본 연구는 다문화청소년 패널데이터 3차년(2013년)부터 7차년(2017년)까지 패널조사 데이터를 활용하여 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용성이 성취동기에 미치는 영향에 있어 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 잠재성장모형을 이용한 이중문화수용성과 성취동기 간의 상관관계 및 인과적 관계를 규명하는 방법을 적용하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between bicultural acceptance attitude and peer relationship of multicultural adolescents, and to examine the moderated mediating effect of multicultural acceptability. To this end, the data of 1,197 adolescents who participated in the 8th year survey(2018) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study' surveyed by the National Youth Policy Institute were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents had a significant positive effect on self-esteem. Second, it was found that while bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents had a significant effect on peer relationship, self-esteem partially mediated these relationships. Third, it was found that multicultural acceptability moderating the indirect effect that affects peer relationship through self-esteem as a mediating bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents. Based on the results of this study, a support plan was sought to positively form and maintain the peer relationship of multicultural adolescents, and the implications, limitations, and suggestions for subsequent studies of this study were presented.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the determination of the career attitude of multicultural youth, which will be the growth engine of Korean society in the future, and to determine the effect of parental support for multicultural youth on career attitude determination. Multicultural adolescents experience more difficulties in parental support and career attitude determination than ordinary adolescents due to confusion over biculturalism exposed at birth. Therefore, this study confirmed the effect of parental support of multicultural adolescents on career attitude determination and verified the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude. To this end, data from the 8th year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MAPS) conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute were used, and a total of 1,229 multicultural teenagers in the 2nd year of high school participated in the study. For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, path model suitability verification, path model coefficient, and mediating effect verification were conducted. Based on the results of these studies, it was intended to provide basic data for developing an integrated program that improves parental support and career attitude determination of multicultural adolescents.

In this study, the autoregressive cross-lagged model was applied to verify the longitudinal correlation between the three factors and the pattern of changes over time in the mother's cultural adaptation type, the multicultural acceptability of multicultural adolescents, and national identity. For the study, longitudinal data from the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th years of the MAPS tracked from the 5th grade of elementary school to the 2nd grade of high school were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, all four types of mother's acculturation were analyzed to have a significant longitudinal effect over time. The four types of mothers' cultural adaptation were analyzed to have a longitudinal mediating effect on the relationship between the national identity of multicultural youth. Based on these analysis results, it is necessary to provide a continuous acculturation support program. In order to have a sense of belonging and solidarity with the country, it was suggested that education to increase multicultural receptivity should be carried out in parallel.

We investigated the implicit representations of success/failure associated with mother in male and female college students. In study 1, participants were presented 'mother' or 'basket' as a context prime and 'success' or 'failure' related words as second primes for 100ms, and were asked to make lexical decisions about 'accept' or 'reject' related words and non-words after 150 ms (SOA 250ms). Results revealed that lexical decision times on the mother condition were more rapid than the ones on the basket condition, and lexical decision times on the acceptance condition were more rapid than the ones on the rejection condition, and female participants showed shorter times than male students did. In study 2, we divided participants into four groups by gender and attachment style, Results showed that the interaction between success/failure and acceptance/rejection was statistically significant, that is, quickest lexical decision times on the success-acceptance condition, and slowed times on failure-acceptance, failure-rejection, and success-rejection condition in order. On the other hand, no significant differences between high and low attachment group were found in males, but significant three-way interactions were found in females. In highly attached females, lexical decision times in success-acceptance condition were not differed from ones in success-rejection condition, and slowed times in failure-rejection condition. Low attached females showed very rapid times in success-acceptance condition, but very slow times in success-rejection condition. The results were discussed in terms of self-positivity and success/failure scheme depending on gender and attachment styles.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of multicultural competence on the organizational effectiveness of multicultural competence through the questionnaire survey of 327 kindergarten teachers attending C university in Seoul, Statistics were made using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between multicultural differentiation and multicultural knowledge, national identity, multicultural differentiation, relationship between multicultural awareness and willingness of multiculturalism, relationship between multicultural knowledge and organizational adaptability, relationship between multicultural awareness and organizational adaptability, There was a positive relationship between the relationship between organizational productivity, the relationship between multicultural differentiation and organizational productivity, and the relationship with global citizenship behavior. Second. Only multicultural awareness has an effect on organizational adaptability and organizational productivity. Therefore, in order to improve the organizational effectiveness of the nursery in the era of convergence, it is necessary for the nursery teachers to have an education program related to multicultural awareness in connection with organizational adaptability and organizational productivity, which are subordinate factors of organizational effectiveness.

