최근 들어 스마트폰 보급의 확산과 더불어 일상생활에서 스마트폰 사용자들이 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 모바일 편의 서비스들의 개발도 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 스마트폰 환경에서 개발된 일정 안내 서비스의 설계와 구현에 대해 소개한다. 이 서비스는 선행 연구를 통해 개발된 인공지능 자동 계획 기술 기반의 모바일 퍼스널 어시스턴트 개발 도구인 스마트 스크립트 시스템을 이용하여 구현되었으며, 한 번의 버턴이나 아이콘 터치만으로 간단히 구글 캘린더에 저장중인 스마트폰 사용자의 일정 데이터를 기초로 음성 발화를 통해 그 날의 일정과 날씨를 알려주는 서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 실험을 통해 스마트 스크립트 시스템 및 일정 안내 서비스의 편리성과 효율성을 분석해본다.

This study analyzed the user behaviors of the electronic journal users and the influences of service quality of electronic journals on the customer satisfactions, customer loyalty, and frequency of visit to the library building. Approximately 60 percent of users prefer e-journal to printed formats. Service quality of electronic journal was measured by four dimensions: reliability of service, convenience of service, public relations, and user instructions.100 faculty members and 267 graduate school students were surveyed using questionnaires. It was concluded that each dimensions of service quality positively influenced on the customer satisfactions, and customer satisfaction positively influenced on loyalty, and negatively on frequency of visit to the library building.

연말연시 새해를 맞아 인터넷을 통해 한해 운을 점치려는 이들로 운세사이트가 문전성시를 이룬것으로 나타났다. 인터넷 운세 서비스는 정보이용의 신속성 편리성, 오프라인에 비해 상대적으로 저렴한 가격, 재미와 실용을 가미한 다양한 운세 서비스 등으로 네티즌들의 높은 인기를 끌고 있다. 전체 운세전문사이트 순방문자수는 9월에 239만 명에서 12월 112.64% 상승한 510만명으로 가파른 성장세를 보였다. 12월 운세사이트를 방문한 방문자를 살펴보면 성별로는 남성이 54.1% 여성이 45.9%로 나타났으며, 연령별로 10대가 24.5%, 20대가 31.9%, 30대가 25.7%, 40대 이상이 17.8%를 차지하는 것으로 나타나 20,30대 층에서 활발하게 이용한 것으로 조사됐다.

전자우편(E-Mail)은 아주 편리한 통신수단이지만, 무분별한 광고성 스팸메일(Spam-Mail)의 침입과 무단으로 타인의 메일을 가로채거나 변조할 수 있기 때문에 메일의 신뢰성이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 메일의 제목과 내용의 문자열을 분석하여 자동으로 스팸메일을 구분할 뿐만 아니라 보안도구인PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)를 이용하여 메일을 암호화하고 인증하여 근본적으로 스팸메일을차단하는 시스템을 개발한다.

본 논문에서는 HMM 고립단어인식 기술을 이용하여 정보 사용자들이 윈도즈 환경에서 편리하게 정보를 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 인식 시스템에서 인식단위로 유사음소모델을 이용하여 인식어의 확장성을 고려하였고 기본모델은 SPHINX 시스템에서 사용하는 형태의 음소모델을 연속분포 HMM으로 구현하였다. 정보검색 도구에서는 기능을 단순화하고 검색절차를 음성으로 출력하도록 하여 사용자의 편의성을 고려하였다.

정보 검색에 주로 이용되던 웹이 편리함과 효용성이 알려지면서 전자메일, BBS, 전자상거래 등 광범위한 분야로 이용이 확대됨에 따라 보안성 문제가 제기되기 시작하였다. 본 고에서는 먼저 기존의 웹 보안 기법을 살펴보고 새롭게 요구되는 보안 서비스를 바탕으로 보안 요구사항을 도출한다. 또한 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) 보안그룹들, W3C(World Wide Web Consortium), 그리고 각 업체 등에서 연구되고 있는 주요 보안기법과 연구동향에 대해 기술한다.

정보화 기기가 소형화 됨에 따라, 언제 어디서나 다양한 고성능의 정보화 기기를 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 환경 하에서 이 기종간의 자유로운 인터페이스의 필요성이 점점 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 PDA를 이용한 이기종 컴퓨터의 작동과 통신 방법의 제공에 관한 연구 논문이다. 지능형가상작업공간 상에서 각종 정보 기기들은 카메라와 프로젝터를 통해 자신의 뷰를 확장하며 공동작업에 참가하게된다. 이때 PDA를 데스크탑의 입력장치로 사용함으로써 이 기종간의 정보교환을 편리하게 해주며, 이를 이용한 카메라 기반 3D 마우스를 구현함으로써 실용성을 보인다.

This study aims to verify the causal relationship between service quality of the urban railway operating agency and users' behaviors, targeting the urban railway users. The perceived ease of use of the urban railway service quality had an influence on tangibility and convenience, and the perceived usefulness was significant to all attributes; therefore, it is judged that reliability, correspondence and safety should be improved to increase the users' perceived ease of use of the urban railway service quality. Based on these study results, the urban railway operating agency should make an effort to increase the perceived ease of use and usefulness of the urban railway to improve the service quality, to positively change the users' attitudes toward use, and to make the positive change connected to the intention of reuse and intention of recommendation, the users' behavior intentions.

As real-time live streaming broadcasting and non-face-to-face classes are spreading in the Corona era, it is time to take academic interest in online streaming classes. In particular, it is important to clarify why users use online streaming classes. Therefore, this study proposes social presence, interest, convenience of use, and interactivity as characteristics of online streaming classes, and aims to verify how these characteristics affect learning satisfaction and furthermore, recommendation intention. As a result of conducting a survey on 338 Chinese collegestudents, it was found that interactivity, social presence, and interest had a positive effect on learning satisfaction, but the effect of ease did not appear. On the other hand, it was confirmed that learning satisfaction had a positive effect on the online streaming class recommendation intention.
