This study intendss to prepare specific support measures for cultural industry practioners and artists to respond to the development of artificial intelligence (AI) based on how they understand and accept AI. To this end, the acceptance attitude of practioners in the arts and cultural sectors toward AI technology was investigated based on the technology acceptance models and theories. The results show that, firstly, personal characteristics and service characteristics, which are influencing factors, have an effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use AI services. Secondly, when there are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in AI services, innovative and effective personal characteristics reinforce the intention to use artificial intelligence services. It is expected that this study can be used as a reference for establishing policy measures to support cultural artists related to AI technology.

본 연구는 최근 10년간 발표된 국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 대상으로 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 인공지능교육에 대한 연구 활동 추이를 살펴보고, 향후 연구 방향성을 위한 기초자료를 확보하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구방법으로는 학술연구정보서비스 데이터베이스를 활용하였고, '인공지능교육', '인공지능교육프로그램', 'AI교육' 등을 키워드로 검색하였다. 최종적으로 선정된 문헌은 51편이었으며 선정된 문헌의 연도별 발표 현황, 연구대상, 연구주제어에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 인공지능교육 연구 활동은 2020년부터 많은 연구가 시작되었으며 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 키워드로는 인공지능, 인공지능교육, 초등학교, 소프트웨어교육, 언플러그드컴퓨팅 순으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 향후 중·고등학교에 인공지능 적용 연구를 하고자 한다.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has become a focus of attention. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the key technology that will lead us to the industrial revolution. AI is also used to facilitate efficient workflow in records and archives management area, particularly abroad. In this study, we introduced the concept of AI and examined the background on how it rose. Then we reviewed the various applications of AI with prominent examples. We have also examined how AI is used in various areas such as text analysis, and image and speech recognition. In each of these areas, we have reviewed the application of AI from the viewpoint of records and archives management and suggested further utilization of the methods, including module and interface for intelligent records and archives information services.

As artificial intelligence services targeting humans increase, social demands are increasing that artificial intelligence should also be made on an ethical basis. Following this trend, the government and businesses are preparing policies and norms related to artificial intelligence ethics. In order to establish reasonable policies and norms, the first step is to understand the public's perceptions. In this paper, social data and news comments were collected and analyzed to understand the public's perception related to artificial intelligence and ethics. Interest analysis, emotional analysis, and discourse analysis were performed and visualized on the collected datasets. As a result of the analysis, interest in "artificial intelligence ethics" and "artificial intelligence" favorability showed an inversely proportional correlation. As a result of discourse analysis, the biggest issue was "personal information leakage," and it also showed a discourse on contamination and deflection of learning data and whether computer-made artificial intelligence should be given a legal personality. This study can be used as data to grasp the public's perception when preparing artificial intelligence ethical norms and policies.

본 논문에서는 핀테크 보안에 활용 가능한 딥러닝 기술을 살펴본다. 먼저 인공지능과 관련된 보안 이슈를 인공지능이 사람을 위협하는 상황에 대한 보안(Security FROM AI), 인공지능 시스템이나 서비스를 악의적인 공격으로부터 보호하는 이슈(Security OF AI), 인공지능 기술을 활용해 보안 문제를 해결하는 것(Security BY AI) 3가지로 구분하여 살펴본다. Security BY AI의 일환으로 딥러닝에 기반한 비정상탐지(anomaly detection)과 회귀분석(regression)기법을 설명하고, 이상거래탐지, 바이오인증, 피싱, 파밍 탐지, 본인확인, 명의도용탐지, 거래 상대방 신뢰도 분석 등 핀테크 보안 문제에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 살펴본다.

Household service robots should be able to provide their users with a variety of temporal reasoning services. In this paper, we propose an effective way of developing such temporal reasoning services using a domain-independent AI planner. Developing temporal reasoning services with a domain-independent AI planner, we have to address both the knowledge engineering problem of how to represent various real-world temporal constraints in a planning domain definition language, and the system design problem of how to realize the interface between the AI planner and the service consumer. In this paper, we introduce an example scenario and a set of typical temporal constraints for a household service robot, and then present how to represent them in the standard planning domain definition language. We also explain how to implement a service agent based on an AI planner in order to develop and provide new services efficiently.

The understanding and capability to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) incorporated technology has become a required basic skillset for the people living in today's information age, and various members of the university have also increasingly become aware of the need for AI education. Amidst such shifting societal demands, both domestic and international university libraries have recognized the users' need for educational content centered on AI, but a user-centered service that aims to provide personalized recommendations of digital AI educational content is yet to become available. It is critical while the demand for AI education amongst university students is progressively growing that university libraries acquire a clear understanding of user intention towards an AI educational content recommender system and the potential factors contributing to its success. This study intended to ascertain the factors affecting acceptance of such system, using the Extended Technology Acceptance Model with added variables - innovativeness, self-efficacy, social influence, system quality and task-technology fit - in addition to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use. Quantitative research was conducted via online research surveys for university students, and quantitative research was conducted through written interviews of university librarians. Results show that all groups, regardless of gender, year, or major, have the intention to use the AI-related Educational Content Recommendation System, with the task suitability factor being the most dominant variant to affect use intention. University librarians have also expressed agreement about the necessity of the recommendation system, and presented budget and content quality issues as realistic restrictions of the aforementioned system.

AI 기술이 성장하면서 AI 기술의 중요성은 더욱더 커지고 있다. 따라서 미래 인공지능 시대를 선도해 나갈 인재 유아, 초.중등 교육이 매우 중요하게 되었지만 아이들이 인공지능을 쉽게 접할 수 있는 서비스는 아직 부족하다. 아이들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 인공지능 서비스를 개발한다면 본격적인 인공지능 교육 시대가 도래하기에 앞서, 인공지능에 친숙해 질 수 있으며 창의력 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 이에 따라 'AI 동화책 생성 시스템' 을 기획하고 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 웹 크롤링을 통한 개인 맞춤형 정보제공 애플리케이션에 관해 연구하였다. 본 서비스는 Java의 Jsoup 라이브러리를 이용해서 웹 크롤링(Web Crawling)한 데이터를 MySQL에 저장한다. 이를 통해 사용자가 지정한 키워드를 필터링하여 사용자에게 정보를 제공한다. 예를 들어 사용자가 지정한 키워드 관련 공지 사항이 업데이트되면 구현한 앱 내에서 확인 가능하며, KakaoTalk 알림톡을 통해서도 업데이트된 정보를 실시간으로 전송받는 서비스를 구현하였다.

챗봇이란 인공지능 기반으로 인간과 대화하는 로봇을 일컬으며, 요청과 응답구조로 운영되는 인공지능 프로그램을 말한다. 챗봇은 사용자와 상호작용하기 위해 대화형 인터페이스를 사용하는 소프트웨어로 기존 사용자의 언어를 이해하고 학습하여 인간이 대화하듯이 대화를 하도록 설계되어있다. 챗봇을 사용하는 회사는 인건비를 줄이고 빅데이터를 기반으로 전문적이고 정확한 답변을 제공할 수 있어 활용 효율성이 높은 편이다. 그러나 회사가 챗봇을 적극적으로 도입하고 사용자에게 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이라는 기대와 달리 사용자는 챗봇을 계속 사용하지 않고있다. 따라서 본 논문은 챗봇 서비스의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 한다. 특히 인공지능 특성이 챗봇 서비스 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 연구한다.
