Nowadays, the corporate culture is recognized as an important invisible assets determining the competitive advantages in all the business firms. The purpose of this article is to depict the corporate culture of railroad-related organizations based on the cognitive response of employees. To attain this purpose, several aspects of current corporate cultures are surveyed through questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS. In this paper the theoretical framework adopted was an corporate culture model developed by Rousseau.

Geosynthetic Clay Liners(GCLs) have been widely used as hydraulic barrier in landfills and remediation projects of contaminated sites. The aim of this research is to modify GCLs for effective removal of contaminants. We perform the free swell test, hydraulic conductivity test, and contaminants (TCE, hexavalent chromium, and nitrate) removal test on the bentonite-ZVI mixture with various ZVI content. As the ZVI content increased, contaminants removal efficiencies and swell volume increased, and hydraulic conductivity decreased.

본 연구는 동아시아를 대표하며 교류가 활발한 한국, 중국, 일본의 정부기관 웹사이트를 대상으로 사용자의 사용성과 콘텐츠 접근성을 높이기 위한 방법을 모색하고자 웹디자인의 요소 중 하나인 레이아웃 구조를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 한국과 중국은 이미 많은 사람들이 학습되어 있는 가로쓰기방식의 상단내비게이션 구조를 반영하였지만, 일본은 예전 인쇄물 세로쓰기방식 즉, 좌, 우측 내비게이션 구조가 아직 남아있었다. 연구 결과를 통하여 국제화 시대에 발맞춰 사용자 중심의 상단내비게이션 레이아웃 구조를 표준으로 제시하였다.

인터넷폰을 기반으로 한 무선상에서 데이터의 높은 신뢰성과 망 구축을 구현하고자 한다. 음성신호에 대한 음성질을 평가하여 보다 나은 전송률과 신뢰성을 검증하도록 하였다. 그리고 현 실생활에 적용될 수 있는 생산성을 평가하고 검증하는데 중점들 두도록 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 급부상하고 있는 정보통신 분야의 핵심이 될 수 있는 유ㆍ무선 네트워크 데이터 전송은 최적의 신뢰성과 유용성을 보장하는 망 구축을 목표로 하고 있다.

최근 연·근해 수산자원의 관리 및 어장조성을 통한 자원관리형 수산업으로의 발상 전환과 양식어장의 고도이용 및 생산성 극대화를 위한 기술개발의 필요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 이와 더불어 세계연안국들에서는 해양목장화시스템의 구상과 관련한 다양한 수중수산시설물의 건설·이용·관리가 빈번해지고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 수산 증식시설(어초 등), 양식시설, 어장 관리시설 및 부대시설(해저 취·배수관 등)로 구성되는 수중구조물의 종류도 다양하다(D'Itri, 1985). (중략)
