The purpose of this paper is that investigates a model of burnout and coping strategy employees in out-bound travel agency. So, we investigated the relationship between burnout variables(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduces personal accomplishment) and employee's job satisfaction, intentions to resign. And we suggest that coping strategies will control the relationship between burnout and job attitude. We used social support, self esteem, and leisure involvement as a coping method. Data obtained from survey of frontline employees working in the several outbound travel agencies in Seoul, Korea. In the result, it has strong relationships between burnout and job-relative components. Perceived burnout phenomenon has negatively effect on job satisfaction and positively effect on resign intention. Coping variables controled in the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction. In the practical implications, managers can take an action as like a social support to reduce employee's burnout. And employee has activity hobby for reducing the burnout.

The objective of this paper was to determine the degree of diagnostic overlap. In a pilot study of 56 inpatients(mean age 12) with DSM-III-R axis I and/or II disorders, the degree of psychiatric comorbidity was examined. 64.3% had two or more diagnoses. The samples were divided into the following 9 groups 1) attention deficit hyperactivity disorder 2) conduct disorder 3) oppositional defiant disorder 4) schizophrenia 5) mood disorders 6) tie disorders 7) elimination disorders 8) mental retardation 9) personality disorders Substantial overlap(especially tic disorders, elimination disorders, disruptive behavior disorders) occured among inpatients Patients had about 2 DSM-III-R axis I & II diagnoses. Additional research with increased sample size is necessary to clarify its relationship with other psychiatric diagnoses.

As the participation in marine sports activities has increased according to the increased national income, changes in lifestyle, etc., this study explored various values and possibilities towards a sport for all, which are inherent in marine sports, through the literature research with respect to leisure activities, sport for all, and marine sports. As a result of study, marine sports include the functional values, such as leisure satisfaction and welfare function, as a tool to improve the quality of life, which the sport for all may have, and not only have a positive impact on individual lives, but further, can also contribute to raising the level of social well-being. Marine sports are directly experienced physical activities utilizing nature and importantly functioning in human beings' understanding nature; especially, it could be found that they have the high emotion-educational value which could make the right personality formed for the adolescents in modern society, whose unrealistic leisure activities account for the most part of their leisure time. These results suggest that marine sports contain sufficient positive values and possibilities as a sport for all, and the value as a sport for all could be realized which marine sports may have through active participation.

There occur various crimes in cyber space hiding behind anonymity to avoid punishment by criminal law. One of the most serious crimes committed in cyber space is defamation against others under the cloak of freedom of expression. The infringements by defamations in cyber space are made all of a certain and widespread that the victims have no time to react, and for that reason, the shocks by the defamation are much serious and severe compared with that committed in off line. However, press and publication shouldn't infringe on other's honors, right, public order or social ethics in liberal democrat society which values much the human dignities and values as stipulated in Article 21 section 4 of the Constitution. Protection of personal honor is also the basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution as much as the freedom of expression, and by extension, such harmful behaviour shouldn't be included in the freedom of expression area. In this way, slander can be considered as the minimum limitation of the freedom of expression.

It is easy to access to the infinity information and programs, but it gives rise to the side effect. There are many side effects(ex. Hacking, Cracking, expose the personal information, etc). Nowadays, the computer virus raise the serious problems. The making program called Vaccine is work out a count measure. The Anti-Virus programs install on the client side computer and upgrade by downloading on the server's signature, the latest date, the program bound both of them is shown, but these programs have the defect that they have no remote control and no signature update because user's unconcern, This paper reported the research of existing virus infecting technology and the development of Web based Anti-Virus Scanner using the remote control on the internet server. Through this paper, I want to set up the counter measure for new virus easily, and to make more fast the vaccine for virus.

The concept of expectation rights considers 'the expectation' that the patient should be given proper medical treatment as the benefit and protection of the law, so it would be the benefit and protection of the law due to personal rights different from 'the legal principle that has the possibility to a considerable extent' being in an extension of life and body. However, the problem how the patient's expectation of medical service sets up in order to make it the benefit and protection of the law would be still left in the vague concept of the patient's 'expectation', thus, in the first place, the medical practice following formed medical standard in every particular medical institutes should be the standard because these medical services are normally within a range of the patients' expectations. In addition, it should be naturally constituted as mental profit to get the subjective circumstances such as 'the patient's expectation' to be an object, and also, different from the profit and protection of the law such as life and body that should be absolutely protected, the origin of violation behavior should be regarded simultaneously to define the denotation of expectation rights. Therefore, the expectation rights violations would be problematic in case it fails to reach the medical standard that is expected for common doctors to practice properly. This is the concept of expectation rights that gets subjective matters such as the patient's expectation to be objectivity as medical practices that can be expected by generalized abstract doctors. This standard should be defined as the minimum standard that is naturally expected for doctors to practice, different from medical standard that decides the level of doctors.

