  • 본 논문은 인공지능 메이커 교육과 관련한 요소를 논문 네트워크 키워드 분석과 다양한 빅데이터를 종합하여 핵심용어를 선정 후 인공지능 메이커 교육을 시스템 다이내믹스의 Vensim프로그램으로 인과지도(Casual Loop Diagramming)를 구조분석(모델의 구조)하여 예측 결과를 토대로 향후 미래 상황 추출 및 정책 결정 연구에 영향을 기여한다. 연구 결과 인공지능 교육 정책은 추후 인공지능 교육과 메이커 교육을 융합한 교육 관련 산업이 증대할 것으로 예측되며 교육 경쟁력 향상과 창의적 인재 양성, OTT를 이용한 인공지능 교육 콘텐츠 향상으로 학습에 활용성이 증대하게 된다. 또한 인공지능 교육 정책은 프로그래밍 교육으로 연결되어 성장기 학습자들의 사고력과 정서 발달에 도움 되며 다양한 교재 및 기기 등장으로 인한 학습에 다양성 역시 증가할 것으로 예측된다. 학교 차원에서는 교수·연구 지원 활동이 증가하여 수업 전문성을 가진 교사가 늘어나 학교 교육의 질은 확대되고 학부모는 인공지능 교육 정책에 긍정적으로 된다. 시스템 다이내믹스는 구조가 형태를 결정짓는다는 세계관에 기초하여 피드백 루프와 동태적 형태 유형을 파악하며 다양한 가능성이 존재하게 된다. 이는 추후 다양한 연구를 통해 인공지능 교육 정책 인과지도의 확대로 연결될 수 있음을 암시하며 본 논문을 통해 인공지능 교육 연구 확산에 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

Bayesian Network Analysis for the Dynamic Prediction of Financial Performance Using Corporate Social Responsibility Activities (베이지안 네트워크를 이용한 기업의 사회적 책임활동과 재무성과)

  • This study analyzes the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities on financial performances using Bayesian Network. The research tries to overcome the issues of the uniform assumption of a linear function between financial performance and CSR activities in multiple regression analysis widely used in previous studies. It is required to infer a causal relationship between activities of CSR which have an impact on the financial performances. Identifying the relationship would empower the firms to improve their financial performance by informing the decision makers about the different CSR activities that influence the financial performance of the firms. This research proposes General Bayesian Network (GBN) and presents Markov Blanket induced from GBN. It is empirically demonstrated that all the proposals presented in this study are statistically significant by the results of the research conducted by Korean Economic Justice Institute (KEJI) under Citizen's Coalition for Economic Justice (CCEJ) which investigated approximately 200 companies in Korea based on Korean Economic Justice Institute Index (KEJI index) from 2005 to 2011. The Bayesian Network to effectively infer the properties affecting financial performances through the probabilistic causal relationship. Moreover, I found that there is a causal relationship among CSR activities variable; that is Environment protection is related to Customer protection, Employee satisfaction, and firm size; Soundness is related to Total CSR Evaluation Score, Debt-Assets Ratio. Though the what-if analysis, I suggest to the sensitive factor among the explanatory variables.

The Analysis of Causal Relationship among Students' Science-related Career Choice and its Factors (학생들의 과학진로 선택 과정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 인과관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship among students' science-related career choice and its factors. The causal relationship was analyzed using structural equation modeling. According to the most fitting model, science career aspiration had a direct and total effect of 0.95 (standardized coefficient) on the science career choice, and personal factor had an indirect and total effect of 0.75 on the science career choice, educational factor, 0.46, and social factor, 0.11. Personal factor had a direct and total effect of 0.79 on the science career aspiration, educational factor with total effect of 0.48 (direct effect -0.21, indirect effect 0.69), and social factor with direct and total effect of 0.12. On the other hand, educational factor had a direct and total effect of 0.72 on the social factor, and a direct and total effect of 0.77 on the personal factor. The difference in the causal effect among grades and between gender was analyzed. The difference was only in the magnitude of influence among grades, showing the same tendency with the total number of students, but the difference between gender was contrastive. For the boys, social factor had the biggest effect on the science career choice, next was personal factor, and the educational factor had the smallest effect. The girls' science career choice influenced mostly from personal factor, and the other two factors' effects were not high. The social effect was negative for the girls' science career choice. The implications of proper science career education were discussed from these results, considering the causal relationship among factors of science career choice and its factors.

  • 국내 디지털 음악 시장은 소비자 이용 패러다임의 변화, 국내 디지털음악 서비스 사업자간의 양극화, 글로벌 사업자의 국내진출 이슈 등의 환경변화로 인해 경쟁력 제고를 위한 미래사업 전략 수립이 필요한 상황이다. 디지털 음악 서비스의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 디지털 음악 서비스 수용요인, 만족, 충성도 간의 인과관계에 대한 연구는 필수적이나 현재까지 제한적인 연구만 수행되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '디지털 음악 수용 요인' 모델을 기초로 소비자의 '지각된 가치', '고객 만족' 및 '충성도'간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 분석결과 '디지털 음악 서비스 요인' 중 '상품의 다양성'과 '시스템 품질'은 '지각된 가치'와 '고객 만족'에 영향을 미쳤으나 '서비스 용이성'은 '고객 만족'에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 '지각된 가치'는 '고객 만족'과 '충성도' 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Causality Analysis of Electricity Consumption and Economic Growth in China (중국의 전력소비와 경제성장의 인과관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the causality of electricity consumption and econmic growth and draw policy implications. To do this, we used Testing Prodedures of Unit Root and Cointegration and then VECM and Granger causality test using data taken from China over the period 1971 to 2008. As results, there are long and short term causalities between electricity consumption and economic growth of China. These results provide a few implications to policy analysts in China. First it is still available that the electricity comes before the economic development. The increase of electricity consumption promotes economic growth. Of course there are other factors to the economic growth, but the stable supply of electricity is necessary. Second, this paper confirms the assertion that the increase of GDP expands electric consumption is valid.

