확률화 블럭 계획법에서 동위회귀를 이용한 우산형 대립가설의 비모수검정법

  • 확률화 블럭 계획법에서 동위회귀를 이용하여 우산형 대립가설에 대한 비모수검정법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 검정통계량은 Mack과 Wolfe (1981)의 통계량에서 처리들에 가중치를 준 형태가 되며, 동위회귀를 이용하여 확률변수인 가중치를 구하고 붓스트랩을 이용한 소표본에서 모의 실험을 통하여 몇가지 사례 및 분포에 대해 제안된 통계량의 검정력을 알아본다.

원자로 생산 방사성 핵종의 임상이용

  • 핵의학(nuclear medicine )이 란 방사성 및 안정 핵종의 동위원소표지 화합물을 인체에 투여하여, 관심장기의 형태 및 기능을 평가하여 해부학적 또는 생리학적 상태를 진단, 치료하는 의학의 전문 분야이다. 핵의학에 이용되던 방사성 핵종은 1960년대 까지만 해도 $^{131}$ I이 주였으나 1970년대 부터는 $^{99}$Mo -$^{99m}$ Tc 발생기와 $^{99m}$ TC으로 표지된 방사성의 약품이 활발히 이용되면서 $^{131}$ I을 대신하게 되었다. 원자로-생산핵종들의 특성은 중성자가 과잉이어 붕괴시 배타입자를 방출하는 점으로, 이것이 각종 질병의 치료에 이용되고 있다. 특히 각종 표시 화합물의 성질을 이용하여 원하는 부위에 방사선을 집중시킬 수 있음이 외부조사보다 유리한 점이다. 방사성핵종을 이용한 악성종양의 치료에 가장 성공적인 것은 분화된 갑상선 암환자에서 $^{131}$ I을 사용한 것이며, 갈색세포종 등에 $^{131}$ I-MIBG도 효과적이다. 악성종양의 골전이 치료에 베타선을 방출하는$^{32}$P, $^{186}$ Re, $^{153}$ Sm 등이 이용되었다. 종양의 동맥에 주입하여 세동맥이나 모세혈관에 걸리는 기름, 교진 또는 입자에 의한 치료에 $^{131}$ I-lipiodol, ethiodol, $^{32}$P 또는$^{90}$ Y흡사 ceramic resin 미소구 $^{166}$ Ho 유산중합체 미소구 등이 이용된다. $^{166}$ Ho, $^{198}$ Au, $^{32}$P, $^{90}$ Y, $^{169}$ Er, $^{186}$ Rc, $^{131}$ I, $^{211}$ At 등 의 방사성 핵종의 교질, 미소구 또는 단세포군 항체표지 형태로 직접 종양내 또는 공동이나 체강에 투여하는 치료법이 있다. 류마치스 관절염의 슬관절에 $^{165}$ Dy colloid를 주사하는 $^{166}$ Ho-MAA도 활발히 이용되고 있다.

Development of EST-SSR Markers and Analysis of Genetic Diversity Using Persimmon (Diospyros kaki Thunb) Cultivars Collecting from Domestic (국내 수집 감 품종을 이용한 EST-SSR marker 개발과 유전적 다양성 분석)

  • Persimmon (Diospyros kaki Thunb) fruit is one of the most important fruit and have been cultivated from ancient times in Korea. In this study, we found 16 EST-SSR markers that contained one or more EST-SSR sites from 246 cDNA sequences. The developing of EST-SSR marker analysis from 42 persimmon cultivars was compared by genetic relationships and morphological relationships using 6 qualitative traits (fruit related 6 traits) and 19 quantitative traits (flower related 19 traits). In this study, 25 primer sets were tested to identify PCR polymorphism and 14 potential EST-SSR primer pairs were selected. The result of morphological relationship EST-SSR marker analysis showed that the coefficient 0.02 was difficult to categorize in several groups. And then, coefficient 0.77 of genetic relationship showed that the group was classified as four groups. The result of correlation distance between genetic relationship and morphological relationship were investigated was low significance (-0.03). Our results also provided an optimized method for improvement of breeding efficiency and introduce of superior character at persimmon cultivars using EST-SSR markers which was useful for further investigation.

