크루즈 관광 사례 분석 - 일본 중심으로

  • 우리나라는 중국과 일본을 연계하는 동서항로와 러시아에서 동남아시아로 이어지는 남북항로의 연계거점에 위치하는 입지적 강점에도 불구하고 국제 크루즈 시장 여건이 성숙되지 못했다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 국내 크루즈 관광의 현황을 짚어보고 일본 사례의 성공요인을 분석하여 크루즈 관광의 발전 방향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 기 수행되었던 연구보고서 및 데이트를 활용하였다. 조사결과 문화체육관광부 등 관계부처 협업을 통해 크루즈 관광 거점 구축, 단기적으로 인센티브를 활용하여 외국 선사 유치 전략과 더불어 중장기적으로는 자국 선사, 상품 구축 동시 병행이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 국내에 다수의 공동주택이 건설되고 있거나 공사중에 있으며 그 수요 또한 향후 지속적으로 증가할 예정이다. 그러나 이러한 증가추세의 공동주택 중 대피공간 규정이 신설된 1992년 이전에 시공된 건축물은 현재에도 대피공간 및 피난시설이 부재한 상황이다. 또한, 현재 계획 및 시공, 준공된 준초고층의 공동주택에 설치되어 있는 대피공간 및 이에 준하는 시설은 사생활 침해 및 타 용도 공간 활용 등으로 기능이 상실되어 있다. 이에 따라 공동주택 피난 및 대피공간에 대한 실효성을 검토할 필요가 있고 타 시 도의 선진사례를 분석하여 정책적 제안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 공동주택 피난시설의 효율성 강화를 위해 광주광역시의 공동주택 관련 현황 및 사례 조사와 관련 법규 분석을 통해 피난시설 및 대피공간의 문제점을 검토하고 효율성이 높은 대피시설 등을 활용할 수 있는 정책적 제언 및 인센티브 제도, 가이드라인 등 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

  • '저가의 고속 무선데이터 서비스'를 지향하는 이동통신 기술진화의 경제성, 최근 모바일 데이터 트래픽의 급증에 따른 3세대 이동통신 망으로의 대응 한계 등에 따라 국내외에서 LTE 및 4세대 이동통신으로 진화가 본격화되고 있다. 차세대 이동통신 망으로의 조기 진화 시 발생하는 참여주체간 효용의 trade-off 문제, 이동통신 사업자의 망 진화 요인분석 등의 차세대 이동통신 망으로의 진화과정에서 발생하는 주요 이슈를 검토하고, 4세대 이동통신용 주파수 조기 확보, 차세대 망 투자에 대한 정책적 인센티브 제공 등 국내 차세대 이동통신 망 투자를 촉진할 수 있는 정책방향을 제시한다.

A Study on the Impact of Supply Chain Partnership on Performance of Suppliers (공급망 파트너십이 협력업체 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Small and medium-sized firms are increasingly dependent on the knowledge and expertise of the supply chain as a whole to innovate and improve supply chain performance. This research examines the capabilities that enable firms to collaborate successfully, and aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers participating in supply chains managed by Global Korean companies. This study proposes the technology support, the collaboration with tier two companies, incentives and information sharing as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from 58 domestics suppliers. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, technology support and the collaboration with tier two firms influence the level of co-work with the firm leading supply chain, and that information sharing has some impact on SCM performance of the suppliers. But on the contrary to our expectation, the co-work with the firm leading supply chain has only moderate impact on SCM performance with p value just over 5%. We conclude this paper with some suggestions for future research.

Factors that Influence Physician Salary Payment through Analyzing on Internet Invitation Webpage in Korea (초빙광고 자료를 활용한 봉직 의사의 급여수준과 관련요인)

  • Backgrounds: Proper distribution and supply of physicians are factors that affect national health care systems. This study investigated the payment distribution levels and the determinants that influence the salary levels of hospital hired physicians. Methods: We analyzed 4,014 job advertisements posted on an internet invitation information site about physician recruitment from May 2016 to May 2019. We used univariate analysis to determine the relationship between average monthly salary and the other related variables. Multiple regression analysis was used to determine the predictors of physician salary level. Results: The average monthly salary for the service physician was 15.4 million won, highest for orthopedic surgeons with 22.24 million won, and lowest for diagnostic laboratory physician with 11.4 million won. The factors significantly associated with average monthly salary were; non-major specialty, housing provision, no severance pay, and incentives(p<0.05). Non-major specialty, incentives, and the regions were predictors of the average standardized monthly salary(p<0.05). Conclusion: Factors associated with average monthly salary as revealed by this study were; medical specialty, hospital regional location, housing provision, payment of retirement allowance, and payment of other incentives respectively. However, this study was a cross-sectional study, and further studies will be required.

  • Gyeonggi-Do launched the 'Achievement Royalty System(ARS)' in 2011 to promote the refund of excess profits from those firms to local system. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the effect of new royalty system in the public R&D program. From the analysis, commercially successful firms appear to have maintained the same level of innovation incentives even after introduction of ARS. It can be explained that they have given a priority in taking part in the next R&D projects as well as a benefit of systematic supports in technology commercialization and marketing. It is, therefore, fully expected that the policy makers can make ARS an additional funding source in the period of decreasing S&T budget, and have a better chance to gather evidences of successful policy practices to the firms. However, the institutional improvements are required to develop the ARS, which include the incentives of ARS payment and the lower total royalty expectation through the reduction of fix-payment ratio and the exemption of ARS.

