Dissemination Policy of Digital Geographic Information to Improve User Accessibility (이용 활성화를 위한 지리정보 유통정책 연구)

  • The primary purpose of the present study is two-fold: i) to analyze the level of understanding and perception of stakeholders on the dissemination policy of digital geographic information and ii) to explore the policy direction to enhance the user accessibility based upon stakeholder analysis. The study is composed of descriptive analysis with extensive literature review and empirical analysis. The empirical analysis employs qualitative method as well as quantitative one, articulating perception of stakeholders in a comparative manner and suggesting policy directions. Based on the interview and the survey results, the study proposes the overall directions of dissemination policy to facilitate the efficient use of digital geographic information.

Adsorption Characteristics of Biochar from Wood Waste by KOH, NaOH, ZnCl2 Chemical Activation (폐목재를 이용한 KOH, NaOH, ZnCl2 화학적 활성화로 생성된 바이오차의 흡착특성에 관한 연구)

  • There is a lot of interest in methods for pollutants using adsorption, and recent research is being conducted to show that biochar can be used to remove organic and inorganic pollutants. In particular, wood waste as waste biomass requires a biomass recycling method, and a method to increase the adsorption capacity of biochar produced using wood waste is needed. Biochar is created by Hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) using, which uses low temperature and high pressure, has low energy consumption and does not require moisture removal pretreatment, and biochar is created through chemical activation using KOH, NaOH, and ZnCl2 chemicals. The adsorption characteristics of biochar were determined by analyzing iodine adsorptivity, specific surface area, pore diameter, pore volume, pore distribution, and SEM according to the activation. The results of analyzing the selecting biochar by activating the biochar produced at HTC 300℃, 4 hr by KOH, NaOH, and ZnCl2 chemicals, the specific surface area was 774~1.387 m2/g, showing a high specific surface area similar to activated carbon, and it was confirmed that micropores with an average pore diameter in the range of 21~24 Å were formed. As a result of SEM observation, the surface was uniform with a certain shape depending on activation. It was confirmed that one pore was developed and the number of pores increased.

  • The study investigated the 7 problems of journal publishing based scholarly communication and suggested that the open access scholarly communication could be an alternative to that scholarly communication. To understand the status of open access scholarly communication in Korea, the study investigated open access journal or archive, open access license and softwares in Korea, and suggested the expected role of library to be the herb in scholarly communication.

A study on proper number of stimulations in functional MRI (뇌기능 활성화 검사 시 적정한 자극 횟수에 관한 연구)

  • BOLD technique in functional MRI has to apply multiple stimulations. However as the stimulation time increases failure rates rise. In this study we are proposing proper number of stimulations through our experiments. Ten normal people underwent functional MRI hand motor sanning and the paradigms were designed from first to seventh stimulation. Under Philips Intera Achieva 3.0T MR system and Invivo cop's Eloquence equipment, activation periods and rest periods were repeated ten times each, using BOLD EPI technique. Primary hand motor area stimulation and number of clusters, activation rates and number of activated clusters in and outside the region of interest were compared to each other. Number of clusters in region of interest was lower than others at second stimulation and became static from third stimulation. The stimulated ratios were elevated as the number of stimulations were increased but it was not proportional. Number of clusters outside the ROI became static from the third stimulation and started increasing from sixth stimulation. As results, given the activation ratios of ROI and out side the ROI, three times stimulation was the most appropriate because it does not affect accuracy, also decreasing the fatigue of patients by with the decreased scanning time.

The Effects of Various Pretreatents on Cu Films Deposited on the TiN Substrate (전처리가 TiN 기판위의 Cu막의 특성에 미치는 효과)

  • TiN 기판상에 CVD와 무전해 도금을 이용하여 구리막을 성장시킬 때 여러 가지 전처리에 따른 증착 양상의 변화에 관하여 조사하였다. Cu(hfac)2를 선재(precursor)로 사용하여 CVD 증착을 실시할 때 각 전처리에 따른 TiN상의 구리막의 덮힘성(coverage)향상은 Pd-HF 활성화 처리>>HF dip> RF remote plasma의 순이었다. 특히 Pd-HF 활성화 처리를 해줄 경우 거의 완전한 연속막을 얻을수 있었으며 scotch tape peel test 결과 매우 양호한 부착특성을 보였으나, 이에 비해 전처리를 해주지 않은 경우에는 오랜 시간이 경과되어도 연속막으로 성장하지 못하고 섬모양의 큰 결정립을 이룰 뿐이었다. 이러한 차이는 Pd-HF 활성화 처리에 의해 표면에 미세하게 형성된 Pd층이 구리의 핵생성과 부착특성을 크게 향상시켰기 때문인 것으로 사료되며 이러한 효과는 무전해 도금의 경우에도 마찬가지였다. 그리고 기판과 증착온도에 따른 선택성을 보면 35$0^{\circ}C$이하에서는 pd-HF 활성화 처리에 의해서 SiO2에 대하여 TiN으로의 선택성을 가지나 그 이상의 온도에서는 선택성이 상실되었다.

  • 국내 공로운송을 통한 수출입 컨테이너차량의 운송횟수 증가로 인하여 국내 컨테이너차량의 효과적인 운영방안이 지속적으로 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 운송을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 복화운송의 활성화 방안에 대한 요인별 분석을 AHP를 통하여 행하고자 한다. 요인분석에서는 컨테이너 관리, 컨테이너 경영 및 컨테이너 검사로 분류하며 하부요인으로는 각각 4개씩 총 12개의 요인에 대하여 전문가 그릅 및 현업종사자 그릅을 통하여 각각 활성화에 필요한 우선적 요인에 대해 분석을 행한다. 분석결과를 통하여 향후 복화운송 활성화를 위하여 우선적으로 선행되어야 할 정책 및 지침마련에 이용될 것으로 사료된다.