본 연구는 C.P.N.T측면에서 싸이의 뮤직비디오 그리고 문화적인 요소의 성공요인들에 대해서 분석했다. 연구결과, 싸이의 뮤직비디오에는 재미, 유머, 음악과 춤의 반복성 등 창의적인 콘텐츠를 보여주었으며, 플랫폼으로는 YG의 유투브 직접 제작 참여로 수용자의 시청에 부담 없게 접근이 용이하게 고화질 저용량으로 보급하였습니다. 네트워크측면에서는 트위터와 페이스북과 같은 다양한 서비스를 통하여 빠른 속도와 장소에 구애받지 않고 유통망을 형성했으며, 매스미디어 NBC방송에 유투브 영상이 소개됨으로 싸이의 뮤직비디오와 음악이 단순한 UCC영상의 평범함에서 대중적이고 혁신적인 상징의 이미지로 급부상하게 된다. 또한 아이패드, 스마트폰, N스크린 등 많은 터미널을 통해 싸이의 강남스타일 뮤직비디오와 음악은 수용자의 시각과 청각을 만족시켜주어 성공하게 된다.

In this study, We examined the dual path model in which entitlement rage and sexual dominance on the one of two pathway, sexual permissiveness and sexual objectification on another pathway mediated the relation between narcissism and sexual aggression. In addition, it was investigated whether alcohol use and rape myths acceptance have moderating effects in the pathways from sexual dominance and sexual objectification to sexual aggression on our path model. Data from 368 male college students in four university in Chungcheong province were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results in structural equation modeling exhibited that narcissism affected sexual aggression through mediating effects of entitlement rage and sexual dominance, and through mediating effects of sexual permissiveness and sexual objectification. Furthermore, alcohol use and rape myths acceptance only moderated the relation between sexual dominance and sexual aggression on our model. We discussed the meaning of results and the implications for further study.

This study aims to address the current situation and damage from sexual violence, to arouse public opinion, help broader awareness, and further lead to community social efforts to cope actively with the situation. In Korean society, discourse on sex is often conducted in a double structure. Sexual violence is not just a personal misfortune; it is a problem for women as a whole. Furthermore, it is a challenge that society needs to address. Therefore, the government should evolve its response to sexual violence into a collective, not individual, movement of men and women toward social and cultural movements together. Although the visible reality of sexual violence is important, damaging their mental health by passing on a distorted cultural environment to future generations should be seen as a type of historical crime.

This study points out how the two conflicting elements of empathy and estrangement that constitute the dual structure of are incorporated by dialectic; finally, this paper explores the spontaneous estrangement effects' meaning and value on the point of view of reception aesthetics. As results of these studies, First, the Brechtian set of estrangement effects techniques showed that in it could function as an empathy technique for audiences. Second, the role of Sanbazi to increase the audience's participation was to produce both the immersion effect and the estrangement effect simultaneously. These double features of Sanbazi are dialectically incorporated and simultaneously bring about both the social reality reflection and enjoyment of the audience. Third, the puppetry is valid as not a way to describe reality but one of the ways to look at social reality. Conclusionally, in terms of producing counter-discourse, the puppet show has more extensible than any other form of performance with regard to expression.
