의사결정지원시스템으로서의 DW는 기업정보시스템에서 두뇌역할을 담당하는 만큼 전략적 중요도에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 추세와 더불어 많은 기업들이 DW구축에 엄청난 예산을 투입하여 시스템을 구축하지만 프로젝트의 실패 역시 흔하게 찾아 볼 수 있는 사실이다. 이러한 실패의 주요인은 기술적인 문제에서 발생하기 보다는 낮은 시스템 활용도와 명확하지 않은 분석요구사항에서 주요원인을 찾아 볼 수 있는데 이는 구축단계에서 이용자와 이해관계자들이 DW의 시스템적 목적을 제대로 이해하지 못하여 사용자 관점의 요구사항을 제대로 제시하지 못하고 이에 따라 시스템의 활용도 역시 낮아지는 데에서 본질적인 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 사용자가 요구사항을 적극적으로 제시하고 시스템에 끊임없는 관심을 같도록 유도하여 이용자의 요구사항을 충족시킨 수 있는 정확한 주제분야와 분석관점을 발굴함과 통시에 시스템의 활용도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 정형화되고 주기적인 분석정보를 제시하기 위하여 정적 Reporting을 위한 Web Reporting Tool과 함께 시스템의 이용자와 주기적으로 Communication을 유지하여 시스템에 지속적으로 관심을 갖도록 하기 위한 상호 Communication기능을 통한 문제의 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

In the case of ICT-enabled organizational changes such as Smart Work, appropriate change management is required. To achieve work-life balance, organizational change management should be conducted from both a structural and a cultural perspective. This study looked at organizational factors that affect Smart Work facilitation through a case study with the view of ICT-enabled change management. From November to December 2019, eight Smart Workers of Company A were interviewed and analyzed for organizational support. The results show that structural support such as institutionalization, ICT infrastructure office environment improvement, Smart Work center as well as cultural support such as enhancing autonomy, communicating style of managers, trusting organizational climate are required. The findings suggest balanced organizational support to provide cultural support along with structural support for activating Smart Work operations. In the future, it is necessary to demonstrate the causality between structural/cultural support factors and outcome factors.

As the implementation of export controls is spreading, the importance of classifying strategic items is increasing, but Korean export companies that are new to export controls are not able to understand the concept of strategic items, and it is difficult to classifying strategic items due to various criteria for controlling strategic items. In this paper, we propose a method that can easily approach the process of classification by lowering the barrier to entry for users who are new to export controls or users who are using classification of strategic items. If the user can confirm the decision result by providing a manual or a catalog for the procedure of classifying strategic items, it will be more convenient and easy to approach the method and procedure for classfying strategic items. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, it utilizes deep learning, which are being studied in image recognition and classification, and OCR(optical character reader) technology. And through the research and development of the support tool, we provide information that is helpful for the classification of strategic items to our companies.

This study was conducted with the purpose of providing suggestions for improvement through a comparison and analysis of the services of the U.S. National Library of Medicine, the world's largest medical library, and the National Center for Medical Information and Knowledge, Korea's national medical library. Core services that need to be improved are topic-specific services, community services, services by user type, educational services, technology, facility/space services, research support services, and marketing and public relations and cooperation services. Specialized libraries are also increasingly interested in topic-specific services and public services. Efficiency in access through services for each type of user is needed, and various types of educational services that do not limit the target audience are also needed. Marketing through AI, virtual reality, and technology, facility, and space services to support the disabled, research support services centered on research ethics, research grants, and programs, and collaborative services with domestic and international libraries, academic societies, institutions, and local communities in other related fields and publicity are also needed.

This study aims to suggest the ways to reinforce academic library's research support services for professors and researchers in Korea. For this purpose, this study collected the development plans of academic libraries in Korea, and analysed the plans for supporting research activities, and also analysed each library's homepage. And this research classified the research support services of academic libraries into eight types for further analysis. The types are 'subject guide', 'academic information literacy', 'research analysis service', 'research consulting', 'research ethics education', 'thesis writing guide', 'bibliography management program', 'interlibrary loan·original text copy'. As a result, it is shown that the most libraries emphasized 'custom-tailored user education' and marked it on development plan. As subsequent plans, libraries provided the action plans of 'expansion of scholarly DB instruction on each subject', 'expansion of custom-tailored research support services', 'construction of research support service system' one after another. This study suggests 'activation of subject guide service', 'expansion of academic information literacy programs for supporting research', 'introduction of research performance analysis services', and 'support for establishment of research ethics' as ways to strengthen academic libraries' research support services.

This research aims to analyze the recent status and problems of scholarly information service supporting lectures and research project activities for faculties in Korean university libraries, and to explore the current issues of same fields in U.S. advanced university libraries. Notably, this research suggested considerations for a new model of scholarly information service which is based on web 2.0(/library 2.0) supporting lectures and research project activities for faculties appropriate to Korea university libraries.

Academic libraries presently are confronting the issues of organizational viability and relevance. Academic libraries are not the sole owners of the information gateway. The purpose of this study is modeling of university library's information service for effective implication of its role in order to ensure organizational viability and relevance in internet environment. New information service model of university library needs to be design according to four Principles. Firstly, building of web based library petals. Secondly, provision of web front-end with hybrid functions. Thirdly, provision of information literacy program Fourthly, extension resource sharing.

A common user interface system, a subset of library portal software products was evaluated in terms of eight broader categories; searching, user interaction; customization; authentication; design; database communication protocols; after sale support; and software platforms supported. As a result, Muse search ENCompass, MetaLib were the three highest scoring common user interface software products. and KDB metasearch in domestic area was the highest scoring products.

본 논문에서는 비콘을 스캔하기 위한 고정된 하나의 수신기로 실내 위치를 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 비콘의 위치를 파악하기 위해 센서를 추가하고 와이파이를 이용해 사용자의 시스템 이용 범위를 확장시켰다. 또한 추가된 센서를 이용해 위치를 추적하는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 개발된 어플리케이션을 통해 이용자 2 (User 2)가 이용자 1 (User 1)의 위치를 모니터링 할 수 있다.
