This paper investigates the returns and volatility linkages in equity markets between the regional/global developed markets (Germany, UK, and US) and four emerging European stock markets (Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia, and Poland) using the VAR-bivariate GARCH model. Our empirical results are summarized as follows. First, we found unidirectional return spillover from the regional/global developed markets to the emerging European markets. This finding indicates that the prices of regional/global markets lead those of emerging European stock markets. Second, we also found relatively stronger volatility linkage between the regional developed markets (especially Germany) and the emerging European markets. This implies that the volatility of emerging European markets is strongly affected by the regional developed markets than the global developed markets.

The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship among the variables related learner's satisfaction, flow experience and self-directedness and verify the path model of causal relationship among those variables in web based computer e-learning. Based on the theoretical rationale, we hypothesized the path model including learner's satisfaction as outcome variable, flow experience and self-directedness as causal and mediating variables. A total of 193 students were participated in this study and the main results showed as follows: 1. Learner's self-directedness showed significant (p<.01), indirect effect on learner's satisfaction mediated by flow experience and the flow experience showed significant (p<.01), direct effect on learner's satisfaction; 2. Among 7 constructs of self-directedness, 'creative approach', 'love of learning', 'self-confidence as a learner' showed significant (p<.01), indirect effects on learner's satisfaction mediated by 'clear goals' construct among flow experience.

본 연구는 조직시민행동의 선행요인으로 조직관리 차원에서 주요하게 고려되고 있는 인사관리 공정성, 경영자 행동특성, 윤리경영 같은 원인(외생, 독립)변수가 매개변수인 경영자 신뢰 및 조직냉소주의를 매개하여, 이들이 결과(내생, 종속)변수인 직무태도 및 행동(조직시민행동, 직무만족, 정서적몰입)과 어떠한 인과관계를 갖고 있는지 이들의 관계를 규명하는데 주력하였다. 이에 본 연구는 포괄적인 모형을 통해 직무태도 및 행동에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 경로를 확인함으로써, 단편적인 분석에서는 알수 없었던, 직무태도 및 행동에 영향을 미치는 원인변수, 매개변수, 결과변수를 분명하게 확정짓는 실증적인 틀을 제공하고 있다. 즉 사회복지행정 분야에서 이제까지 접목하지 않았던 경영자 행동특성, 윤리경영 등 전반적인 사회복지조직관리와 관련된 변수들을 포괄하였으며, 이는 추 후 사회복지조직 혹은 사회복지사를 대상으로 진행되는 연구의 이론적인 기반을 구축하는데 기여한 논문이라는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

E-commerce has been developing rapidly by enabling companies to sell their products or services online. However, adoption of an e-commerce website still faces lots of problems, such as changing consumer behaviors from purchasing in physical stores to purchasing online, privacy and risk, and so on. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumers' attitude on actual purchasing behavior based on the degree of product information. In this study, we designed two kinds of product web pages which show different degrees of product information. The first web page has adequate product information, and the second one has much less product information than the first one. We found that according to degree of product information, there is a difference among perceived usefulness, privacy, attitude and actual behavior. And we also reveal weight difference between the two kinds of webpages. Finally, we indicated that variables have impact effect on both mutual relations and preceding relationships.

This article describes the interview data with two preservice teachers where they dealt with five water-filling problems for the investigation of their covariational thinking. The study's results revealed that two students developed their covariation levels from Direction level to Instantaneous Rate with an aid of the pre-constructed GSP simulations for the problem situations. However, this study also points out that there is a missing important feature for a function notion, 'causality' in the covariation framework and suggests that future research should combine students' conception of causality with their covariational thinking for the investigation of their development of a function concept.

Intellectual capital is the driving force for the competitive advantage and durability of the public library. This asset consists of the library members' competences, the organizational structure constructed by the members, and the interrelationships among the people sharing the same interests. These are called human capital, structural capital and social capital in the respective order. The purpose of the study was to provide foundational information for the public library's intellectual capital assessment as well as creating an experimental assessment model. It analysed the three characteristics of the capital, which generated an assessment index. In addition, it identified the relationship between the components of the intellectual capital and performance were discovered through empirical study to improve the assessment system.

