This paper presents a new dynamic human reliability analysis method and its application for quantifying the human error probabilities in implementing accident management actions. The action associated with implementation of the cavity flooding during a station blackout sequence is considered for its application. This method is based on the concept of the quantified correlation between the performance requirement and performance achievement. For comparisons of current HRA methods with the new method, the characteristics of THERP, HCR, and SLIM-MAUD, which m most frequency used method in PSAs, are discussed. The MAAP code and Latin Hypercube sampling technique are used to determine the uncertainty of the performance achievement parameter. Meanwhile, the value of the performance requirement parameter is obtained from interviews. Based on these stochastic obtained, human error probabilities are calculated with respect to the various means and variances of the things. It is shown that this method is very flexible in that it can be applied to any kind of the operator actions, including the actions associated with the implementation of accident management strategies.

Korean local governments attempt to propose various ideas for regional development, and Korean central government give support to balanced regional development. Construction tourist destination is the most important item in regional development policy of Korean central government. Because, tourism leads to human and material exchange. tourism contents is more concerned. The purpose of this paper will be to provide the suggestion for constructing tourist destination. To accomplish this, contents of attractive tourist destination was analysed through Japanese case study of constructing tourist destination.

지식 베이스는 대량의 인적 물적 자원을 투입하고 철저한 설계에 기반하여 구축하여야 하는 부담이 큰 자원이다. 그렇지만, 지식 베이스 없이 다양한 응용 분야와 서비스를 만족시키는 시스템을 구축할 수 없기 때문에 그 중요성을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 기존의 지식베이스 구축에 있어서 간과했던 것들의 하나는 응용 분야와 서비스를 명확히 하고, 해당분야에 안는 지식 베이스를 선택해야 한다는 것이다. 어휘의미망을 포함하여 시소러스를 범용 또는 여러 분야에서 구축하고 있으나 이들이 어떤 서비스에 도움이 되는지를 확실히 분석하지 못함으로 인해 응용 시스템에서 제 기능을 다하지 못하고 있으며, 온톨로지 또한 근본적으로 분야와 활용 목적에 의존적이어서 이를 고려하여 설계를 하지만 시소러스나 용어 사전과 같은 기본적인 지식 베이스와의 연계를 통한 효율성 재고라는 측면에서 약점을 보여왔다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 질의와 실 데이터간의 어휘 불일치 해소를 위해 시소러스를 설계 구축하고 온톨로지의 사례화 결과인 인스턴스와 연동시킴으로써 연구자 간 협업 지원 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반 자원으로서의 지식 베이스 구축에 초점을 둔다.

최근 스마트기기가 널리 보급되고 소셜네트워크 서비스가 확산되면서, 스마트 기기 및 소셜미디어를 활용함으로서 학습에서 상호작용을 극대화한 교육환경으로 스마트러닝이 크게 부각되고 있다. 그리고 스마트러닝 콘텐츠 및 환경의 확산으로 PC 위주에서 스마트폰 등으로 이러닝 콘텐츠의 사용환경이 확장됨에 따라 콘텐츠 저작의 경제성과 효율성 등을 고려하게 되었으며, 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 환경에서 활용 가능하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 기존 PC기반의 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용함에 있어 여러 가지 문제가 발생하는데 이 문제들을 해결하는 방안으로 먼저 콘텐츠에 대한 표준화가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 표준화를 활용한 효율적인 스마트러닝 기법을 제시하고자 한다.

Competency cannot be transformed as knowledge, so the operation of competency-based curriculum requires support from the extracurriculum that gives many opportunities practical experience. Therefore, many universities establish the own extracurricular courses by using much financial, human, and physical infrastructure. However, it is doubtful whether the extracurriculum is effective on cultivating competencies, what kinds of programs is useful to nurture right abilities, how to assess the outcome of implementing of the extracurriculum. For these reason, the accreditation system, that awards to student who accomplish certain programs based on the given standard, has been used as the tool to manage outcome achieved by the extracurriculum. This study aimed to investigate the outcome of the accreditation system of K university in order to verify its effectiveness for cultivating competencies through the extracurriculum. Through the analysis of prior research, it could be inferred that students who achieved the accreditation system would be able to cultivate relevant competencies, improve major abilities, and instill a positive image of related administrative departments while participating in various programs. Thus, this study collected data of those who achieved the accreditation and did not by participating at least once in extracurricular program from March 2020 to February 2021 to compare their results of the diagnosis of core competencies and student circumstances, and survey of educational satisfaction and interpreted interviews of 10 students, excellent certifier. As a result, it was verified that the more evenly participating in various programs to achieve the accreditation system, the more diverse competency was obtained, and the satisfaction with the student support department and major education was improved.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of nursing emotional labor, role conflict, and reciprocity on turnover intention in comprehensive nursing care wards nurses. 209 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care wards across 13 hospitals in G and M city participated in this study. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. As a result, the research model explained 52.9%(F=14.458, p<.001) of intention to turnover. The most significant factor affecting turnover intention was emotional labor(β=.311), followed by reciprocity and role conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to devices and guidelines to protect nurses who encounter various situations in the process of emotional labor, and to implement a human resource management system that can maintain friendly and equal relationships.

