두 개의 비대칭 축방향 관통균열이 존재하는 증기발생기 세관의 소성붕괴압력 평가 (Evaluation of Plastic Collapse Pressure for Steam Generator Tube with Non-Aligned Two Axial Through-Wall Cracks)

  • The $40\%$ of wall thickness criterion which has been used as a plugging rule is applicable only to a single cracked steam generator tubes. In the previous studies performed by authors, several failure prediction models were introduced to estimate the plastic collapse pressures of steam generator tubes containing collinear or parallel two adjacent axial through-wall cracks. The objective of this study is to examine the failure prediction models and propose optimum ones for non-aligned two axial through-wall cracks in steam generator tubes. In order to determine the optimum ones, a series of plastic collapse tests and finite element analyses were carried out for steam generator tubes with two machined non-aligned axial through-wall cracks. Thereby, either the plastic zone contact model or COD based model was selected as the optimum one according to axial distance between two clacks. Finally, the optimum failure prediction model was used to demonstrate the conservatism of flaw characterization rules for various multiple flaws according to ASME code.

알레르기성 비염환아들의 양도락 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Characteristics of Ryodoraku Score in the Children with Allergic Rhinitis)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Ryodoraku Score in the children who visited department of pediatrics, hospital of Korean medicine with allergic rhinitis as the chief complaint. Methods Subjects were 80 children with allergic rhinitis. We calculated the average Ryodoraku Score (RS, ${\mu}A$), and compared the average of each meridian system. And we classified the children by several groups (depending on age, additional allergic disease), and accomplished a comparative analysis. Results 1. The average of Ryodoraku Score in 80 children was $76.36{\pm}22.72$. 2. The figure of H3 (心), H5 (三焦), F1 (脾), F2 (肝), F3 (腎), F4 (膀胱), F5 (三焦), F6 (胃) had significant statistical differences compared to the total average. 3. Comparing the group having only allergic rhinitis to group having allergic rhinitis and other allergic disease, showed significant statistical difference in H2 (心包), H3 (心). 4. Analyzed by age, there's a significant statistical difference in F1 (脾), F4 (膀胱). Conclusion We found that H5 (三焦), F1 (脾), F4 (膀胱) showed significant statistical difference in Ryodoraku Score, and F1 (脾) had the highest relevance. The research indicate meaningful difference depending on age, additional allergic disease.

  • The 40% of wall criterion, which is generally used for the plugging of steam generator tubes, may be applied only to a single crack. In the previous study, a total of 9 failure models were introduced to estimate the local failure of the ligament between cracks and the optimum coalescence model of multiple collinear cracks was determined among these models. It is, however, known that parallel axial cracks are more frequently detected during an in-service inspection than collinear axial cracks. The objective of this study is to determine the plastic collapse model which can be applied to the steam generator tube containing two parallel axial through-wall cracks. Nine previously proposed local failure models were selected as the candidates. Subsequently interaction effects between two adjacent cracks were evaluated to screen them. Plastic collapse tests for the plate with two parallel through-wall cracks and finite element analyses were performed for the determination of the optimum plastic collapse model. By comparing the test results with the prediction results obtained from the candidate models, a plastic zone contact model was selected as an optimum model.

  • Plasma-polymer thin films (PPTF) have been deposited on a Si(100) wafer and glass under several conditions such as different RF power by using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system. Ethylcyclohexane, ammonia gas, hydrogen and argon were utilized as organic precursor, doping gas, bubbler gas and carrier gases, respectively. PPTFs were grown up with RF (ratio frequency using 13.56 MHz) powers in the range of 20~60 watt. PPTFs were characterized by FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared), FE-SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), AFM (Atomic Force Microscope), Contact angle and Probe station. The result of FT-IR measurement showed that the PPTFs have high cross-link density nitrogen doping ratio was also changed with a RF power increasing. AFM and FE-SEM also showed that the PPTFs have smooth surface and thickness. Impedance analyzer was utilized for the measurements of C-V curves having different dielectric constant as RF power.

  • The study analyzed on fire resistance of high strength concrete followed by thickness of fireproof plaster board and change of adhesive method. In spalling characteristics after fire resistance test, all four-side covering concretes were left out of testing screens. Thus, serious spalling was happened by exposing their internal reinforcing rods. in partial testing screens, spalling was happened till the internal concrete of main reinforcing rod. Only, temperature history didn't have special differences among changes of adhesive method. However, thickness of fireproof plaster board is very important. Namely, mock member reinforcing 25mm general adhesive + Bending was 583℃ in the highest temperature of surface part and 479℃ in the highest temperature of the main reinforcing rod, which was relatively good temperature history.

