To propose the use of skipjack processing by-product(SPB) as a food material, the optimal condition for the production of the SPB hydrolysate through enzyme treatment was obtained using RSM(Response Surface Methodology). Among eight pretenses test, Pretense $P^{TM}$ was screened primarily on the aspect of production cost and taste of the product. The extent of autolysis accompanied by endogenous enzyme in the SPB was almost negligible as compared with that of Protense $P^{TM}$ treatment. The derived model equation was within the satisfiable range as indicated by coefficient of $determination(R^2=0.9460)$ and lack of fit(p>0.1) values. From the results of RSM and ridge analysis, the conditions favoring the higllest degree of hydrolysis were: PH 7.2, $51^{\circ}C,$ reaction time of 3.94 hr, substrate concentration of 33.3%, and enzym $e_strate ratio of 0.48%.48%.8%.

This study aimed to identify the factors associated with distorted body image in adolescents according to sex. The data obtained from the Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey (2019). The subjects included 9,635 adolescents who perceived their body type as overweight, despite having a normal body mass index. The main finding indicated that high levels of fast food consumption were associated with significantly higher feelings of stress, sadness, and despair in both males and females. In addition, both males and females experienced elevated levels of stress, sadness, and despair when they perceived that they were not sufficiently physically active. The results of this study can be used for the development of interventions for adolescents with distorted body image.

The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) from 1986 to 2006. Patents were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

One of the key factors in knowledge based economy is knowledge and information. Accordingly, public service policy for related knowledge and information is well equipped in Korea. However, policy has rarely been evaluated. This study analyzes usage and satisfaction of knowledge information service policy among broadcasting and video industry employees. Results shows low in usage as well as satisfaction among employees. Reliability of the service is relatively high, comparing to timeliness and usability. The fact that most respondents individually pay their efforts to collect and analyze information and knowledge means high need for them. This study recommends, instead of providing complete fixed data, to provide means to acquire knowledge, market oriented data to improve the effectiveness of the policy.

This study was conducted to identify convergence factors affecting depressive symptoms of postmenopausal women through the theory unpleasant symptom. This study was secondary data analysis form Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2015. Study sample of 1,298 menopausal women to evaluate the factors that would influence depressive symptoms, physiological factors, situational factors, and psychological factors. The results showed that significant variables influencing the depressive symptom were income quartile(${\beta}=-.14$, p<.001), health status(${\beta}=.24$, p<.001), and stress(${\beta}=-.20$, p<.001). The explanation power of this regression model was 14. 1% and it was statistically significant. As a result, to improve their depressive symptoms, the nursing interventions are required for postmenopausal women who have the income, health status, and stress.

This study was performed to develop flavor materials from Elsholtzia ciliata Hylander with analyzing functionality and aroma profile and to optimize supercritical fluid extraction method and optimum condition. The qualities of water extracts such as total yield total phenolic compound electron donation ability, estragole and L-carvone, were affected by extraction pressure than time. The response variables had significant with pressure than with time and the established polynomial model was suitable(P>0.05) model by Lack-of-Fit analysis. The optimum extraction conditions which were limited of maximum value for dependent variables under experimental conditions based on central composite design were 238 bar and 42 min.

Recently, with the rapid development of image recognition technology, the demand for object analysis in road CCTV videos is increasing. In this paper, we propose a method that can adaptively find the counting line for traffic analysis in road CCTV videos. First, vehicles on the road are detected, and the corresponding positions of the detected vehicles are modeled as the two-dimensional pointwise Gaussian map. The paths of vehicles are estimated by accumulating pointwise Gaussian maps on successive video frames. Then, we apply clustering and linear regression to the accumulated Gaussian map to find the principal direction of the road, which is highly relevant to the counting line. Experimental results show that the proposed method for detecting the counting line is effective in various situations.

This study analyses the questions addressed to the collaborative digital reference service run by the National Library of Korea. The data consist of 661 question entries to the 'Ask a Librarian' service during first 6 months in 2014. Each entry includes average 1.17 questions, and 77.82% of the total questions are real reference in nature. Questions are analyzed by classification division, context of the questioner, desired end product, activities of librarians, and the resources used to respond them. Each category is subdivided and analyzed in detail. Results revealed interesting findings and problems, and suggestions for further endeavor are provided.

The purpose of this study was to identify its influencing factors of depressive symptoms in postmenopausal middle-aged women though analyzing secondary data. The data of 647 with 40~65 aged women who participated in the Seventh Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in 2016 were used. The data were analyzed by complex sample independent t-test and multiple linear regression. In multiple linear regression analysis, economic status, subjective health status, perceived stress, smoking, physical activity, and limitation of active had significant effect on depressive symptoms in postmenopausal middle-aged women. These variables explained 36% of the variance in depressive symptoms. The findings suggest that healthcare providers should be considered to these factors when developing intervention strategies to decrease depressive symptoms in postmenopausal middle-aged women.
