A Study on the Methodologies to Assess Network Vulnerability (네트워크 위험 분석 및 취약점 점검 방법에 관한 연구)

  • This paper proposes to analyze a security level about information property systems. This method uses objective and quantitative risk level assessment. The method analyzes administrative, physical and technical aspects of information property system commonly. This method also uses administrative, physical and technical weights. Individually according to requirements security assessment purpose. And it shows risks weighting mean and importance of information property by graph. The most right and up systems in maps is prior to other systems. Also, Quantitative analysis presents more objective and efficient results for security level assessment of information system.

Moderating Effects of Public Health Service Utilization Rate between Public Health Resources and Community Mental Health (지역사회 공공보건자원과 지역사회 정신건강의 관계에서 공공보건서비스 이용률의 조절효과)

  • This study aimed to identify the moderating effect of public health service utilization rate between public health resources and community mental health. The subjects included 144 local communities, from the data of 6th Community Health Plan and the 2015 Community Health Survey. Public health resources were measured by public health budget, public mental health budget and public mental health personnel; and mental health was measured by rate of perceived stress, rate of depressive mood and suicide rate. The hierarchical regression analysis was used to identify the moderating effects. The results were as followed. First, the effect of public mental health budget on rate of depressive mood was moderated by public health service utilization rate. Second, the effect of public mental health personnel on rate of depressive mood was moderated by public health service utilization rate. Third, the effect of public mental health personnel on suicide rate was also moderated by public health service utilization rate. Fourth, the effect of public health resources on mental health differed between the groups with high and low public health service utilization rate. In improving community mental health, the measures to improve the public health service utilization rate should be considered to ensure that reinforcing public health resources leads to the improvement of community mental health.

  • Purpose: In this paper issues and challenges of the workforce policy for nursing were explored and appropriate policy responses identified. Results: Many countries, including South Korea, are facing a shortage of nurses. In South Korea, the number of practicing registered nurses is about half the average for Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) member countries. The shortage of nurses is not necessarily a shortage of individuals with nursing qualifications but also includes complex issues, such as lack of well-educated nurses, shortage of nurses willing to work, and geographical imbalances of nurses. The present nurse workforce policies are to increase number of nursing schools, to reduce the length of training, and to replace nurses with nursing assistants. However, the findings of many studies have shown that these attempts resulted in a worsening of patient outcomes and increasingly low quality of care. Conclusion: The findings in this study indicate that nurse workforce policy should have a multi-faceted approach in order to address the many factors affecting nurse shortages.

  • This paper searches for programs for creating increased employment in local society in important occupation sectors such as education and training services, insurance and social welfare services, culture and arts, housing and environmental service fields. As part of an improvement plan, while strengthening investment in education training infrastructure for the suppliers of social services, cooperation and coordination by the public and private sectors is necessary. Also necessary are identifying model social enterprises that are based upon joint efforts for success of social enterprises and publicity efforts necessary.

An Analysis of Nurse Staffing Level and Nursing Performance in the General Unit (일반병동 간호인력 확보수준과 간호업무성과 분석)

  • Purpose: To examine the relationship between nurse staffing level and nurse perception of nursing performance. Method: The subjects of this study were 724 nurses from 70 medical or surgical wards in 23 hospitals from February to March 2006. A self-reporting questionnaire, which was developed by the researcher through a preceding study, was used. In data analysis, SAS program was utilized for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Tukey test. Results: The mean score of the nursing performance was 53.3. The mean of bed-to nurse ratio was 3.39:1. The study revealed a negative correlation between bed-to nurse ratio and the nurses' perception of nursing performance. There was a significant relationship between above 3.5:1 and below 2.5:1(F=4.59, p=0.010). Conclusion: We found that the higher the nurse staffing, the better the nursing performance. It is recommended that future research measures nurses' performance and nursing organizational performance using objective measurement tools including clinical indicators.

  • 우리나라는 1960년대 이후 계속적인 경제성장에 따라 전력에너지의 수요도 끊임없이 증가하였고, 이후 꾸준한 전력계통의 설비 및 용량의 증가로 인해 현재에는 선진국 수준의 송전망을 구축하고 있으며, 765kV급 초고압 송전선로를 자체기술로 건설하여 운영하고 있는 상황이다. 향후 대용량 송전을 위한 초고압 송전계통 구성설비 증대가 계속 될 전망이다. 따라서, 전력의 신뢰도와 안전성 확보가 가능한 유지보수 방안이 필요 할 것이다. 특히 765kV 송전선로 고장시 전력계통에 미치는 영향은 막대할 것으로 사료되며 유지보수를 위해 휴전시 1일 수 억원의 발전제약비용이 발생 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 765kV 송전선로의 휴전 없는 활선공법 활용의 필요성이 대두되고 있던 바, 산업자원부 전력산업연구개발사업으로 추진된 "초고압 송전선로 활선공법 및 관련장비 개발"(한국전기공사협회, 2006)과제가 성공적으로 개발되었고, 활선작업에서 중요한 직접활선작업원에 대한 전기적 안전성을 충분히 검토 분석되었다. (참고문헌 [1], [2], [3] 분석). 따라서 본 연구에서는 초고압 직접활선 기능을 보유할 수 있는 현장인력 양성을 위한 보다 효율적이고 안전한 교육 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of study is desirable and effective conflict management plan and professionally, to promote sustainable job skills beyond. Therefore, the public agency information security professionals to find the causes of conflict and the level of suffering, the relationship, says the help of a job withdrawal intention and job satisfaction relationship further. The results indicated that there are differences in the factors of job withdrawal intention, conflict levels, job satisfaction, according to socio-demographic characteristics. Awareness of conflict factor increases the higher level of conflict. Job satisfaction, negative impact on the job withdrawal intention. We expect to contribute to the field of information security training key personnel in the future as a result, leaving the job to conflict prevention and mitigation, and minimized by applying the improved policies and institutions.

  • The construction industry has been behind in informatization compared to other industries such as banking, manufacturing, medical, etc. since it is not conscious of informatization and it also has difficulties in attracting investments and attracting IT experts. Furthermore, there has been lack of survey and research on that specifically what areas and how much degree they are behind in informatization. This paper presents a framework and strategy for assessment of informatization based on end users' viewpoints. The authors has already performed the assessment of informatization of general contractors based on IT experts' viewpoints. However, this paper tries to assess informatizaton of construction based on end users' aspects. The result of this research is expected to provide various aspects such as assessment, identification of needs, and problems regarding information systems. These could be effectively used as a guideline and a direction for information system development.

  • The suggestions that follow are about the effectual operating device for private security service. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develop the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.