This study investigates the employment and spatial mismatch as a significant acting factor of deepening urban poverty and analyses the placeness of regional labor market that the more efficient place-based labor market intervention needs to take into account. The change of unemployment rate as a regional labor market outcome in metropolitan cities is determined by the dynamic interaction between disequilibrium of labor supply and demand and employment mismatch according to various labor market conditions and its process is certainly differentiated across the metropolitan regional labor markets. In addition, it is analyzed that during the employment suburbanization the spatial mismatch puts differentiated impacts on different labor groups through human capital requirements and industry-selective job opportunities. As a result, because this whole process works with its unique process within individual regional labor markets, in order to link between urban poverty and employment mismatch and to promote problem-solving labor market intervention, we need to develop place-based policy based on the placeness of regional labor marekt.

This study empirically examines the concept of dynamic capability to recombine the resources such as directors, writers, and actors in the TV drama industry which is one of the most knowledge-based and project-based organizations. Based on the extant literature, it is argued that an organization's usage pattern of critical resources could partly reflect its dynamic capability. This study attempted to verify the hypothesis that Korean TV drama producers would utilize the same resources less repeatedly in the period with more uncertain environment(2003-2009) than the period with more stable and predictable environment(1994-2002). Empirical results partially support the hypothesis, verifying that there are different usage patterns in employing directors between the two periods but that is not the case in employing writers and actors. Such results imply that project-based organizations repeatedly use the same resources in order to pursue efficiency in stable environments whereas they tend to use a variety of different resources in order to adapt to uncertain environments.

정부는 그동안 항공정책을 수립하고 시행함에 있어서 '항공운송'과 같은 경쟁력 있는 부문만을 특정하여 중장기적인 발전전략을 수립하여 온 것이 사실이다. 지방공항은 처음부터 물적, 인적 자원을 수송하는 규모나 주변 환경여건에 있어 국제공항을 따라갈 수 없는 일정한 한계를 가지고 있다. 지방공항의 적자문제를 국제공항의 목표치에 두는 것 자체가 이치에 맞지 않기 때문이다. 그러므로 지방공항은 국제공항과는 다른 관점의 항공 정책이 절대적으로 필요하다. 국가전체의 운송기능 향상을 위한 종합적인 대책도 지방 공항에 적용할 필요가 있지만 지방 공항 고유의 지방자치단체와의 협력을 통한 특색 있는 공항 역할을 재정립하는 것도 필요한 것이다. 한편 항공 스포츠의 역사는 60여년에 이르고 있으나 정부 관련기관의 관심 부족과 활성화 하려는 의지부족으로 여전히 침체되어 있는 것이 사실이다. 그런데 본 연구에서 항공 스포츠의 특징상 공항과의 연계성을 검토하여 보니 상당히 긍정적인 Win-Win 전략이 될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 지방공항과 항공 스포츠 양자가 실제 활성화될 수 있는 공항정책이 구체화될 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 다만 항공 스포츠에도 종목이 다양하므로 지방공항의 특성상 적정한 스포츠 항목과의 연계가 요구된다. 그리하여 본 연구는 항공 스포츠를 활용한 지방공항 활성화 방안으로 항공 스포츠에 적합한 지방공항 요건을 접근성, 안전성, 편의성으로 나누어 검토하고 지방공항과 접목 가능한 항공 스포츠를 제시하고자 하는 가설을 설정하였다. 더 나아가 항공 스포츠를 통한 지방공항 활성화의 기대효과로서 지방공항의 활성화, 지방연계산업의 활성화, 지방공항의 발전 가능성에 대한 가설을 설정하였다. 본 논문은 지방공항 활성화를 위한 전략체계를 항공스포츠 동호인 즉 조종자들의 기지선택 요인을 중심으로 실증분석을 통하여 정리하였고, 일반인들의 인식과 전문가 의견을 토대로 지방공항의 활성화를 위하여 항공스포츠와 전략적 제휴를 하고자 할 경우 관련기관들이 고려할 부분과 운영체계 개선방안을 제시함으로써 구체적인 정책적 제언이 될 수 있도록 하였다.