  • This study involved a small business workers continuing education according to characteristics and job satisfaction by comparing the development of effective continuing education programs to improve workers' skills is to derive the key indicators. Job satisfaction than those below 40 in the 20s incentives, skills development, human resource management, organizational commitment was higher throughout the 20 to 30 units from 40 to 50 single professionals and young workers compared to their job satisfaction is higher, the number of years worked less than 5 years working in a different number of years than those in group incentives, skills development, human resource management overall significantly higher, rank in the lower position due to differences in job satisfaction was higher than the upper position, technical, administrative two trades was higher than Therefore, by improving job satisfaction in the workplace contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises and workers must strive to improve the quality of life.

The Plan for an Improvement and New Policy in The Rationalization of Electric Rates System (전기요금제도 합리화를 위한 개선방안과 새로운 정책방향)

  • 우리나라의 전기요금제도는 각종 정책적 요인을 반영하면서 형성되어 왔으므로 근본적인 가격결정원칙이 결여되고 있으며 가격결정의 일반원칙에 비추어 볼때 여러 문제점들이 노출되고 있다. 본호에서는 현행 전기요금구조의 개선방안으로서 주택용 전기요금의 누진구조 완화, 업무용 전기요금의 1, 2종 구분폐지, 산업용 최대부하요금의 시간대 구분변경 및 요금차등률의 적정화, 그리고 기본요금 비중의 조정을 제안하고 있다. 또한, 전기사업의 새로운 여건변화에 부합하는 장기적인 전기요금 정책방향을 다음과 같이 제시하고 있다. 첫째, 에너지 경합시대에 대응하는 시장경쟁형 전기가격 결정원칙으로서 한계비용 가격원칙의 채택이 필요하다. 둘째, 수요관리형 전기가격 정책방안으로서 최대부하 요금제도의 확대적용, 소비자 선택형 요금제도의 실시, 그리고 전전화 수요가요금제도의 도입에 과한 정책검토가 요망된다. 셋째, 전기요금수준적정화를 위해서는 정책적요인에 의한 전기가격 왜곡요인 배제, 독점기업으로서의 전기사업자의 비효율성 해소, 투자정보율 규제에 대신하는 전기사업자의 합리화 인센티브 규제, 경영부실에 기인하는 비용증대 부분의 불인정, 이시점간설비투자비의 적정배분등을 통하여 전기요금수준인하를 모색하여야겠다. 끝으로 전기요금 개정시 이해당사자들의 견해를 공개적으로 반영시킬 수 있도록 전기가격 조정심의기구와 같은 제도적 장치이 설치가 요망된다.

The Opportunities and Limitations of Building an Innovation Cluster Based on Large Scale Research Facilities: Implications for Developing and Advancing the Korean International Science-Business Belt (거대연구장비 기반 혁신클러스터 건설의 가능성과 한계: 국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 발전을 위한 시사점)

  • This paper examined opportunities and limitations of building an innovation cluster based on large scale research facilities (LSRF). For this purpose, success factors of innovation clusters were drawn from the literature, and categorized into knowledge & technology, transaction cost & agglomeration economies, hardware & software infrastructure, and government policy & strategy. Utilizing the categorization as an analytic framework, case studies of CERN and SPring-8 were performed. The results showed that there were various innovation processes for both cases, creating opportunities for developing innovation clusters in terms of knowledge and technology. On the other hand, in the case of SPring-8, there were disadvantages in the transaction cost and agglomeration economies, being located in a remote area due to the nature of the facility. Software & hardware infrastructure of SPring-8 limited its potential for innovation clusters. Regarding government policy and strategy, CERN, as a multinational institution, did not consider an innovation cluster in a specific region despite some advantages. An innovation cluster around SPring-8 was promoted by government policy despite some disadvantages. In other words, the advantages and disadvantages were enhanced or complemented by software & hardware infrastructure and government policy & strategy. Based on the results, this paper provides the implications for the Korean International Science-Business Belt.

A Study on the Third Party Logistics Service Enforcement of Inland Container Depot at Busan area (부산지역 ICD의 TPL(Third Party Logistics) 서비스의 기능 강화에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the third party logistics service enforcement of inland container depot at Pusan area. The main results of this paper are as follows: First, the inland container depot related to location selecting factor researches analyzed and korean TPL market reviewed. Second, the TPL service function reinforcement method and investments are mentioned. In detail the 9 factors are as follows: competitive high position and improvements of harbor back complex, ICD goods enterprise investment strategies, the harbor back which is inexpensive only the rent, taxes benefit and incentive, site security and base facility expansion, the goods service provision which is flexible, connection plan construction of goods enterprise, the incentive strategic establishment which is discriminated, the marketing activity which is long-term. and lastly the ICD and TPL Policy are needed that government and logistic enterprise's cooperation gains competitive advantage.
