This paper aims to evaluate the performance of S University's Premier Global Construction Engineer Training Program. The net impact of the program is evaluated through a quasi-experiment design approach. The competency level of an individual participant is compared with that of a non-participating expert with similar professional background. The results show that the training program contributed to a significant improvement in the professional competencies of the participating students. The competency level was regressed on the subjects of curriculum. The achievements are attributable to a group of subjects focused on the skills for project development such as PPP, feasibility study, and project financing. Another group of subjects found to have significantly contributed to the improved competencies can be categorized as subjects focused on nurturing global perspectives. The paper shows it is possible to quantify the contribution of the program and the results provide a set of information that can be useful in designing and operating similar programs.

The purpose of this study is to develop the performance evaluation indicator of information security training program for developing the next generation of top security leaders. Through literature review and focus group interview, we derived the performance areas and indicators based on the logic model. We conducted AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) questionnaire to calculate the weight of the derived indicators, and developed the performance indicator based on the survey results. Performance indicators were composed of 18 indicators in four main categories.

As expected that a robot-industry will grow up rapidly toward a huge market, many countries try to develop the official policies to support a robot-industry. Following this trend, many robot researches are proceeded in the various technical areas by the government-initiated R&D strategies in Korea. These R&D programs are archived by academic-industrial collaboration and furthermore, include the disseminated linkage of academic-industrial collaboration and the human resource development program which pursues the problem solving and technical training for companies suffered by several technical difficulties. This paper shows the several analyses and considerations of provisional results of these collaboration programs. First, each program of specialized plan for next generation is reviewed and the accomplishment of human resource development for robot research is evaluated. Finally, several considerations are represented for continuous and desirable expansion of these programs.

다가오는 21세기를 대비하여 많은 나라들이 정보와 지식을 확보함으로써 국제적 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 노력하고 있다. 특히 지식의 공급원천인 기초과학에 대해서는 그 본질을 훼손하지 않으면서 기초과학을 국가경쟁력 강화에 어떻게 연계시키느냐에 초점을 맞추어 정책을 수립하고 있다. 21세기를 앞둔 지금 우리의 바람직한 기초과학정책의 방향은 우리의 현실을 바탕으로 한 실용적이면서, 기초과학이 지니는 특성을 충분히 감안한 것이어야 한다. 따라서 21세기 우리의 기초과학정책이 추구해야 할 목표를 다음과 같이 3가지로 설정하고자 한다. 첫째 지식의 증진, 둘째 과학기술인력의 양성, 셋째 경제성장과 삶의 질 향상에 기여이다. 이 세 가지 목표는 상호 독립적으로 존재할 수 없으며 상호 밀접하게 연계되어야 한다. 이 세 가지 목표를 달성하기 위한 추진전략은 다음과 같다. (ⅰ) 기초과학에 대한 지속적인 정부지원의 강화 : 기초과학에 대한 지원은 정부가 중추적인 역할을 담당해야 하며, 창의적 연구와 학제간 연구에 대한 지원을 강화하여야 한다. (ⅱ) 연구와 교육의 연계를 통한 과학기술인력의 양성에 기여 : 창의적이고 수준 높은 연구를 통해 훌륭한 과학기술인력이 양성되어야 한다. 지식기반경제 하에서 훌륭한 과학기술인력은 미래의 우리 나라의 성공을 좌우하는 요소가 될 것이다. (ⅲ) 국제적 연계의 강화 : 우리 나라의 SCI 점유율은 1%에 불과하다. 국제적 과학기술연계를 통하여 세계의 과학기술지식에 접근하고 협력의 이익을 얻을 수 있어야 한다. (ⅳ) 프로그램 위주의 지원방식과 분야별 지원방식의 병행 추진 : 기초과학에 사용될 수 있는 자원은 한정되어 있으므로 해당 분야의 특성과 경제 사회적 요구를 감안하여 분야별 우선 지원을 병행하여야 한다. 분야별 우선 지원을 위해서는 분야별 전망보고서가 작성되어야 한다. 그러나 분야별 우선 지원 분야의 도출 및 이의지원은 창의적 연구에 대한 보완적 개념으로 이루어져야 한다. 선진국의 경우에도 우선 지원분야에 대한 연구비 배분은 5-10%사이이다. (ⅴ) 성과관리를 통한 지원효과의 극대화 : 기초과학의 지원에 있어서 그 성과를 특정한다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니지만 연구비 지원효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 프로그램 평가를 통해 성과관리를 하여야 한다. (ⅵ) 효율적인 혁신시스템의 구축 : 혁신시스템의 효율적인 운영이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 연구부문과 산업부문을 연결시킬 수 있고, 새로운 분야를 담아낼 수 있는 유연한 분야분류체계를 정립하여야 하고, 둘째 연구결과의 효율적인 활용이 이루어져야 하며, 셋째 연구지원기관간 연계시스템의 구축을 구축하여야 한다.