  • 본 논문에서는 비선형 블라인드 채널등화기의 구현을 위하여 가우시안 가중치(gaussian weights)를 이용한 개선된 퍼지 클러스터(Modified Fuzzy C-Means with Gaussian Weights: MFCM_GW) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 기존 FCM 알고리즘의 유클리디언 거리(Euclidean distance) 값 대신 Bayesian Likelihood 목적함수(fitness function)와 가우시안 가중치가 적용된 멤버쉽 매트릭스(partition matrix)를 이용하여, 비선형 채널의 출력으로 수신된 데이터들로부터 최적의 채널 출력 상태 값(optimal channel output states)들을 직접 추정한다. 이렇게 추정된 채널 출력 상태 값들로 비선형 채널의 이상적 채널 상태(desired channel states) 벡터들을 구성하고, 이를 Radial Basis Function(RBF) 등화기의 중심(center)으로 활용함으로써 송신된 데이터 심볼을 찾아낸다. 실험에서는 무작위 이진 신호에 가우시안 잡음이 추가된 데이터를 사용하여 기존의 Simplex Genetic Algorithm(GA), 하이브리드 형태의 GASA(GA merged with simulated annealing (SA)), 그리고 과거에 발표되었던 MFCM 등과 그 성능을 비교 분석하였으며, 가우시안 가중치가 적용된 MFCM_GW를 이용한 채널등화기가 상대적으로 정확도와 속도 면에서 우수함을 보였다.

  • 최근 정보통신산업의 발전 및 생활수준의 향상에 따라 정보통신기기, 정밀제어기기 등의 보급이 확산되면서 안정적이면서도 신뢰성을 갖춘 양질의 전력에 대한 수용가 측의 관심 및 요구가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 이에 파라 전력품질 모니터링. 진단 향상 시스템에 대한 연구 및 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LG산전과 서울대학교가 공동 개발한 전력품질 모니터링 시스템에 연계되어 전력품질 오염위치 추정, 오염원 판별 통계적 추이 분석, 전력품질 인덱싱, 확률론적 분석을 수행하는 전력품질 진단시스템에 대해 소개한다. 전 세계적으로 상용화되어 있는 전력품질 진단시스템을 살펴보고, 현재 LG산전과 서울대학교가 공동 개발하고 있는 전력품질 진단시스템의 구조 및 기능에 대해 소개한다.

  • 전력산업 구조개편이 진행되면서 국내의 수요관리에 대한 정책도 변화하고 있는 실정이다. 수용 가에 계량 및 원격제어를 할 수 있는 시스템이 설치되고 이를 통하여 원격에서 부하를 하단하고 참여하는 수용가에 보상금을 지급하는 방식인 직접부하제어 방식은 부하 관리 자원 이용 가능성의 우의, 성과계량의 용이, 비용 효과 증대 동의 이유로 인하여 최근 많은 각광을 받고 있으며 한국전력, 에너지 관리공단에 의하여 시범적으로 국내에 도입되었다. 또한, 다수의 수용가에 대한 대표성을 가지며 수용가의 부하를 관리하여 직접부하제어를 대 행하는 민간기관인 부하관리 사업자가 국내에 생겨나게 되었다. 부하관리 사업자는 약정을 체결한 다수의 수용가 부하를 자원으로 하여 현재의 수요관리에서 직접부하 관리에 참여 할 수 있으며 향 후 도매경쟁체제에서는 확보한 부하 자원을 이용하여 다양한 방법으로 시장에 참 여할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 된다. 부하관리 사업자를 활성화하기 위해서는 수익을 창출할 수 있는 사업모델이 필요하며 활성화 되면 활용할 수 있는 부하자원의 양이 많아지게 되어 전력시장의 안정화를 위한 역할을 할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Al-Si piston alloys such as AlS10CuMg have been anodized to examine apossibility of forming a hard film aat relatively higher temperatures compard with those in conventional sulfuric acid processes. Three types of electrolytes have been employed in this study ; electrolyte A(15% H2SO4, $0^{\circ}C$), electrolyte B(12% H2SO4, 1% oxalic, $10^{\circ}C$), electrolyte C(tartaric acid 125g/L+oxalic 75g/L+aluminum sulfate 225g/L, $25^{\circ}C$). Hard anodisine process in electrolyte B at a current density of 1.54A/dm2 produced a harder film of VHN 396 at a relatibely low film forming voltage compared with those obtained in other electrolyte at equivalent current density. A liner relationship between hardness and abrasion resistance exists for Al-Si piston alloys. The hardness of anodized film decreasees with increasing silicon content in Al-Si alloys and also with bath temperature. The film hardeness of Na-modified alloy os higher than that of P-modified alloy due to its finer microstructre. The film on the silicon phase in Al-Si alloys is observed to be formed by lateral growth of oxide film nucleated at surroundings.

소실모형구조법에 의한 탄소강주강 제조시의 Carbon Pick-up 현상 (Carbon Pick-up Phenomena in Plain Carbon Steel by Evaporative Pattern Casting Process)

  • It has been a major concern in the foundry that steel castings manufactured by the evaporative pattern casting process encounter the carbon pick-up problem. A carbon rich layer at the evaporative pattern cast surface is a result of interactions between the gaseous products from foamed polystyrene and the molten metal. The carburized layer with a high hardness makes it difficult to machine the casting. In this study, the influence of the density of EPS pattern and coatings on carbon pick-up phenomena of S25C and S45C commercial carbon cast steel were investigated. As the density of EPS pattern is increased, the carbon concentration of decomposed pattern is increased and the thickness of carburized layer at the surface of steel castings is increased. Also as the density of coatings is increased, the permeability of coatings is decreased and the thickness of carburized layer at the surface of steel castings is increased. S25C steel which has lower original carbon content compared to S45C steel exhibited severe carburization.
