The neuropsychiatric sequelae of traumatic brain unjury(TBI) are effects on complex aspect of behavior, cognition and emotional expression. They include psychiatric disorders such as depression, psychosis, personality change, dementia, and postconcussion syndrome. The damage is done not only to the cortex of the brain but also to subcortical and axial structures. The diffuse degeneration of cerebral white mailer is axonal damage that is caused by mechanical forces shearing the neuronal fiber at the moment of impact(diffuse axonal injury, DAI). The DAI and the changed receptor-agonist mechanism ore the most important mechanisms in genesis of neuropsychiatric sequalae by mild TBI. The most important instrument for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric sequalae of TBI is a physician or psychiatrist with experience and knowledge. The most effective therapeutic tool is a professional who understands the nature of the problem.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 보급은 생활과 의식을 빠른 속도로 변화시키고 있다. 이 중 인터넷은 이용 인구가 증가하면서 인터넷 중독이 사회적 이슈로 등장하게 되었고, 점차 인터넷 이용 연령이 낮아지고 있다. 이러한 우려는 초등학생에게 까지 미치게 되었는데 초등학생의 경우 인터넷 이용률이 다른 연령대에 비해 가장 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 초등학생은 인격형성의 과정에 있기 때문에 최근 인터넷의 부정적 측면에 대한 우려의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학생의 인터넷 중독 실태와 인터넷 중독에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보기 위해 경남 고성지역 6학년 초등학생을 중심으로 한국정보문화진흥원에서 개발한 인터넷 중독 자가진단 척도(K-척도)를 이용하여 그 실태를 밝히고자 한다.

Astrocytomas are tumors that arise from brain cells called astrocytes. These tumors can occur anywhere in the brain and spinal cord. Clinical features and symptoms depend on the location of the tumor and the victim's age. Patients with cerebellar tumors have symptoms that include headache, vomiting and unsteadiness in walking. Tumors in the cerebral hemispheres commonly present with seizures: occasionally there is weakness of the arms and legs. We treated a 33 year-old male patient who complained of dyarthria, TMD, nausea, dysphagia, and facial numbness etc. he had frequent undergone general weakness before above symptoms occurred. He was diagnosed as astrocytoma and multifocal inf and responded well to treatment with Chukdamtang(滌痰湯). acupunture and oriental physical stimulations etc.

The aim of this research was to examine the traditional Confucian view of self-realization in East Asia and the meaning of life implied therein. The researcher closely reviewed the phase of self-realization of both Confucius and Mencius who are central in Confucianism, especially in the primordial Confucianism, and after investigating maturity of personality as well as educational characteristics thereof, the researcher tried to elicit its modern significance. In Analects, Confucius who is the founder of Confucianism mentioned about 'the pleasure of studying and practicing what he has learned'(學而時習 "Hagisiseup" in Korean), since after, his past was then just the process of self-realization that lasted throughout life. That is, the six phases of self-realization, to wit, 'bending on learning(志學, "Jihak")-'standing firm'(而立, "Irip")-'having no doubts'(不惑, "Bulhok")-'knowing the decrees of Heaven'(知天命, "Jicheonmyeong")-'ear being obedient organ for the reception of truth' (耳順, "Isun")-'able to follow what my heart desires without transgressing what is right'(從心, "Jongsim"), are lying hidden and undeveloped during lifetime, and, at the same time, these phases illustrate the state of enlightenment of life in an in-depth manner. By showing the process of living which is being sublimated in respect of quality, and by going through important process of self-innovation up to six times during lifetime, Confucius edifies us the activity of complete self-realization as well as the importance of education and learning. Meanwhile, these are connected to Mencius in a similar pattern, and strong influence of the characteristics of the learning of the mind and heart( 心學, "Simhak") based on his philosophy permeates the self-actualization phase of Mencius. Mencius' self-actualization phase is expressed in terms of six stages, viz., Person of Goodness(善人, "Seonin")-Trustworthy Person(信人, "Sinin")-Person of Beauty(美人, "Miin")-Great Person(大人, "Daein")-Sage(聖人, "Seongin")-Divine Person(神人, "Sinin"), and these six phases of self-actualization process are educational and learning model for people who dream actualization of perfect personality during their lifetime. Confucian and Mencian view of self-realization congruent with self-discipline internally, and it also reveals a stereotype of human externally. These are a process of performing organic ideals in order for cultivating oneself and regulating others(修己治人, pronounced 'sugichiin' in Korean) which has been pursued by Confucianism. Briefly, these self-realization phases are the arts of living that will lay foundation for "Being Born Human, pronounced Saramim' in Korean" and for becoming "Fully Human, 'Sarmadoem'" and finally for "Human Feelingness, 'Saramdaum'

