대부분의 사람들이 좋은 배우자를 찾는데 투자하는 노력과 정성에 비해 그렇게 찾은 좋은 배우자를 유지, 관리하는 데는 상대적으로 소홀하다고 한다. 조직의 경우도 똑같은 과오를 범하는 경우가 많다. 훌륭한 인재를 구하기 위해 막대한 비용과 시간을 들여 채용절차를 거치지만, 막상 채용을 하고나면 인적자원 개발 및 관리에 무관심해 좋은 인재가 재능을 펼치지 못하고 무기력해지거나, 조직 내에서 비전을 찾지 못하고 이직하게 되는 경우가 많다. 이 같은 문제를 예방하기 위해 조직은 무엇을 해야 할까?

전자정부 구현에 있어 온라인상에서 유통되는 각종 행정정보에 대한 정보보호는 필수적인 선결 조건이다. 미국 등 각국에서는 전자전부의 정보보호 기반 구축을 하여 가상행정을 환경에서 당사자의 신원 확인,기밀성,무결성,부인봉쇄 등을 보장하는 정부차원의 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)를 구축.운영 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 주요 정보의 비밀성, 무결성 등을 보장하는 정부차원의 정보보호체계 구축을 위해 2000년부터 추진되고 있는 GPKI(Govermment Public Key Infrastructure) 구축 현황, 인증서비스 현황 및 향후 방향에 대하여 논하였다.

Thus, this study suggests following solutions to youth suicides in South Korea. First, we need to help adolescents to establish their identities based on the traditional ethical principles from both eastern and western cultures. Second, we claim that improvement of educational environment is urgently needed. Adolescents' emotional securities need to be well supported through stabilized family lives and we need to set expanded communication system between students and the school education system to help teenagers lead happier and more active school lives. Lastly, this study suggests establishing a social security system by eliminating potential risk factors and extending the protection factors so that Korean adolescents do not hesitate asking for help to protect themselves when they feel suicidal.

It is an essential prior condition that information security of all sorts of administration-information on line for E-Government. Every country including United Slates has been constructing and managing Government PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) of information security of one\`s own authentication, confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation in administration environment on line for information security base construction of E-Government. In this paper, we present an efficient GPKI(Government PKI) implementation suitable for Korea actual circumstance through study and analysis of superior case such as United State.

The absence of proactive information security management to ensure availability, accessibility and safety of information can bring serious risks to customers as well as to the organization's performance and competitiveness because improper security management undermines business continuity. This study analyzed the maturity of information security which affects the organizational performance. Through the literature reviews, a research model using the organizational performance as the dependent variable, the risk management process maturity and risk assessment process as independent variables and the information security policy indexes as moderate variables was proposed, and an empirical analysis was made on the basis of survey. The results showed that there was a high causal relationship between information security maturity and organizational performance. However, even if the proportions of information security staff ratio and the information security budget ratio increased, information security maturity did not affect organizational performance. It suggests that information security maturity affects organizational performance, but information security regulations have their limitation as being a catalyst to improve organizational performance.

This paper is about a study on human resource management for information security in the age of information warfare. this study reviewed the current status of human security resource forces for information warfare and derived problems of current practices of various organizations. Based on the analysis of the current practices the author suggested several ideas for solving the problems various. The suggestions include 1) establishment of security manpower concept, 2) set-up of manpower requirement, ideas, 3) establishment of systematic educational system, 4) standardization, etc.