Fermentation Properties of Yogurt Added by Lycii fructus, Lycii folium and Lycii cortex (구기자, 구기엽 및 지골피를 첨가한 요구르트의 발효 특성)

  • This experiment was carried out to examine the fermentation properties of yogurt with Lycii fructus, Lycii folium and Lycii cortex powder, and extract additives at concentrations of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, and 6.0%. Lactic acid bacteria was used in a mixed starter culture of Streptococcus salivarius ssp. thermophilus(ST36) and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus(LB12). When the boxthorn was added with extract types, the changes of pH, acidity and lactic acid bacteria counts of yogurt during the fermenation of 3 hours were pH 5.64, titratable acidity 0.85%, 5.80xl0$\^$6/cfu/ml of viable cell counts for control yogurt, whereas those were pH 4.10∼5.06, titratable acidity 0.98∼1.27%, 1.80∼9.60x10$\^$7/ cfu/ml of viable cell counts for Lycii fructus extract yogurt. The lactose hydrolysis ratio was better for 1.0% Lycii fructus extract yogurt(42.00%) and 1.0% Lycii folium extract yogurt(41.46%) than for control yogurt(28.40%). Also, content of lactic acid of 1.0% Lycii fructus(11.9 times) and 1.0% Lycii folium extract yogurt(10.6 times) produced more than control yogurt(7.3 times). The viscosity of yogurt was better for boxthorn extract yogurt(1,027∼1,382 cps) than for control yogurt(975cps). The sensory scores of color, taste and overall acceptability of yogurt with 0.5, and 1.0% Lycii fructus extract additive were better than other groups. The yogurts made with increased Lycii fructus extract concentration(0.5∼6.0%), showed the increase of lactic acid, titratable acidity, number of lactic acid bacteria, viscosity and lactose hydrolysis rate compared to the treatments of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0% Lycii folium and Lycii cortex extract and powder yogurt. We gained excellent results from the yogurt to which Lycii fructus extract was added with 0.51.0% concentration.

Morphology and Texture of Microlites in the Baekdusan and Kyushu Obsidians (백두산과 규슈 흑요석 내 미세결정의 형태와 조직)

  • We examine the morphology and texture of microlites included in the obsidians from the Baekdusan (Mt. Baekdu) and Kyushu (SW Japan) by using an electron microscope. According to the morphological types of microlites, the microlites in the Baekdusan obsidians are classified as Arculites, Asteroidal and Crenulite, whereas those in the Kyushu obsidians as various types of Arculites, Bacillite, Belonites, Crenulite, Furculite, Lath, Margarite, and Scopulites. Specifically, the Arculites in both obsidians show very distinctive crystal relationships, though they are mainly composed of magnetite and pyroxene. The Baekdusan Arculites exhibit the poikilitic texture of pyroxene crystals enclosing multiple magnetite crystals, whereas the Kyushu ones demonstrate the granular and/or intergranular texture of interlocking between magnetite and pyroxene crystals. This distinction can be used to discriminate the provenance of the obsidian artefacts from the prehistoric sites in the Korean Peninsula.

Characteristics of Heavy Metals In Contaminated Soil-Metal Binding Mechanism through Sequential Extraction in Soils with Lead and Copper (Sequential Extraction을 이용한 중금속(납.구리)과 토양 결합 기작 연구)

  • Sequential extraction was applied to characterize the soil-metal binding mechanism in three kinds of soils contaminated with lead and copper The results showed that soil-metal binding was dependent on soil characteristics and metal species. In Munwha dong soil, lead was mainly carbonate form (37.7%), in agriculture soil was associated with amorphous Fe oxide form (23.9%) and in industry area was associated with exchangeable form (22.9%) Meanwhile for copper. organically bound form represented main fraction in most soil and also carbonate and amorphous Fe oxide form showed high fraction. Crystallized Fe oxide and residuals form of copper showed higher fraction than those of lead. Thus, it can be concluded that copper is bound with soil stronger and more difficult wash out Consequently, this mechanism analysis through sequential extraction can provide useful informations for better soil remediation.

  • CPV system is composed with CPV cells, modules, PCS(power conditioning system), solar tracker, system installation and balance of systems(BOS). Mention about modelling method which is applied for CPV system simulation and evaluation system analysis. This paper focuses on CPV system modeling and optimal design of the electric energy production analysis through the development of proposed optimal CPV system simulation. Calculated simulation results of the generalized CPV system in regard to loss parameter calculation method can make out optimal configuration of CPV system with high reliability and stability. The loss parameter calculation method establish a mathematical modeling for the purposed of simulation and utilization various data for economical analysis of the CPV system design.
