하천에서 평수기 유량측정은 도섭법을 이용하기 위한 지점식 측정보다는 초음파 도플러 유속계(ADCP, Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler)를 보트에 탑재하여 운용하는 측정 방식이 점차 일반화되고 있다. ADCP는 초음파의 도플러효과를 이용하여 수심이나 횡방향의 유속 분포를 측정할 수 있는 측정 장비로 일반적으로 사용되는 down-looking ADCP는 수심방향의 유속분포와 수심을 측정하여 보트의 이동속도와의 벡터 내적을 이용하여 유량을 산정하게 된다. 그러나, 이동식 ADCP 유량 측정 성과의 불확도는 제공되지 않고 있는 상황인데, 이는 불확도 산정 표준안 미비, 유속 및 수심 등 측정 요소의 관측 환경 별 불확도 정보 부족, 불확도를 산정할 수 있는 툴의 부재 등에 기인한다. 본 연구에서는 이동식 ADCP 불확도 산정 표준안을 개발하고 현장 실험을 통해 불확도 요인에 대한 규명, 불확도를 편리하게 산정할 수 있는 툴을 개발하고자 하였다. 불확도 산정 표준안으로 최근 WMO를 위시한 국제적으로 하천 유량 측정 불확도 표준안으로 채택되고 있는 GUM(Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty Measurement)을 기반으로 이동식 ADCP 유량 산정 알고리즘을 적용하여 불확도 적용 기법을 개발하였다. GUM 표준안을 기반으로 유량 측정불확도를 산정하기 위한 불확도 요인분석은 실규모 하천의 특성을 대부분 모의할 수 있는 한국건설기술연구원의 안동하천실험센터에서 수행된 실험자료를 기반으로 다양한 인자들에 대한 요소 별 불확도 분석을 수행하였다. GUM 표준안에 의하면 불확도 요인들은 오차전파의 법칙에 기반하여 전체 불확도에 전파되며, 이렇게 합성된 불확도는 t-분포의 신뢰수준 95%일 경우의 보정계수 2를 곱하여 최종적으로 확장불확도를 산정하게 된다. 이동측정방식의 ADCP의 경우 GUM 표준안에 적용하여 불확도를 평가하기 위해서 사용되는 수식이 방대하고, 매우 복잡하기 때문에 이를 실무자가 평가하기에는 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 ADCP의 유량 측정불확도를 보다 편리하게 평가하기 위하여 ADCP 유량 측정불확도 평가 소프트웨어인 AQUA(ADCP Discharge Uncertainty Assesment)를 개발하였으며, 이를 통해 실무자나 연구자들이 ADCP의 불확도 평가에 보다 편리하게 접근할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

The mass transit networks in Korea, such as buses, metro and subway, are co-related and the number of transfer points, in which a lot of pedestrian movement is generated, are rising. The functions of the transfer centers, in which several travel modes cross at a point, have to include convenience and comfort for pedestrians using the transfer centers, and such functions can make transit a more attractive travel option and thus eventually contribute to increases in ridership. However, the guidelines for station layouts and their assessments in transfer stations are not suggested so far. So the pedestrian pattern data (pedestrian walking distances and times, pedestrian approaching distances and times, pedestrian walking paths in the inside of stations) was collected and analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, the ways to measure the quality of comfort for those who using transfer facilities were suggested using the times that pedestrians consume to transfer from a travel mode to another. The walking time of pedestrians at the inside of stations was also measured by pre-selected pedestrian pathways as the guidelines for station layout assessment in transfer facilities.

In this study, we analyzed the image of artificial intelligence recognized by elementary students using semantic differential scale. First, we extracted 23 pairs of image adjectives related to perception of artificial intelligence. Adjectives were classified into three types related to recognition, emotion and ability and 827 elementary students were examined. Image factors were classified into four factors: convenience, technological progress, human-friendliness, and concern. As a result, they showed a clear image that artificial intelligence is clever, new, and complex but exciting. In comparison with variables, female students, coding experience and older students thought that artificial intelligence was more human-friendly and technological progressive.

The purpose of this study is to propose policies to improve and revitalize rural bus services in Jeollabuk-do in the future by identifying the factors that affect service satisfaction and policy satisfaction and the relationship between them, targeting rural bus users in 4 cities and counties in Jeollabuk-do. In the four cities and counties in the study area, the number of rural bus users is continuously decreasing, and various transportation policies, such as unification of bus fares and demand-response transportation, are being piloted to promote bus use. In this study, three major service quality factors that affect rural bus service satisfaction and policy satisfaction were derived after a literature review. Modifying the research model presented in previous studies, we have presented a research model to verify the relationship between the three factors affecting service satisfaction and policy satisfaction, and the relationship between service satisfaction and policy satisfaction. For the verification of the research model, a total of 520 survey data collected from passengers near bus stops and bus terminals in four cities and counties, Gochang, Gimje, Buan, and Jeongeup, were used. As a result of the verification, it was found that the three factors of economic feasibility, convenience, and safety had a statistically positive (+) effect on service satisfaction, but only convenience and safety had a positive (+) effect on policy satisfaction. Contrary to the research hypothesis, it was found that there was no statistically significant relationship between service satisfaction and policy satisfaction. Although the result is different from the research hypothesis, it was a meaningful result that can make policy suggestions on the improvement of the unified fare system policy, service satisfaction, and policy satisfaction to Jeollabuk-do rural bus transportation policy makers and working-level officers. In conclusion, based on the results of research analysis, the unified fare system, and transportation policy, measures to improve service satisfaction and policy satisfaction were presented.

ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) is in order to better operate the public transportation. The thesis purpose to introduce how does city buses and underground vehicles input in server-side controls to connecting these two parts, that achieve share information between them. Ready provision of reliable, up-to-date and accurate transport information contributes towards efficient road use, better traffic flow, greater road safety and improved accessibility and promote efficiency in the city.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 더불어 교육 문화는 사용자들로 하여금 새로운 세상을 열어주게 되었다. 21세기 교육이 평생교육사회라는 분야로 집중화되면서 끊임없는 자기 개발로 빠르게 변화하는 지식기반 사회에서 자신의 경쟁력을 키워가고 있다. 원격교육은 바로 이러한 평생교육을 달성 할 수 있는 매우 효과적인 방식으로 언제나 어디서나 누구나 양질의 교육을 받을 수 있는 열린 교육문화로서 본 연구에서는 학습자의 철저한 관리를 통한 학습능력의 향상을 중점으로 별도의 인터넷 접속과정 없이 편리하고 개인성이 보장된 원격 교육 시스템을 구현하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 논문은 MS의 미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 이용한 동영상 강의 시청 및 조절 과정, My_SQL을 이용한 동영상 강의에 대한 서브노트 문서 제공 및 질의 응답이 이루어지는 토론형 시스템 설계, 사용자의 강의 진도 체크와 출결사항 및 수강과목을 편리하게 관리할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 또한 시스템의 처리 과정에서 사용자 수강 관리에 연구의 초점을 두었으며 시스템 내에서 실시간으로 이루어지는 학습자 관리를 중점으로 구성되어 있다.

This study explored factors affecting consumer's external information search effort on online shopping malls through three approaches(cost-benefit approach, psychological motivation approach, and web-site theory approach) respectively, and designed the integrative model through searching the relationships among them. In this study search motivation are designed to be explained by search benefit and search cost that are explained by factors related to the web site and search efforts are designed to be explained by search benefit, search cost and search motivation. The results from our empirical research showed that search motivation, search benefits and prior knowledge on online shopping malls have a direct effect on consumer external information search effort. On the other hand, it was verified that the search motivation was affected by search benefits and purchase involvement, and the search benefits are directly influenced by purchase involvement, constructive simplicity, search convenience and trust. In addition, purchase involvement, time press, constructive simplicity and search convenience had direct effects on the search cost.

본 연구의 목적은 소프트웨어 뿐만 아니라 각종 전자제품의 입력방식으로 사용되는 Numeric keypad를 이용한 숫자 입력방식들의 사용성 평가를 통해 어느 방식이 더 사용하기 편리한가를 살 펴보는데 있다. 현재 Numeric keypad를 이용한 입력방식은 크게 3가지로 분류할 수 있는데 컴퓨 터의 숫자 입력이나 노래방의 노래번호 입력과 같은 'Enter 입력방식' TV에서 100채널이상 입력 과 같은 '+100 입력방식', 그리고 숫자입력 후 일정시간을 기다리는 'Wait 입력방식' 등이다. 본 연구에서는 위성방송, 케이블방송 등으로 인한 다채널시대로 접어들면서 이러한 3가지 입력방식이 모두 혼용되고 있는 TV의 채널 입력방식을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 사용성 평가실험 은 Prototyping tool인 RAPID$^{TM}$를 이용하여 실제 제품과 유사하게 기능하는 프로토타잎을 제작하여 실험하였고 피실험자가 주어진 과업(Task)을 수행하는데 걸린 시간, 조작오류, 그리고 주관적 인 만족도 등을 사용성 평가기준으로 고려 하였다.

온라인 전자 상거래 시장은 인터넷의 발전과 그 편의성으로 인하여 지속적으로 시장 규모가 커지고 있다. 비대면 결제방식인 온라인 전자결제 방식은 오프라인 결제 방식에 비해 높은 수준의 안전성이 요구된다. 결제정보가 노출된다면 공격자는 타인의 결제정보를 이용하여 불법적인 결제가 가능할 것이다. 현재 사용되고 있는 온라인 결제 시스템들은 결제정보를 안전하게 전송하기 위한 프로토콜을 구성하고 있지만 실제 해킹을 통한 결제정보 유출로 인해 최근 몇 년간 다수의 금융사고들이 일어나고 있다. 본 논문은 Two-Session 결제 방식을 이용해 국내 온라인 결제 시스템을 보완하여 향상된 보안성으로 결제정보를 전송하여 결제정보의 유출을 예방하고 기존 시스템 대비 높은 사용자 편리성을 가지는 시스템을 제안한다.

인구의 고령화와 정보통신 기술의 발전이 맞물리면서 의료비 지출에 대한 절감의 필요성과 편리한 의료 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 소비자의 욕구, 병원에 구축된 IT인프라의 효과를 극대화 시키고자하는 공급자의 욕구 등이 부합되면서 그 기반이 조성된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 u-health 소프트웨어의 분야의 기반 기술을 조사하고 u-health 소프트웨어 시장과 표준화 동향을 조사하며 u-health 소프트웨어 신뢰성의 품질평가 메트릭을 개발하였다.