This study aims to figure out the relation between the demographic characteristics and job satisfaction of those who work at fashion companies. The subject of this study is those who work at fashion companies beyond the small and medium sized businesses and designer brand employees in Busan. We used SPSS/WIN 10.0 to analyze the data for this study. The job satisfaction was found to increase in proportion to the satisfaction with the job itself, the senior of official, wage and colleagues, which increases along with the level of post. The job satisfaction was found to be proportional to the level of work specialization, satisfaction with the company and welfare. The job satisfaction and the performance would improve if the work environment for employees is made better by making their works more diverse and discretionary to ensure a successful growth of fashion companies.

우리 사회는 정보화와 다원화로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 경제현상도 변화하고 마케팅의 기법도 다기해지고 있다. 네트워크마케팅(NWM)이란 다단계마케팅(MLM)과 통용되는 개념으로 직접마케팅(Direct Marketing) 기법 중의 하나로 비교적 새로운 유통방법이다. 피라미드와 혼동되어 한 때 비판의 대상이었던 네트워크 마케팅이 실정법에 근거한 새로운 경제활동의 하나로 국민경제에 기능하게 되었다. 올바른 네트워크 마케팅과 실정법에 대한 이해가 필요하며 경제활동의 하나인 이 분야에도 하나님의 주권과 방법이 실현될 필요가 있다. 이 사업에 참여한 성도들은 주님의 피로 사신 교회의 목적에 충실한 행동과 성숙한 신앙인의 자세와 태도로 임할 필요가 있다. 무엇보다도 자신의 재정적 능력범위에서 사업에 참여하는 것이 바람직하다. 일확천금이나 일시에 거금을 번다는 사실과 다른 선전에 현혹되지 말고 자기 자금이나 적정수준의 자본금으로 사업에 참여하는 것이 요구된다. 현행 방문판매법은 교사나 공무원 등의 우월적 지위를 이용하여 상대방에게 다단계 판매를 강요하는 것을 금지하고 있다. 교회에서도 교회 본래의 목적인 복음 전파와 예배 등의 활동과 상치되거나 방해해서는 곤란할 것이다. 자기의 구원과 삶이 바로 서고 이웃을 돌아보아 사랑을 실천하며 복음을 전파하고, 살아서 하나님의 나라를 이 땅에 구현하고 죽어 천국에서 주님과 함께하는 성숙한 신앙생활에 근거해야 할 것이다. 교회도 네트워크마케팅에 대한 바른 이해가 필요하며, 관련 교리에 대한 정확한 이해와 적용이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 네트워크마케팅에 대한 실정법이 제정되어 있고 현실에 맞게 수차례 개정되어 오고 있으므로 이에 대한 바른 이해가 요청된다. 또한 과학의 발전에 중세의 교회가 이해를 새롭게 한 것처럼, 경제 현상의 변화에 대해서도 통전적인 이해가 요구된다. 이 세상은 근본적으로 하나님이 창조한 세상이기 때문에 이 세상 자체를 악하다고 볼 수 없고 더구나 구원을 이 세상에서의 이탈로 볼 수 없다. 진정한 구원이란 원래 하나님이 보시기에 아름다웠던 그 세상으로의 회복을 포함한다. 이런 면에서 하나님 주권 신앙 하에서 구원이란 전 인격적인 구원, 전 우주적인 구원이 된다. 그렇기 때문에 성도는 세상의 삶과 학문, 예술, 정치, 경제, 사회를 포함한 모든 분야를 하나님의 뜻 가운데서 그 원래의 목적에 부합할 수 있도록 회복시키는 일에 적극 참여해야 한다.

One hundred-ten patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the maxillary antrum treated at the Department of Therapeutic Radiology, Seoul National Unviersity Hospital between February 1979 and September 1986 were retrospectively analyzed. Of these, only 73 patients were eligible for analysis. Forty-one patients were treated with combination of surgery and radiation therapy and 32 patients were treated with radiation therapy alone. The majority of patients had advanced stage (including $47\%\;T_4$ tumor). Overall 5 year survival rate was $40.0\%$. In the radiotherapy alone group,5 year survival rate was $22.1\%$, and in the combined surgery and radiotherapy group,5 year survival rate was $65.3\%$. Of 31 patients who had failures,22 patients ($71.0\%$) had local failures, 6 patients ($19.3\%$) had regional failures and 3 patients ($9.7\%$) had distant metastasis. Planned combined treatment with surgery followed by radiation therapy is an effective modality for carcinoma of the maxillary antrum.

This study is to find out a way to foster self-directed learning math skills for the low-income youth at child care centers. Taking advantage of EBS materials, we found the youth, low-income youth in particular, were positively influenced to learn mathematics in the way of self-directed and action learning. This program gives a model of the self-directed math learning using the EBS mathematics materials. From the survey of this study, we found see that students started to have a positive attitude for learning and they started to gain new mathematical concept, and improved their problem solving, reasoning, communication and representation skills with these new leaning environments. This study tells us that this type of cooperative learning could help them to have an objective assessment, and gave a positive impact on self-directed learning.
