접근)

  • This study seeks to understand the effects of information search activities and brand image on the hotel patronage intention based on the theory of reasoned action. First, it investigates the influence of attitude formed about hotel on the patronage intention. Second, it seeks to develope an alternative to TRA by looking into the effects of hotel image variable on hotel-specific attitude and patronage intention and attempts to substantiate the role of brand image as a substitute to subjective norm to increase the TRA's explanatory power. The main finding of this study are as follow; First, out of the three components of cognitive evaluation of hotel (human service, physical service and information service), human and physicial services were found to have significant influence on patronage intention. Brand image was found to exert notable influence on attitude toward hotel as well as patronage intention. Remarkably, the finding that brand image positively enhanced the TRA model sheds new strategic insight as to the usefulness of brand image as an alternative to overcome the TRA's limitation stemming from subjective norm. Third, it was learned that study subjects gave more weight to external information sources such as TV, radio, newspaper, magazine, and internet than to internal sources such as individual knowledge, experience or self image.

  • Recently, the damage caused by flash floods caused by extreme weather due to global warming is increasing. In order to reduce the damage, this paper conducted a study on the search for the shortest route of an evacuation route due to a flash flood. For this, we implemented a route search system using GIS and shape files including buildings and roads and Dijkstra's algorithm. In this study, the location of users close to the point where the flash flood occurs is identified, and the evacuation route is searched from the starting point to the destination point without passing through the dangerous point. Evacuate out of the test bed, or designate a building in the test bed as an evacuation shelter, and search for a route to the nearest evacuation shelter. Accordingly, it is expected that human damage will be reduced by providing the shortest evacuation route.

  • 고객상담센터 또는 Call Center(콜센터)는 기업조직상 고객과의 최일선 접점에 위치하여 고객만족 경영의 중추적인 역할인 대고객 communication이라는 막중한 임무를 담당함에도 불구하고, 우리나라학계 뿐만이 아니라, 미국의 학계에서도 연구가 빈약한 분야이기 때문에 연구의 필요성이 강력히 요청되는 분야이다. 2) 본 연구는 지금까지 고객의 요구에 대응하기 위하여 임기응변적으로 설계 및 운영하여 온 우리나라의 고객상담센터, 특히, 전화고객상담 센터(Call Center)의 효율향상을 위한 경영개선 노력을 위한 “리엔지니어링 전략”에 관한 탐색적 연구다. 연구방법으로서는 문헌(주로 미국) 및 미국의 call center 실태조사 자료를 우리나라의 자료와 비교하여 리엔지니어링의 대상을 탐색하는, 소위 선진지역과의 벤치마킹(benchmarking) 방법을 택하였다. 구체적으로, 본 연구는 콜센터의 효율적인 운영을 위한 주요 구성요소인 인적요소 및 기술적 요소 등을 연구한다. 본 연구는 콜센터 리엔지니어링분야의 문헌을 체계적으로 고찰하였으며 특히 미국의 콜센터와 직접적인(head-to-head) 비교를 처음 시도했다는 점에서 이 분야의 향후 연구에 공헌을 할 수 있다고 믿는다. 또한 이연구의 결과는 우리나라 콜센터 관련 기업실무자들이 리엔지니어링을 추진하는데 중요한 참고자료로 이용할 수 있으며 특히, 관련 software 및 hardware의 설계와 개발에 중요한 방향제시를 할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the values and meanings of university libraries and library catalog in the learning activities of Korean college students. Discussed in details are unique features in their library use behavior and catalog search behavior, and critical factors influencing their behavioral characteristics. A qualitative approach was employed for data collection and analysis. Intensive interviews were conducted with 30 students, also utilized was tight and close observation of their library search behavior. The result of this study is on identifying the underlying reasons why Korean students use their libraries and catalogs in a passive and limited manner.

  • In recent years, the retail industry has been undergoing major shifts. Outlet malls are an important part of the new retail landscape. This paper seeks to increase the understanding of the shopping experiences of visitors to a Premium outlet shopping mall in Shinsagae Chelsea Premium Outlet at Paju City, Gyeongi-do. This paper analyze the Element of the premium outlet across demographics. It explores seven critical factors which significantly influence customers' perceptions of premium outlet. Findings are base on a mall intercept survey with 292 respondents across a range of demographics. The summary of 7 factor is classified as the visual, location, Shopping support, human traces, mood, transit expedience, and tenant. The main implication of these findings is that factory outlet stores are perceived favourably and that they need to build more positive marketing strategies accordingly.
