We report two cases of angioplasty of the left main coronary artery for isolated left main coronary artery disease. One was 63-years old male with 90% occlusion of the left main coronary artery and the other was 64-years old male with 80% occlusion of the left main coronary artery. We have performed left main coronary artery angioplasty with pericardium. The postoperative courses were uneventful and good without specific complications.

An effective filtering algorithm which can reduce noise and preserve edges for the restoration of an image degraded by additive white Gaussian noise is presented. The algorithm proposed in this paper is an extension of Lee's algorithm modified to use local gradient information as well as local statistics. It does not require image modeling, and removes noise along the orientaiton of edges so that it does not blur the edge.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 게임 개발에 있어서 배경 화면을 구성하는 3차원 가상환경 생성 및 가상환경을 돌아다니면서 주변을 관찰할 수 있게 하는 카메라 처리 기능을 포함한 가상환경 제어 방법에 대해 기술한다. 여기에 포함되는 기술로서 3차원 지형 메쉬 데이터 처리, 맵에디터, 장면 처리, 캐릭터의 충돌 처리 및 게임 제어 방법 등을 소개한다. 그리고, 시맨틱 가상환경 구현을 목적으로 가상환경상의 각 위치에 대해 의미를 부여할 수 있도록 현재 위치에 대한 정보 입력을 가능하게 해주는 위치 기반 동적 정보 입력기에 대해서도 설명한다.

This study aimed to explore the geo-educational value of Deokmyeong-ri in Goseong-gun, Gyeongsangnamdo, through field research. The study area comprises well-exposed outcrops, which can be used as field sites during field trip for studying sedimentary structures (normal grading bedding, cross bedding, ripple, and desiccation crack), coastal depositional environments (coastal cliff, shore platform, and gravel beach), basic principles of relative dating (unconformity, fault, intrusion, and xenolith), and columnar joints. This study evaluated the field sites based on the achievement standards and textbooks used in the science curriculum. The field sites have a high educational value because they exhibit typicality, as mentioned in the textbook, and provide study materials for enrichment learning. Furthermore, Deokmyeong-ri Area has well-developed tourist and educational infrastructures; thus, it is a safe place for geological education.