  • In this study, 223 people were sampled from February 1 to March 11, 2022, and causal relationship analysis (SEM) was performed. First, a causal relationship was established between coaching behavior and leader trust, and second, a causal relationship was established between leader trust and re-enrollment. Finally, although it was partially adopted between coaching behavior and re-registration, an indirect effect was also derived that the effectiveness of behavior existed as an indirect effect of trust in the leader in the relationship between autonomous behavior and re-registration. Therefore, coaching behavior perceived by customers is influenced by various variables, and trust in leaders appears to exert a huge influence on golf course management performance, emphasizing that human service is a part that needs attention in the changing golf market. It is thought that a management strategy based on the results and this study is necessary.

  • This study, through the potential research variables constituting smartphine shopping utilization, affects to some extent the social relevance and rapid adaptability of technology according to the cognitive age level perceived by customers. Research hypotheses and research models were established and tested to verify the research results on how they affect brand loyalty within the segmented market to which they belong. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, it was verified through the degree of casual relationship between smartphone shopping usage and potential research variables of innovation, convenience, usefulness, and hedonism that compose it, on the cognitive age level. Second, according to the cognitive age level perceived by customers themselves, it was verified through the degree of casual relationship between the mediators of social relevance and technology quick adaptability. Third, the casual relationship between social relevance, technology quick adaptability, and brand loyalty was verified according to the cognitive age level. Fourth, a theoretical study was conducted on the conceptual and operational definitions of the research variables of the research model of this study.

The Relation between the Return Rate and the Volatility of Oil Market and Natural Gas Market : Focusing on the Market of US and EU (석유시장과 천연가스시장의 수익률 및 변동성 간의 관계 : 미국과 유럽 시장을 중심으로)

  • This study explores the natural gas market and the oil market in the U.S. and the European oil market. It focuses on two kinds of analyses; one is to confirm whether there is the predictive power between spot and futures within homogeneous commodity market(or inter-heterogeneous commodity market) through Granger-causality test in terms of the return rate and the volatility. The other is to examine the spot price stabilizing effect of futures price through regression analysis. When it comes to the predictive power of inter-commodity market, there was a conflicting aspect between the return rate of spot and futures. Overall, however, its statistical significance was low. With respect to the volatility, we found that the natural gas market has little influence on the oil market unlike the predictive power of oil market on natural gas market. Concerning the return rate of the predictive power within homogeneous commodity market, we found that the return rate of spot has the predictive power on futures only in the European market. In addition, we identified that there is feedback between spot and futures in the all commodity markets regarding volatility. As a result of the spot price stabilizing effect analysis of futures price, futures volatility increased the spot volatility.

  • 본 논문은 뇌기능 연구에 크게 기여하는 기능적 자기공명영상을 효과적으로 분석하기 위한 유효 연결성(Effective Connectivity, EC)을 이용한 대규모 네트워크(Large-Scale Network, LSN) 분석(LSN-EC)을 제안한다. 유효 연결성은 뇌영역간의 시공간적 인과관계를 표현한 연결성이며, 뇌의 기능적 연결성 및 구조탐색 사용된다. LSN-EC는 뇌영역간의 EC를 표현하고 그룹간의 차이분석을 통하여 뇌질환 분석 및 진단 연구로의 응용이 가능하다. 실험결과에서 알츠하이머병과 관련이 높다고 알려진 후대상피질(Posterior Cingulate Cortex)과 해마(Hippocampus)가 포함된 변연엽(Limbic Lobe), 기저핵 및 시상(Basal Ganglion and Thalamus) 주변 영역에서 감소된 EC를 확인하였다.

A Study on the Factors Influencing Behavioral Intention Related to Beef Traceability and TAM (쇠고기이력추적제와 기술수용모델의 행동의도 영향요인)

  • This study investigates the causal relationships among the factors influencing behavioral intention related to beef traceability and TAM to make diet safer. To do this, this study conducted a survey targeting the customers who use the department stores, specialty shops and large supermarkets in Seoul. The result is as follows. First, the higher the information quality in beef traceability(t=3.872) and social impact (t=1.938) were, the higher the usability became significantly. Second, as the social impact of food traceability(t=2.014), information accessibility(t=2.016), perceived risk(t=1.910) became higher, the perceived usefulness was shown significantly higher. Third, as the usability(t=5.826) was perceived higher, the perceived usefulness became higher. Fourth, the higher the perceived usefulness(t=4.264), the higher the behavioral intention among the customers. Also, the lower the usability(t=-0.682), the lower the behavioral intention.
