지상파 DMB는 차량 또는 보행으로 이동중인 사용자에게 고속 이동 중에도 오디오, 비디오, 데이터 등의 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 세계 최초로 국내에서 서비스 표준을 정하여 상용화 서비스를 준비하고 있다. 이러한 국내 지상파 DMB에 관하여 표준화, 기술개발, 서비스 등 전반적인 동향을 소개한다.

3D 영화 아바타에 의해 활성화되기 시작한 3D 콘텐츠 서비스는 영화, 게임, 방송 서비스 등 다양한 분야로 그 범위를 넓혀가고 있다. 특히 3D 방송 서비스는 post-HD 서비스의 선두 주자로서 국내는 물론 유럽, 일본, 미국 등 전 세계적으로 다양한 방식과 형태의 3DTV 실험방송 및 상용 서비스가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 전 세계적으로 현재까지 이뤄지고 있는 국내외 3DTV 방송 서비스 현황에 대해 알아보기로 한다.

In this paper, an inverter fed induction motor drive system is analyed in order to predict the conducted interference. High frequency model for inverter, motor and system parasitic components are proposed. High frequency component allows time and frequency domain analysis to be performed with standard PSpice tool. The overall high frequency component and model are verified by comparing simulation and experimental result.

용존산소는 양식 시설 내 생산량을 결정짓는 중요한 수질 조건으로서, 시설 내 용존산소를 충분히 공급하기 위해 많은 연구자들이 여러 가지 형태의 에어레이터의 고안(Boyd and Tucker, 1979)및 순수산소의 이용에 관해 연구해왔다. 그러나 에어레이터 또는 순수 산소의 이용은 추가 에너지가 필요한데, 송어 양식장에는 전체비용의 13∼15%, 부화장의 경우에는 23%(Petit, 1990) 및 순환여과식 시설에서는 8.6%(Timmons and Aho, 1998)의 경비가 추가된다고 한다. (중략)

온라인 컨설팅이란 business Consulting, IT Consulting, Tax ＆ Audit Consulting 등의 일반 컨설팅 서비스가 다양한 방식에 의해 Online으로 제공되는 모델을 말한다. 현재 온라인 컨설팅은 시장의 요구에 따른 서비스 발생이 아닌 공급자에 의한 Push-Service라고 할 수 있다. Ernst ＆ Young, Arthur Andersen, Cambridge Technology Partners, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Robbins-Glola, Mainspring, Bain ＆ Co 등 컨설팅 회사들은 기존 대기업 위주 컨설팅과 함께 특정화된 문제에 대한 특정한 솔루션을 제공하는 저비용 서비스에 의한 중소기업 대상의 신규 시장 창출의 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 또한, 국내 온라인컨설팅의 개념, 선진 컨설팅 업체의 온라인 컨설팅 사업현황, 사업모델, 향후 전망, 사업의 성공요소에 대해서 살펴본다.

The pharmacokinetics of propranolol administered orally (10 me/kg) was investgated in the rabbits of carbon tetrachloride induced hepatic failure. The plasma concentration and relative bioavailability of propranolol were increased significantly in hepatic failure rabbits, compared with those of normal rabbits. There were significant relationship between GOT, GPT value and bioavailability parameters of propranolol. In short, dosage regimen of propranolol is considered to be adjusted in dose size and dosing interval using GOT or GPT an index.

In this paper, an effective digital watermarking method for copyright protection of binary image data is proposed. First a binary image is grouped into feature regions which has geometrical features and general one. The watermark for authentication is embedded in general regions in order to preserve geometrical features regions. We have used run-length code and special runs for grouping feature regions and general one. For invisibility of watermark, we have embedded the watermark considering transition sensitivity of each pixel in general regions. The proposed method is applied some binary image such as character, signature, seal, and fingerprint image to evaluate performance. By the experimental results, the proposed method preserve feature regions of original image and have higher invisibility of watermarks.

단층 퍼셉트론이 처음 개발되었을 때, 간단한 패턴을 인식하는 학습 기능을 가지고 있기 장점 때문에 학자들의 관심을 끌었다. 단층 퍼셉트론은 한 개의 소자를 이용해서 이진 논리를 가중치(weight)의 변경만으로 모두 표현할 수 있는 장점 때문에 영상처리, 패턴인식, 장면인식 등에 이용되어 왔다. 최근에, 역전파학습(Back-Propagation Learning)알고리즘이 이진 공간내의 매핑 문제에 적용되고 있다. 그러나, 역전파 학습알고리즘은 연속공간 내에서 긴 학습시간과 비효율적인 수행의 문제를 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 역전파 학습 알고리즘은 간단한 이진 공간에서 매핑하기 위해서 많은 반복과정을 요구한다. 역전파 학습 알고리즘에서는 은닉층의 뉴런의 수는 주어진 문제를 해결하기 위해서 우선순위(prior)를 알지 못하기 때문에 입력층과 출력층내의 뉴런의 수에 의존한다. 따라서, 3층 신경회로망의 적용에 있어 가장 중요한 문제중의 하나는 은닉층내의 필요한 뉴런수를 결정하는 것이고, 회로망 합성과 가중치 결정에 대한 적절한 방법을 찾지 못해 실제로 그 사용 영역이 한정되어 있었다. 본 논문에서는 패턴 분류를 위한 새로운 학습방법을 제시한다. 훈련입력의 기하학적인 분석에 기반을 둔 이진 신경회로망내의 은닉층내의 뉴런의 수를 자동적으로 결정할 수 있는 NETLA(Newly Expand and Truncate Learning Algorithm)라 불리우는 기하학적 학습알고리즘을 제시하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여, 제안한 알고리즘의 우수성을 증명한다.

일반적으로 비선형 형태 정규화 과정은 필기체 문자에서 발생하는 형태 변형을 보상하기 위하여 사용되며, 현재까지 이진 영상에 대한 비선형 형태 정규화 방법들이 제안되었다. 그러나 현존하는 대부분의 문자 인식 시스템은 스캐너를 통하여 입력된 명도 문자영상을 이진화하여 사용하고 있기 때문에 이진화로 인해 야기되는 물자 영상에 대한 정보 유실 및 잡영 첨가 현상이 비선형 형태 정규화 과정에 누적되어 결과적으로 좋은 특징 추출 결과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이진화에 의한 정보의 손실을 최소화시키고, 필기체 문자에서 발생하는 다양한 형태 변형을 효과적으로 보상할 수 있는 명도 영상에서의 비선형 형태 정규화 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 명도 영상에서의 비선형 형태 정규화 방법들의 성능을 객관적으로 검증하기 위하여 처리 시간 및 복잡도 등을 기준으로 평가하였으며, 다양한 명도 한글 글씨 데이터에 대한 실험을 통하여 이진 영상에서의 비선형 형태 정규화 방법에 비해 제안된 방법이 변형이 심한 한글 글씨 데이타의 품질을 개선하는데 있어서 매우 효율적임을 확인할 수 있었다.