우리 사회는 정보화와 다원화로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 경제현상도 변화하고 마케팅의 기법도 다기해지고 있다. 네트워크마케팅(NWM)이란 다단계마케팅(MLM)과 통용되는 개념으로 직접마케팅(Direct Marketing) 기법 중의 하나로 비교적 새로운 유통방법이다. 피라미드와 혼동되어 한 때 비판의 대상이었던 네트워크 마케팅이 실정법에 근거한 새로운 경제활동의 하나로 국민경제에 기능하게 되었다. 올바른 네트워크 마케팅과 실정법에 대한 이해가 필요하며 경제활동의 하나인 이 분야에도 하나님의 주권과 방법이 실현될 필요가 있다. 이 사업에 참여한 성도들은 주님의 피로 사신 교회의 목적에 충실한 행동과 성숙한 신앙인의 자세와 태도로 임할 필요가 있다. 무엇보다도 자신의 재정적 능력범위에서 사업에 참여하는 것이 바람직하다. 일확천금이나 일시에 거금을 번다는 사실과 다른 선전에 현혹되지 말고 자기 자금이나 적정수준의 자본금으로 사업에 참여하는 것이 요구된다. 현행 방문판매법은 교사나 공무원 등의 우월적 지위를 이용하여 상대방에게 다단계 판매를 강요하는 것을 금지하고 있다. 교회에서도 교회 본래의 목적인 복음 전파와 예배 등의 활동과 상치되거나 방해해서는 곤란할 것이다. 자기의 구원과 삶이 바로 서고 이웃을 돌아보아 사랑을 실천하며 복음을 전파하고, 살아서 하나님의 나라를 이 땅에 구현하고 죽어 천국에서 주님과 함께하는 성숙한 신앙생활에 근거해야 할 것이다. 교회도 네트워크마케팅에 대한 바른 이해가 필요하며, 관련 교리에 대한 정확한 이해와 적용이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 네트워크마케팅에 대한 실정법이 제정되어 있고 현실에 맞게 수차례 개정되어 오고 있으므로 이에 대한 바른 이해가 요청된다. 또한 과학의 발전에 중세의 교회가 이해를 새롭게 한 것처럼, 경제 현상의 변화에 대해서도 통전적인 이해가 요구된다. 이 세상은 근본적으로 하나님이 창조한 세상이기 때문에 이 세상 자체를 악하다고 볼 수 없고 더구나 구원을 이 세상에서의 이탈로 볼 수 없다. 진정한 구원이란 원래 하나님이 보시기에 아름다웠던 그 세상으로의 회복을 포함한다. 이런 면에서 하나님 주권 신앙 하에서 구원이란 전 인격적인 구원, 전 우주적인 구원이 된다. 그렇기 때문에 성도는 세상의 삶과 학문, 예술, 정치, 경제, 사회를 포함한 모든 분야를 하나님의 뜻 가운데서 그 원래의 목적에 부합할 수 있도록 회복시키는 일에 적극 참여해야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the program for convericient reconfiguration in an attempt to change maladjustmental way of thinking among female junior tennis players. For verification of the program, a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out. Through the REBT program for convericient reconfiguration, maladjustmental way of thinking among junior tennis players was drawed and interviews with them were subsequently performed. As a result, REBT counseling technique was applied to understand personal psychological problems and to transform maladjustmental and unreasonable way of thinking into rational belief, confirming positivity toward their situation. After all, their athletic performance as well as holistic development was found to be improved. In quantitative analysis, maladaptive thinking scale sports psychology questionnaire and survey for Korean sports performance strategy were both increased post treatment, suggesting that their psychological status became positive as a result of application of psychological prevention. The results of this study showed that athletic performance would be enhanced and growth and development in personality and self-realization would be expected if various psychological problems in adolescent players were progressed in detailed.

