The recent earthquakes in the peninsula've called safe areas prone to earthquakes occurred the unprecedented human and material damage. It does not have the seismic design of buildings for less than three layers, with the exception of some experts and organizations, and it does not have to read about the seriousness and evacuation tips for earthquake damage is thought to have been weighted. As mentioned above, most people are unaware of the evacuation tips or saengjonbeop, emergency supplies, such as earthquakes compared to a situation without the various needs education. So we were prepared for an earthquake is now managing investigate the cause and correct entities for the earthquake is considered as the time to prepare and formulate a policy. In this study, we investigated the cause to frequent earthquakes with respect to the Korean Peninsula and to organize for our government and local governments, NGOs, the media and individuals on how to proceed.

The immediate causes of accidents are often identified as human error or technical failure but the investigation and analysis of the circumstances surrounding major industrial accidents such as Three Mile Island, Chemobyl and Kings Cross have revealed issues beyond the immediate causes. These issues relate to wider considerations of the safety culture. The safety culture of an organization is very complex and hard to study, but it is possible to examine norms that make up the culture. This paper focuses on environmental attitudes and actions among managerial and non-managerial workers in high risk industry such as chemical industries. The main purpose is to get a better understanding of safety culture and to develop measuring tool by examining their nature and strength and by analysing underlying factors that offer explanations for attitudinal differences.

Using the data from the KLIPS, this study categorizes unemployed women into the four mutually exclusive groups according to the two criteria (whether to have intention to work and the comparison of reservation and market wages), and investigates factors affecting the status of the unemployment of women. Heckman's sample selection regression and multinomial logit are applied for the estimation. The major results are: the proportion of unemployed women who do not have intension to work or whose reservation wages are greater than expected market wages is about 50%, and the proportion of unemployed women who have intension to work or whose reservation wages are less than expected market wages is about 50%; second, human capital, burden of child raising and household production, household economic status, the variables related to work experience are found to be the factors affecting unemployment status of women.

Personal information leakage in financial corporations including three card corporations has occurred constantly this year. It is due to incomplete encryption system and negligent personal security. Solicitors are known as a cause of information leakage because they operate with leaked information. Information leakage can cause secondary damage with mental demage to person and result in a drop in reliability as well as an operating loss in financial corporations. Also because it can destroy a base of credit society, prevention of recurrence is badly needed. The government finally announced 'general measures for prevention of information leakage in the field of finance' with sanctions reinforcement and restriction to collect, possess, provide personal information as the main agenda. And a related law revision is going in the National Assembly. In this paper, effectiveness of government measures is weighed with the cause analysis of information leakage and countermeasure for prevention of information leakage is found.

Because the damages of corrosion resulting from the chloride ion are very serious, many research studies have been performed to measure the penetration depth of the chloride ion. However, there is a problem with data selection obtained from collection during experiments. In this study, it appears that the collected data are not conformed to a normal distribution. The result of this study will play a very important role, as a first step for the development and construction of a forecasting system to help determine a reliable service lifetime of marine structures.

산업현장에서 많이 사용되고 있는 전력기기에 결함이 발생하면 치명적인 사고로 진전되어 경제적, 인적 손실이 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문은 현재 대전력기기에서 많이 사용되는 $SF_6$ 절연가스의 압력 변화에 따른 부분방전을 모의하고, UHF법을 이용한 모의 GIS 내부 부분방전 신호 측정 및 접지 전류를 측정하여 부분방전 시 방사되는 방사전자파의 스펙트럼 특성과 접지 전류 파형 특성을 분석하여, 챔버 내의 압력 변화가 $SF_6$ 가스 부분방전에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 이러한 연구는 현장 GIS 및 $SF_6$ 가스 절연 전력설비에서 내부 압력 변화가 원인이 되어 발생되는 절연파괴 사고의 방지에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 사료된다.

미국 해안경비대 및 영국 해양사고조사국에 의하면 해양사고에서 인적과실의 원인중 상당부분 선원 피로에 기인하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 스웨덴에서의 연구 결과 약 73% 정도 선박 당직근무자들이 당직 근무 시간 중 최소 1회 또는 그 이상 졸음에 빠져 있는 것으로 보고하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 연안선 항해당직자들을 대상으로 Workload를 분석하였으며, 효율적으로 Workload를 측정할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 가사노동의 책임이 취업여성들의 임금수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 연구하기 위해 가사노동의 책임이 거의 없는 미혼여성과 가사노동의 책임이 큰 기혼여 성사이의 취업성향과 임금수준을 비교분석하였다 미국의 NLS Young Women 데이터를 이 용하여 평균과 표준편차 및 백분율을 구하였고 Probit 분석과 최소자승법에 의한 희귀분석 을 SAS Program을 이용하여 분석하였다 가사노동책임관련변인은 기.미혼여성의 지속적인 전일제 근무자가 될 가능성에 별로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다 회귀분석결과 결혼 여부나 가사노동의 책임등은 임긍에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고 인적자본관련변인은 임금 에 긍적적인 효과가 있었으며 직업차별화변인은 여성지배직종에 근무하는 여성의 임금을 낮 추는 것으로 나타났다 본 연구결과 가사노동책임으로 인하여 기혼여성이 미혼여성보다 취업 하는 비율이 낮기는 하지만 그것을 취업주부의 임금이 낮아야하는 원인으로 보기에는 어렵 고 직업차별화가 여성들의 저임금의 이유일수있음을 알수 있다 따라서 여성 스스로 여성지 배직종을 선택하는지 그리고 그러한 결정에 의하여 낮은 임금을 받는지에 대새허는 후속연 구가 필요하리라 본다.

According to the statistical yearbook 2012 by Korea Coast Guard, the 69% of accidents at the sea are due to fishing boat. Accordingly, we studied cases of accident due to fishing boat, and safety supervision state and circumstance for the find out the reason and problem from the point of human, equipment, policy and VTS. As a result we hope that this study contribute to decrease of the accident due to fishing boat at the sea.