Healthcare and data science are often linked through finances as the industry attempts to reduce its expenses with the help of large amounts of data. Data science and medicine are rapidly developing, and it is important that they advance together. Data science is a driving force in transition of healthcare systems from treatment-oriented to preventive care in healthcare 3.0 era. It enables customized precision-based medicine that current healthcare systems cannot facilitate, and discovers more cost-effective treatment. Currently, healthcare big data is in the reality of medical institution, public health, medical academia, pharmaceutical sector as well as insurance agency. With this motivation, the medical college of Soonchunhyang university has performed a 'healthcare data science initiative(HDSI)' since 2014. Most of domestic HDSI programs focus on short-term contents such as mentoring and sharing cases for data science. Therefore, it is difficult to provide education tailored to the level of skills and job competency required at the practical site. Soonchunhyang HDSI implemented specialized strategies for improving resilience and response to changes in the IT education of current healthcare with the emphasis on the need for systematic activation of the practical HDSI. The HDSI has been performed as a part of on industry-academic link program in CK-1. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper discussed the HDSI process, performance, achievement, and implications.

Engineering education accreditation addresses evaluation for program outcomes according to educational objectives and assessment process, which students are expected to obtain by the time of graduation in order to train international competitive engineers with continuous quality improvement in engineering programs. This paper shows a case study of a program outcomes assessment system including performance criteria, evaluation process, document system and continuous quality improvement process and an achievement evaluation by the assessment system for program outcomes in Information Security Program of Hoseo university.

본 연구는 낙안읍성이라는 특정 장소에서 열리는 남도음식축제를 사례로 이벤트관광의 정착과 성장과정을 관광지리학적 관점에서 고찰하였다. 남도음식축제는 특정장소가 갖는 매력요인과 전남지역의 고유한 향토음식이 결합된 전남의 대표적인 이벤트관광이며, 1998년 문체부에 의해 전국 3대 축제로 선정되어 전국적인 규모의 축제로 성장하였다. 1994년부터 시작된 남도음식축제는 프로그램과 예산, 참가인원 등 규모면에서 꾸준한 성장을 보여 왔다. 그리고 개최기간은 3일에서 일주일로 연장되었고, 관광세력권은 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 남도음식축제를 더욱 활성화시키기 위해서는 관 주도의 축제에서 민간주도의 축제로의 전환, 지역축제를 이끌어 갈 전문인력의 양성, 낙안읍성이라는 장소성과 역사성을 부각시킬수 있는 프로그램 개발, 음식축제에 대한 보다 적극적인 경영마인드의 도입, 낙안읍성 주변의 주요 관광지와 연계관계를 구축하여 관광세력권의 확대, 지속적인 관광객 형태 및 평가분석을 통한 관광객들의 관심과 욕구의 반영 등이 필요하다.

The demand for specialized human resources capable of bringing about highly advanced logistics systems and the integration of logistics centers situated in local hubs, has been on the rise. Logistics industry requires more of a systematic mind set, endless innovation, and the navigation of uncharted waters than the logistics industry. This study lays out the reasons for the importance of developing human resources in the logistics industry, and then carries out an evaluation of the current state of human resources development in that particular field in Korea. This study found that there is not only a shortage in terms of the courses needed to develop the skills required to carry out the core activities associated with the logistics sector, but also that students' ability to speak English and Chinese, which are ubiquitous in the international logistics industry, was also wanting. There is a need for the study of logistics at the university level to be based on practical applications rather than theoretical ones.

The National Program for Excellence in SW is underway to innovate the software education system and cultivate software professionals with creative convergence thinking in response to the demand for software manpower. This program was started by selecting 8 universities in 2015, and in September 2022, 44 universities are participating. The Wonkwang University's National Program for Excellence in SW, which was selected for this project in 2018, adopted the SW competency certification system to strengthen SW competency and many students actively participated. In this paper, the SW competency certification system program was examined, and lecture evaluation in related subjects and the performance of the certification system were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis results, the performance of the SW competency certification system was identified.