From the viewpoint of Information Ethics. I tried to examine the moral justification of Intellectual Property Rights in the age of the digital information society. Lockian traditional argument of property rights which is based on the value of labor and Hegelian theory of personalization, both are not enough to justify the new Intellectual Property Rights. The notions of Intellectual Property Rights are to be changed. One change is from the absolute dominion over material property to the limited dominion over intellectual property. The change from property rights to process control rights is the other. To protect these intellectual property rights, there are three possible protection devices that we might take - legal protection, technical protection and moral protection. I argued that both legal and technical protection have some limitations, so the final way to protect the IP rights is to attempt to establish the moral protection as a fundamental solution.

The possibility of the struggle over copyrighting is increasing with the necessity and expectation of using other works by the developing multimedia technology. In multimedia environment compared with the past, the reproduction of works has some characteristics, such as easy reproduction, the high quality, and easy modification. Also, many composite and interactive works are produced, but there are different characteristics from traditional materials. From free access to information based upon multimedia's characteristics, a problem, which works can be used without any restriction, should be solved. Thus, past copyright law may be amended based upon multimedia environment. The problem which should be solved is also discussed.

Mr. Miyazaki's heroines tend to be plucky young women who combine guileless decency with tough-mindedness. However, in his the latest film the female character often change herself into wise older women who sometimes serve as foils, sometimes as mother figures. His heroine, Sophie, starts out as a shy girl, but then a curse transforms her into 90-year-old. Her partner is Howl who supports and is supported by Sophie their mutual drawbacks. At first horrified by the change, she comes to embrace it as a liberation from anxiety, fear and self-consciousness, and discovers in herself a new zest for adventure. The castle is surely one of the most extraordinary contraptions to appear on screen recently, more ingenious in its way than the intergalactic armada. It ranges freely from place to place and is also, somehow, in several places at once, its magical front door opening onto different landscapes with the flip of a knob. It is not exactly haunted, but it is nonetheless infused with whimsical and sometimes somber spirits. Sophie, in both her incarnations, joins an impressive sisterhood of Miyazaki heroines, whose version of girl power presents a potent alternative to the mini-machismo that dominates American juvenile entertainment.

Today, the medical system is changing into a comprehensive health care system in which collaborative relationships between medical professionals and non-medical personnels in neighboring occupational areas. The current medical act brands such "collaboration" as unlicensed medical practice, and punishes non-medical personnel who acted in the risk management of doctors as well as doctors collaborated with non-medical personnel as unlicensed medical practice. In order to narrow the gap between the legal system that regulates unlicensed medical practices and the medical reality, it is necessary to overcome the structural limitations of dualistic, nationalistic, and identity-oriented regulation of unlicensed medical practices. The legal interests of unlicensed medical practice have a dual nature as a personal legal interest of "human life and body" as well as a national legal interest of "maintenance and protection of the nation's medical license system", and it should be noted that the criteria for judging the legal interests protected by the regulations of criminal punishment should be found in "personal legal interest theory." In addition, when determining which behavior is a medical practice and evaluating its risk, the dimension of behavior and measures should be considered in a fair manner without being biased against the subject (identity) of the action. In other words, judging unlicensed medical practice should depend on whether the risk of side effects that may result from the act is reasonably managed. Considering the prospect of therapeutic dialogue between medical professionals and patients, it would be desirable for medical law policies to move in a way that does not fundamentally block the possibility of collaboration among pluralistic medical personalities.