본(本) 연구(硏究)는 주식시장의 변화가 경기변동에 대하여 갖는 선행성(先行性)의 유무(有無)와 선행기간(先行期間) 및 선행패턴을 검정하였다. 기존의 경기 정점(peak)과 저점(trough)에 따른 선행시차분석(先行時差分析)이나 주식시장과 경기변동간의 단순회귀모형에 의한 ${\beta}$계수 측정 방법과는 달리, 교차상관관계(交叉相關關係)에 의한 선행 결합여부를 검정하고 Granger 정의에 입각한 인과관계검정(因果關係檢定)을 시도하였다. 1975년부터 1991년까지의 월별자료를 이용하여 교차상관계수(交叉相關係數)에 의한 Ljung-Box Q-통계량 검정을 실시한 결과 주식수익률과 경기동행지수 순환변동치는 선행결합(先行結合)하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, t-7기의 주식수익률과 t기의 경기동행지수 순환변동치간의 계수가 가장 크게 나타났다. 또한 주식수익률의 lead 1에서 3기까지 보다는 lead 4기 이후에 크게 나타났으며 업종별(業種別)로는 제조업(製造業) 관련분야에서 유의적으로 나타났다. Granger 정의에 의한 인과관계(因果關係) 검정(檢定)을 실시한 결과, 12개월 내지 9개월 전부터 1개월 전까지의 주식수익률을 이용하는 것이 경기동행지수 순환변동치의 과거 정보만을 이용하는 것보다 예측오차를 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타나 주식수익률이 경기동행지수 순환변동치의 원인변수라 할 수 있을 것이다. 업종별(業種別) Granger 검정결과는 교차상관계수(交叉相關係數)에 의한 Ljung-Box Q-통계량 검정결과와 유사하게 나타났는데 이는 검정결과의 신뢰성을 높여주었다.

견 피브로인과 그 응용에 관한 기초적인 자료를 얻기 위하여, 본 연구에서는, 견섬유와 피브로인막의 구조에 대해서 IR, DSC, X-ray diffraction, SEM, 아미노산분석 등의 조사를 통하여 구조변화를 비교하였다. IR과 DSC를 통하여 얻은 결과, 피브로인 막의 구조는 대부분 random coil과 Silk I type으로 구성되어 있지만, Silk II type의 존재도 인정되었다. 피브로인 막을 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과, 표면은 구상체로 치밀하게 형성되어 있었고, 단면구조는 거의 대칭적인 것임을 알았다. 견섬유와 피브로인 막의 아미노산 분석결과, 전체에 대한 염기성 아미노산의 함량은 피브로인 막보다 견섬유가 더 많은 것을 알 수 있다.

국내 회전기계의 수요증가 및 기계공업의 발전과 병행하여 이를 보다 안전하고 효과적으로 운 용할 필요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 회전기계의 이상의 주원인인 진동에 대해 그 원 인과 현상을 정확하게 분석함으로써 기계의 운영이나 보전관리에 유익할뿐더러 사고의 미연방 지에도 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 전자계측기 및 자료분석장치의 급속한 발전으로 인해 고속 및 고정도의 정보처리능력을 가진 장비를 용이하게 구할 수 있기 때문에 각종 이상 진단전문시스템의 국내 개발도 가능하리라고 생각된다.

본 논문에서는 먼저 비주류로써 시스템 다이내믹스의 특성을 경험적 행태주의와 비교하여 설명한다. 이러한 시스템 다이내믹스의 특성은 경험적 행태주의와는 달리 정책 평론을 수행하는데 용이하다는 점을 지적한다. 즉, 정책 평론에서 요구하는 평이성, 신속성, 일치성의 요구를 시스템 다이내믹스 접근이 충족시킬 수 있다는 점을 설명한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 인과지도, 시스템 원형, 인지지도, 정책지도, 시뮬레이션 모델링 등 시스템 다이내믹스의 분석도구들이 정책 평론에 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 검토해 본다. 단선적이고, 부분적이며, 맹목적인 정책으로 인한 대규모의 실패를 방지하기 위하여 정책 평론이 요구되며, 시스템 다이내믹스는 정책 평론의 효과적인 도구가 될 수 있다는 점을 지적하고자 하였다.
