Inthis paper, we present an efficient migration strategy of mobile agent for data mining application. The purpose of the proposed algorithm is to set up the best migration plan of mobile agent with regard to minimizing network execution time .In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, we designed a performance evaulation model for three paradigms from data mining, i.e. RPC, mobile agent and mobile agent with locker pattern, and we then evaluated the algorithm by simulation.

섬유 패턴 디자인의 감성 예측 모형을 개발하기 위한 전 단계로서 패턴 디자인 요소의 분석체계 개발 가능성을 이론적으로 검증하였다. 먼저 패턴 디자인의 최소 단위를 pattern primitive, 최소반복단위를 Repeated Pattern Unit로 개념화 한 후 'PP들의', 'RPU의',그리고 'RPU간의 특징'이라는 세개 영역에 걸쳐 24개의 지각적 특징들을 추출하였다. 24개의 지각적 특징들은 예비조사를 통해 섬유패턴 디자인을 충실히 기술할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 추출된 지각적 특징들을 'PP의 모양에 의한 돌출성', 'PP의 색채에 의한 돌출성', 'PP들 모양의 다양성','PP들의 변화도', 'PP들 색채의 다양성', 'PRU의 돌출정도', 'PRU의 다양성'이라는 4개의 최상위 특징으로 수렴시키는 방식으로 위계화 하였다.

가뭄은 다른 어떤 기상재해보다 광범위하고 긴 시간에 걸쳐 큰 피해를 초래할 뿐만 아니라 많은 변수들이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생한다. 가뭄에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 중, 장기적인 가뭄의 예측이 필요하며, 가뭄을 예측한다는 것은 가뭄의 발생 원인을 정확히 이해하는데서 시작할 수 있다. 통계적 모형기반의 한계를 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 가뭄의 발생원인을 규명하여 가뭄예측에 활용하는 연구가 시도되고 있으며, 그중 하나의 시도로서 광범위한 지역에 걸쳐서 나타나는 대기순환이 지역별 강수량에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 가뭄과의 상관관계를 규명하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한반도 봄 가뭄에 대한 발생 원인과 예측 가능성을 진단하기 위하여 서울, 대전, 광주 및 밀양관측소의 강수량과 북반구 대기순환 패턴과의 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 동시상관 및 지연상관 패턴에 의한 한반도 가뭄의 시공간적 변화특성을 분석함으로써 대기패턴에 의한 한반도 가뭄과의 원격상관을 분석하여 가뭄을 예측할 수 있는 인자로서의 활용가능성에 대해서 분석하고자 한다.

Damascene 공정을 이용하여 80nm급의 trench 패턴 내에 구리 배선 형성을 위해 무전해 구리 도금법을 이용하였다. 화학 반응으로 진행되는 무전해 도금법에 의한 구리이온의 초미세 패턴 내 환원 과정에 구리 이온의 물질 전달과정이 구리 도금층의 표면 특성과 superconformality에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 회전 전극에 고정된 칩의 회전 속도가 증가함에 따라 구리 도금층의 비저항이 감소하고, trench 내 균일 도금성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we propose the non-blocking pattern generator(NBPG) for banyan ATM switches and evaluate the performance by simulation. The proposed NBPG first classifies input cells into two groups. the conflict intended cells are assigned to their new non-blocking input addresses by the conflict table. Simulation results show that the NBPG generates non-blocking address patterns with minimal changes.

본 연구에서는 개선된 영역기반의 패턴매칭 기법을 사용하여 이동물체의 탐색과 검출을 수행하였다. 시간에 따라 변화하는 이동물체의 안정된 추적을 위해 매 영상 프레임마다 이동물체의 윤곽선을 탐지하여 다음 영상에서의 템플릿으로 사용하기 위해 갱신하였으며, 패턴매칭의 연산속도 향상을 위해 패턴 정합률에 따라 영상을 다른 비율로 압축하여 추적하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 영상파일을 사용하여 시뮬레이션 한 결과 이동물체의 검출과 추적에 양호한 동작을 보여주었으며 제안된 방법의 실시간 동작 가능성을 조사하였다.

본 연구에서는 Pacific-Japan (PJ) 대기패턴과 북서태평양 지역의 열대성 태풍 활동에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 특히 한반도에 영향을 미치는 태풍을 중심으로 낙동강 유역의 태풍에 의해 유발된 여름철(June-September) 강수의 지역적 특성 변화를 진단하였다. 분석 결과, 양(+)의 PJ 기간에 발생하는 대기순환패턴의 변화는 태풍의 활동에 보다 유리한 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한반도에 영향을 미치는 태풍에 대한 진로 분석 결과, 양(+) PJ 기간동안 태풍이 주로 남서쪽으로 향하는 경향이 있으며, 음(-)의 PJ 기간에는 북동쪽으로 향하는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 태풍 진로의 변향점(recurve)은 양(+)의 PJ 기간에는 보다 북서쪽에 위치하며 음(-)의 PJ 기간에는 보다 북동쪽에 치우쳐 있음이 분석되었다. 따라서, 음(-)의 PJ기간 보다 양(+)의 PJ 기간에 태풍의 활동이 활발하며, 낙동강유역에서 태풍에 의해 유발된 강수가 통계적으로 유의한 증가패턴이 뚜렷하게 발생하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

The discipline of Geography is broadly concerned with the interconnections between people and the environment. Particularly, this unique human-environment relationship often can be typically reflected from, and well illustrated by, the dynamics of microstates' island environment. While Tuvaluans living on vulnerable, low-lying atolls in the Pacific are not primarily responsible for contributing to climate change, yet they are experiencing its dreadful effects. Population pressure, caused by the differences in population size, distribution, and composition, has been constantly affected by resource unavailability and environmental instability on the islands. It also represents one of our challenges in understanding the complex influence of population dynamics on the living environment. What can be learned from Tuvalu in the context of population geography and environmental geography as well as its relationship with other Pacific island microstates? What are Tuvaluans' migration responses to their atolls' environmental crisis as well as the carrying capacity scenarios related to overpopulation? What are the current living experiences and settlement situations of Tuvaluan internal and external migrants both at home and abroad? This research examines the contemporary migration literature in the context of Tuvalu's population geography, while analyzing Tuvaluan migration patterns, discourses and perspectives in relation to environmental change.

This paper proposed a heart attack predictive monitoring system using QRS pattern of ECG for wearable healthcare. It detects abnormal heart pattern with a ECG (X, Y) coordinate pattern DB on wearable monitoring smart watch. We showed the acute heart failure prevention system and method with a proposed scheme. Especially, It proved the method which can do first aid in gold time through abnormal heart analysis with a digital ECG(X, Y) pattern information when acute heart failure occurs.
