Most local governments operate Mobility Support Centers to provide transportation convenience for the transportation vulnerable. A Mobility Support Center makes various efforts to improve the mobility of the transportation vulnerable. One of them is the operation of a Special Transportation Vehicle (STV). On the other hand, during implementation, problems, such as insufficient number of vehicles and high demand, have been found. Nevertheless, improving the service by providing a large amount of STV can be a problem in terms of the budget. Therefore, it is necessary to gather opinions of the users and identify the problems during the utilization of a Mobility Support Center. Moreover, it is necessary to improve various services to achieve a better and more comfortable utilization. In this research, SEM was used to analyze the importance of the Mobility Support Center for the transportation vulnerable. The importance and performance drawn and examined through an analysis and questionnaire survey were used to propose IPA results that consider the importance and performance at the same time. In addition, this research also suggest a service improvement priority based on the analysis result. For the analysis, this research conducted a questionnaire survey on the actual users and their guardians who use STV in Cheonan-city, as well as factor analysis and reliability analysis. The results showed that the 'Charge system' is not affected by the service because it is fully satisfied by the low price when compared to public transportation. In addition, 'Vehicle use' is more important than 'Convenience' service. IPA analysis showed that it is necessary to improve the priority, kindness, waiting time, and call center response for the better and more comfortable utilization of Mobility Support Centers for the transportation vulnerable.

This study is about the research of recognition for deinstitutionalization and independent living of the disabled living in residential facilities for the people of family. The survey was conducted in October to September 2018 and 810 cases were used in the final analysis. In this study, we confirmed that about half of the families of groups and those who perceived In accordance with the enactment deinstitutionalization were divided into half. and consent to cegislation, local government efforts, independence, consent to deinstitutionalization family perceptions of disagreement of independence were identified as having no low information provided. These results indicate that there was a lack of provision of services or information related to independent living of the disabled living in residential facilities, and it was confirmed that proper information transfer education on policies and services is needed to have accurate understanding and awareness. In addition, the agreement on legislation, local government efforts, Independence, consent to deinstitutionalization were found to have a significant effect on preparation for independent living. Therefore, it was confirmed that systematic information education support are needed to ensure proper recognition of user's family in residential facilities and to ensure healthy independence of users.

Welfare desire has been diversified according to the increase of economic level and rapid social change. The desire for comprehensive service on culture, medical, mental and information level has appeared. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish an integrated community mixed-support facility, a space of accepting administration, welfare, leisure, culture and informatization request in a small local community in the future. The community mixed-support facility is a meeting place of local resident for information change, various basic service and ultimately for activation of community in order to contribute to regeneration and activation of existing urban core. Thus, this study figured out general status of community mixed-support facility and physical mixed type and analyzed spatial characteristics. Current community mixed-support facility has insufficient program and space to participate in by local residents and to accommodate mixed function. The future planned community mixed-support facility must secure multiple opportunities for various types of life by returning time and cost to user through the introduction of creative mixed concept. While reflecting unique local characteristics, and considering diversity of users, it needs to make mixed facility to cope with social changes. This study is limited in that the study reached a conclusion by survey and analysis only. However, it is expected that the result can be used as basic research data for the planning of community mixed-support facility to cope with living conditions of local residents or realistic requirements.

최근 인터넷 홈페이지가 기업 정보 제공과 상품 판매의 기본 수단으로 사용되어 가고 있다. 홈페이지 개발 도구의 보급과 함께 인터넷 프로그래밍 기술이 없는 일반 인터넷 이용자들도 간단한 홈페이지는 어느 정도 쉽게 개발할 수 있게 되었다. 그런데 대부분의 도구들이 실시간 데이터베이스 처리나 멀티미디어 홈페이지 개발에는 한계를 갖고 있어서 전문지식이 없는 인터넷 이용자가 쉽게 이용하기에는 대화형 사용자 인터페이스 면에서 아직 부족함을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 기존 시스템의 단점을 보완하고 홈페이지 개발에 있어서 데이터베이스 처리를 위한 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하고 홈페이지와 자동 연결해주는 기능과 멀티미디어 홈페이지 제작을 대화형으로 지원하는 웹 컨텐츠 저작 도구 개발에 대해 기술한다.

최고 수준의 IT인프라를 활용하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 확산에 따라 스마트 폰을 활용하여 언제든지 원하는 서비스 요청이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 최신 IT서비스의 이면에는 보안 위협이 존재한다. 클라우드 서비스를 통해 데이터 뿐 아니라 개인정보의 수집 및 활용 또한 용이해지면서, 개인정보 유 노출 및 악용의 위험이 높아지고 있어, 이러한 사항을 고려한 클라우드 보안 방안을 마련할 필요가 생겼다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 제공자가 개인정보보호에 대한 충분한 방안을 마련하고 시행할 수 있도록, 정부의 법제 마련 등 범국가적 지원이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 정부는 2013년부터 추진하고 있는 "클라우드 컴퓨팅 발전 및 이용자 보호에 관한 법률안"을 통해 클라우드 산업 활성화를 위하여 정부가 지원 방안을 마련하고자 하나, 개인정보에 대한 세밀한 검토 후 수정 보완 하여 한다는 의견이 있어, 현재 국회에 계류중이다. 본고에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 발전과 클라우드 환경에서의 개인정보보호 이슈를 정리 해보고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하는 서비스 이용자의 개인정보 안전성을 보장하고 서비스 제공자의 잠재적 개인정보 침해 위험을 줄일 수 있는 방향을 생각 해 보고자 한다.

인터넷 이용자 수의 증가, 휴대전화의 보급 등 IT(Information Technology: 정보기술)는 ''정보화사회''라 부르기에 걸맞는 확장을 계속하고 있다. 앞으로 정보화사회는 어느 곳에나 컴퓨터가 있고 누구나가 정보통신서비스를 이용할 수 있는 유비퀴터스 컴퓨팅의 세계로 전재되어 나갈 것이다. 그 때 이 서비스가 누구에게나 실제로 이용될 수 있게 하기 위해서는 통신기술, 하드웨어기술, 시큐리티기술 등의 기반기술에 더하여 인간과의 접점인 휴먼인터페이스기술이 중요하게 된다. 아무리 유익한 정보나 편리한 서비스도 기기의 사용법이 어려우면 활용되지 못한다. 또 방대한 정보나 서비스의 바다 속에 매몰되어 버리면 이용자와 만날 수도 없다. 인간이 방대한 정보와 마주칠 IT시대에서는 인터페이스기술은 인간의 조작과 기계의 기능을 관련지은 종래의 조작성이라는 관점만으로 말할수는 없으며, 인간의 요구나 행동목적과 정보나 지원이라는 관점에서 생각하지 않으면 안되는 기술이다. 이 인간의 요구나 목적을 어떻게 정확하게 파악하여 지원하는가 하는 인간중심의 관점에서 본 인터페이스기술, 그것을 우리들은 IT시대에서 앞으로 유비퀴터스 정보통신사회의 휴먼인터페이스로 생각하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 기반기술인 음성처리, 화상처리, 정보처리, 인간 관점에서의 평가기술을 소개하고, 각 기술의 앞으로의 진전과 미쓰비시전기가 지향하여 나아갈 휴먼인터페이스를 전망해 본다.

전국의 궁도인구는 만 여명에 이른다. 매년 1~2주를 주기로 개최되는 이 대회는 참가접수부터 운영까지 오로지 오프라인으로만 진행되어 경기외적인 비용과 시간이 상당히 낭비된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이용자의 접근성이 향상되고, 플랫폼에 독립적인 웹기반의 경기지원시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 시스템에 접근하는 이용자는 접수와 결과를 확인하는 대회 전/후에 집중되므로 이 때의 효율적인 DB Access 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 DBCP 기술을 이용하여 DB Connection부분에서 보다 효율적인 시스템으로 개발하고자 한다.

IPTV 서비스와 함께 홈 채널 서비스가 제공되면 개인이 프로슈머의 입장에서 콘텐츠를 생산 및 소비할 수 있게 된다. 서비스 오버레이 네트워크에서 개인화된 콘텐츠를 이용하고자 하는 개인 이용자들을 묶어서 하나의 가상 그룹으로 형성하고 개인화된 콘텐츠를 송신, 수신 할 때 서비스 오버레이 네트워크에서는 개인화된 콘텐츠의 송신, 수신을 위해 P2P 를 지원한다. 서비스 오버레이 네트워크에서 지원하는 P2P 는 이용자 환경, 상황, 네트워크 상황 등을 능동적으로 인지하여 개인 혹은 다수에게 개인화된 콘텐츠를 전달 할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 능동적으로 서비스 오버레이 네트워크가 형성될 때 개인이 콘텐츠를 공유, 소비하기 위해 개인 혹은 다수에게 개인화된 콘텐츠를 전달하기 위한 P2P 멀티캐스트 구조를 제안 한다.

This article aims at the legislation of User-Protection Act in area of ICT. In these days telecommunication and broadcasting are getting more and more convergent. The paradigm of ICT is turning over from the service provider to the end-user. User protection has been in each erea of ICT (C-P-N-D) individually regulated. In the area of telecommunication it is important to protect the interest of user, who stands in contract with the service provider. And in area of broadcasting it is important to protect the interest of viewers, who stands "gratis" with the broadcasters without any contracts. For the more efficient user-protection it is also necessary to make a dedicated organization under KCC(Korean Communications Committee). In this early year the government organization was divided into MSIP(Ministry of Science, ICT and future planing) and KCC. The user-protection act will be very important instrument of ICT regulation in the era of creative economy. It is necessary to establish a new frame act of user protection. It is also necessary to make start to establish a new system of user education in erea of ICT. It is strongly expected the new act will be a turning point of ICT development in Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동지원제도의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부 통계자료를 활용하여 전국의 장애인활동지원 서비스기관들의 현황과 서비스에서 나타나는 문제점들에 대해 파악하였다. 정책적 개선방안으로 장애인활동지원 기관정보 조회서비스의 표준화된 제공, 장애인 본인에게 적합한 지원 기관이 선정 될 수 있도록 정보 제공, 서비스 만족 향상에 이용자의 특성과 욕구를 신속하게 파악, 개별 서비스의 특성상 활동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등관리 대응, 개선이 필요기관 전문가의 지도 및 컨설팅 제공, 우수기관 사례관리를 통해서 노하우 공유, 회계프로그램을 효율적으로 수행을 위한 전문가 파견 및 지원을 통하여 서비스가 개선 될 수 있도록 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다.
